Their ATM messed up ,never deposited the money into my account. they acted like they had no control over their own atm that’s located outside of the bank.. told me to call some customer service number and wait for them to investigate the incident. Useless rude people that work here, next day pulled all of my money out of my account and closed it. Worst banking ever.

They don't give temp cards tell your real one comes in, there hours are the weirdest I've ever seen, and you can't cash a check on the spot it's a 24 hour wait. Other then that idk yet ive only had it for only 3 week.

I switched to this branch because I had a very rude encounter with an old woman named Jodi who works at the the branch on Embassy/Little Road. I did file a complaint but I still avoid that branch. Well to my surprise today when I walked into the Regency branch there was that old redheaded Jodi and she literally interrupted my conversation with the teller. She is so very unprofessional and rude I told her I have nothing to say to her. She went on and on so I literally told her to shut up. The tellers actually apologized to me for Jodi's behavior. The branch manager came shortly after the incident and also apologized I asked them to pull the audio and video to see this old crazy lady's behavior. Outside of that old redhead Jodi the rest of the girls are very very nice. Lucky for everyone Jodi was only filling in for a very short time at the Regency branch.

Been with SunTrust for years, was scared when they merged with BB&T, but so far so good.

They find every way to take your money. Do not recommend suntrust to anyone they will steal your money.

Why have 3 tellers open if 2 can't help people in line and the only one is taking forever with a single customer to the point you don't have enough time to do what you came for
