It is impossible to get someone on the phone at this branch. Literally no options in the automated system to talk to someone at this branch…I came in to have a document notarized and the only one that could do it was just shooting the breeze with a cop in his office; nothing bank related…several of us out here waiting to see a banker or a notary and they just don’t care. There is zero sense of urgency at this bank and there’s no way to set an appointment so here I sit and wait. Seriously considering switching banks. I didn’t care for the merger so that’s just one more reason to leave Truist.

I am starting a new business in Nashville but had an account with Sun Trust in the past. I had to visit the bank during the pandemic. I showed up without an appointment (call first) to ask about account options. I met with the Branch Manager Corey and found he went above and beyond my expectations. He is very respectful and knowledgeable and made me feel supported in my small business endeavor. I was nervous at first because its a larger banking corporation. But Corey along with his employee Brandon made it feel like a small bank. In other words its a small bank with the resources of a big bank.

Came by today to open a personal account. Banker asked a lot of personal questions and was unable to open the account because I have my credit frozen and needed me to unfreeze it so they could pull my credit just to open a personal account. She told me that all financial institutions needed to do that. I left, went to First Bank near my house, within 10 mins my account was open and they didn’t need to know my personal info or for me to unfreeze my credit. I’m sure that the banker at Suntrust was just doing what she was trained to do and that Suntrust put these policies in place. I also saw a line at the tellers that was at least 12 people deep at 1:00 in the afternoon.

Kind and considerate staff. I felt choosing this bank was a positive decision the day I did and I still do. L

I have been with SunTrust since I turned 16 years old, and it was an okay/pretty standard banking experience, for the most part. But within just weeks of banking with Truist, I’m definitely hoping to switch banks soon. The switch has been nothing but inconvenient from the start, but the straw that’s finally broken the camel’s back? I’ve had an issue regarding a Ticketmaster refund that Ticketmaster says is an issue on my bank’s end. Since finding this out, I have called this branch multiple times on four different weekdays, hoping to speak with someone, and have been forced to leave a voice message about four different times. No one answers the phone. No one returns calls. And if you call the corporate line in a desperate bid to speak with a representative, the wait time is 30-40 minutes long, which I can’t do during my work hours.

Ridiculous long lines - not letting anyone in the lobby. Just waited 30m to withdraw money in the drive thru, when I have movers waiting on me. Unless they are personally printing this money in the back, there is zero reason it should take this long to process clients. None.

Im a smoker, The first time I came here, a young lady at the desk continuously made comments about how bad it smelled of cigarettes. Don't go here unless you have about an hour and a half to wait. Always short staffed, and one specific young lady who is constantly rude and hateful. I went to kroger location and it is LIFE CHANGING. Don't go here, your wasting your time. Update: its July 11 and this is still THE WORST bank I have ever been to in my life. Run as far away as you possibly can. Don't use suntrust if you can help it. Worst decision ever.

They never answer the phone. You can call as many times as you want and they still will not answer their phone. Will be looking for a bank with better service.
