Run. Run far. Run fast. We stood to lose a lot of $ because they couldn't bother to verify the routing number for electronic wire transfers. It is NOT the same as the routing number on your checks, or on your online accounts.

Horrible service and I just switched to Truist. Big mistake. Do not go to this branch. Ghetto.

I never experience so rude people (two black guy) in Sun Trust bank. We (Company and me )banking in Sun Trust from very beginning and Service is very good.Today (4/12/2016) I come accidentally in this brunch at 3:15 pm to put deposits (6) on our accounts, but told me that is to much and because closing at 4:00pm will not process my deposits?????????????? My question is: Who keep this rude uncivilized people in this bank? Please do not bank in this brunch.We will consider other banks.

I must say I went to suntrust extremely frustrated because I couldn’t get the service I needed from other banks after driving to 5 suntrust finally I was able to get into this suntrust to be greeted by jaila lyons with such a positive attitude the best associate I have ever met she really turned my day into a positive day I just wanna say thank you so much jaila for your help and professionalism.

Wouldnt bother to call me to verify I'd written a check, and declined to cash it for employee. No management available on Saturday. 2 thumbs down

Well it's 5/6/22 at 9:30 and nobody is here. Locked doors.So this inconvenience didn't deserve prior notice? Total disregard for customers time.

Convenient spot, helpful when needed. I gave 4 stars because I've noticed they close early sometimes. Though I was let in one time when I went to the door (during reopening phase of coronavirus), but other times, the drive-thru was closed for no apparent reason and that was before coronavirus.

Sat and waited to be seen on a serious matter. Never got acknowleged. Employees just walked past and didn't say Hi, or "I'll be right with you" . I left. Headed to the nearest location to close out all my accounts. Been banking with them for over 10 years. Never have I ever been this disappointed.

The fraud squad has better apologize and explain to the people to deliver what I order by mail.

Mr. Jim is very detailed, caring and informative. I did appreciate his assistance. Thank you. For the area, this store is friendly , clean and the staff is very attentive.
