Lavosha helped me to the fullest!! Got me the maximum she could get for me. Then there was a fee , lunch and whatever else you could offer her, she ended up not handling business with my daughter on a professional level. Spoke out loud about my daughters taxes in front of other customers.

The place was clean and this is a plus for me especially during the times we living in(Covid). Hand sanitizer was everywhere. Trish I’m guessing she’s the manager (if not she needs to be) because she knows everything, she’s the go to woman. She got me in and I was out within 30 to 45 minutes which is fast considering all the questions and phone calls she was getting. She had a great selection of music and the other workers were friendly. This was my first time here and I’m definitely considering going back next year. Thanks Trish see you next time.

This place was nice but their fee was more than half of my refund. I don't know what happened but I won't be using them again. The preparer was not very professional.

This place is SCAM, don’t go there, if you go there be ready they do take $700 on fees($300 of them are hidden they don’t explain), I ask whats the fee to do the taxes and she said wait I will tell you, then she told me when she completed that was way too late to change my mind and leave. PLEASE DONT GO!! A lady named Lavoshia did my tax and she didn’t tell me the fees before she submit to IRS. She told me to to open my phone, open google and to search the location and she told me to give her 5 star, she gave me a note says she accepts tips, lunch and she wrote her cashApp and Zelle information, very very ghetto service. I had to take off her phone number and her Zelle account. Very GHETTO for asking tips. She made me give her 5 stars infront of her that’s why they have high review, I had to change my 5 star to 1, I would give 0 if I could, and they don’t give the cash advance what they promised.
