ATC Income Tax - MOVED Covington Hwy, Decatur

The girls in there are very professional and fast. They are fun and love their job. Sierra was great she had CANDY and a energetic spirit. Y'all need to go to the one on Covington Hwy.Decatur GA..they had great customer service skills and it was fun. I Will be back next year..

This is my 3rd year with atc tax and my experience was wonderful. Ms Onethia Grampus took good care of me , she even took the time to explain each step of the tax process with me and help me understand the process. I would recommend you guys come out and file your taxes here at this location, they will take good care of you

The customer service was remarkable. The process was fast and easy and we knew everything we needed to before leaving the office. And their fast cash advances were very convenient. I want my 💰 and i want it now and they make sure that it's done.

I love coming here. This my 5th year going to ATC. I wouldn't take my service any where else. Mrs. Onethia always make me feel at home. I recommend this ATC to EVERYONE!!! No place like home.

The customer service department had to be the worst I've ever experienced.. very rude everyone I've talked to acts like they hate there job. Not sure if I will be back next year.. checks are delayed... No one is giving a definite explanation as to why... This is my second year and very disappointed. But I do love the actual office manager she is awesome and the staff there is wonderful

I normally do my own taxes. However, this year I wanted to apply for a loan on my taxes because of some unexpected finances. I received great customer service and was approved for a loan. This was unexpected because the big companies had refused my loan because I was not a prior customer. Also, my preparer did all she could do to maximize my refund. I am a satisfied customer.

The customer service was exceptional! Mrs. O was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. CiCi, my tax preparer was upbeat, courteous and efficient. I look forward to referring this office to friends and family. Very satisfied customer!!!

I’m actually shocked this place has a 4.6 rating. All I can say is my personal opinion based on my experience. The staff was very unprofessional, lacked customer service, one of the ladies doing taxes had her shoes off (now I understand that but not when you’re working with the public), loud and not to mention I was waiting over an hour before I finaaally decided to just leave and go to another place. SMH. I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone to ATC on Covington Hwy
