I had read many reviews about this company and the length of time it took to process a loan from them-which gave me pause. I was purchasing from a private seller with a lien by another big bank, the entire process would required coordination of another bank, the seller, and myself. After looking at my options, talking with loan officers (not really interested in private party transactions) and getting rate quotes I decided to go with SE Financial. Amanda, the loan processor, was very quick to respond and clear with what documentation was needed from each party and the acceptable formats. She found me the best terms-super low interest rate and long payment terms. The entire process took two weeks from the time I submitted my application to the Bank and Seller receiving payments and me taking possession of my RV. SE Financial really does shop for the best rates and terms for you and has excellent customer service. I will use them again should I decide to upgrade.

Great Experience!!! Can't say enough great things about The Southeast Financial Team I worked with to finance my new boat. Easy but detailed online application. Their secured Online Portal was the central location for uploading files and financial information. Approval was same day. They kept me informed via Phone, email and text. Always answered the phone when I called in during the process. This is my 3rd boat and this by far was the easiest transaction I have experienced. Bionca's (Loan Officer) team can't be beat. Give them a shot. Competitive rates and UNMATCHED customer service.

I had such a great experience with Southeast Financial. I was working with another lender prior and the process was unorganized and time consuming. Mia Williams made the process smooth and easy for me. We are so happy that we found Southeast Financial and that Mia was the person handling our loan. She was so responsive and informative that I never had to wonder where we were in the process or if she needed anything from me. Amanda was great to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner. Had previously used another company out West for last RV loan but SE Financial was SOOO much more professional to deal with. Great communication thru the end of the loan process. Highly recommend.

Sounds great with the rate and terms. IF you can get them to handle this is a timely manner. It was a week after they ran my credit before I could get in contact with anyone. They do not answer their phones and do not respond to emails so good luck if your not in a hurry to get a loan finished

24hr loan approval time is a blatant lie. On day three now. Have called several times and been unable to talk to anyone. I've left 2 voicemails and have not received a call back. If you're trying to get something done quick this is not the company to use.

Steer Clear! They are stuck in the dark ages and not very accommodating, difficult if not impossible to get them to wire funds. In this day and age there are much better options out there to get a loan. I gave a 1 star because they did supposedly get us approved for a loan they were just unable to fund it.

We were struggling to find financing with large banks for our dream motor home until we saw the ad for Southeast Financial and applied. The entire process was smooth and professional. Jessica was absolutely awesome - EVERY phone call, text or email to her or her team was returned quickly and very clear. Highly recommend Southeast Financial!

Our traditional "go to" financial institutions no longer do RV loans. We laboriously filled out multiple on line loan applications to multiple online financial institutions including Southeast Financial. Bam.....These guys responded quickly, professionally, and in an organized manner. It was hilarious to us comparing Southeast and the others. Southeast arranged for us better terms, interest rates, and services.............period. Amanda, Alex, and Cheyenne were always one step ahead, knowledgeable, and NICE. How refreshing.

The loan process was very easy, always was informed of the next step to be done. What is great about this place is they will work with you direct if your dealer will not get involved in your loan process if you are not using their loan products so you should get a better rate and terms the same as you get at the dealer. My Loan Officer was Amanda Wright. You will save a lot of money going with these folks over a dealer F&I department.

The advertised rates are not true. No where does the rate disclose that you need a perfect credit score. The rate was over double what the ad said. This is a predatory lender. They do the bait and switch on you. I am sure they need to jack the rate to pay for the false advertising.

Had a great experience with Southeast Financial! We highly recommend them! Brittany and her team were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They made our loan process easy, plus the response and turn around time were quick. Glad we found them!

Started slow, but once it got rolling staff was very good at keeping me informed. The extra work completing paperwork was a little I unexpected, but I was helped enough to ensure it was done in a timely fashion. Once approved funds were sent directly to dealer while I was in route to pickup. Very satisfied.

Very professional service. My Sr. Loan Officer was extremely communicative and the process was very efficient with most things being done electronically. Minimal documents required and the process was very trustworthy. My Sr. Loan Officer (Amanda) was always on top of everything. Great experience for online loan services! I would definitely do it again with Southeast Financial.

SE Financial seemed to be handling my loan well… took some time due to paperwork and required PoA’s from both myself and private seller although they were thorough and good communicators. They even informed me they were collecting in advance potential late fees required by state of CO if title/registration was delayed. Loan sale documents included these tags/title/registration fees (well over $3k) Then, after the loan was processed and the van was in my possession I was informed that they made a mistake in their estimate because they didn’t have anyone working (?or licensed?) in the state of CO at the time and that I owed an additional ~$4,300+ in taxes! They showed me paperwork I signed accepting responsibility for errors (typical with vehicle purchases but also typically minor errors not thousands!) and have been unwilling to acknowledge or take any responsibility for these mistakes! The actual loan is with US Bank who still doesn’t have a title 3 months later… SE has stopped all communication with me. I can’t pay the extra without compromising my ability to make loan payments. You’d think They would help by waiving some commissions or at least discussing options for reworking the loan. Very unprofessional handling of a huge mistake they made! Will be starting a BBB report and posting on as many RV forums as I can. Insane that they aren’t returning my calls or responding to US Banks letters!

Working with Amanda and the rest of the SE Financial team was great. Amanda was very professional, expedient, forthcoming, patient, and just a nice person. I would recommend SE Financial to anyone looking for loans to purchase their next RV.

We got a quote for an RV loan and was excited about the rate so we applied right away. After the application I looked on their site and noticed they needed more documentation later that day, so I uploaded the information that night. The next day I got an email at 8:00 am central time for the requested information that I had uploaded the night before. Three days later I got an email that they approved my loan for 1.35% higher than the rate that was quoted to me even though my credit score was over 800 and we met all other requirements. When I finally got ahold of the loan officer we where assigned to she told me that that rate wasn't valid and hadn't been for two weeks... She then talked to a manger and responded to me two days later that if I put 30% down they could get me that rate but otherwise they couldn't. They lie and are terrible at communicating... Worst loan experience I have ever had.

After a month of trying to get the loan for our boat, we are still waiting on funds. Paperwork signed 9 days ago and 3 days worth of messages left with no response. When we do speak with someone its a 11 to 15 day wait AFTER loan paper work is signed. Of course calling the bank isn't any better. Find another company if you can or expect horrible service and the run around once you have signed your life away.

This company is funny. They approved my wife sometime ago (6 months) but we waited to pay off some additional bills so we could qualify for a higher finance amount. In total we clear another $1,500 on monthly payments. We have a debt to income ratio of 17% with combine income over $200K. This company claims you are just a number. Guess what? We still didn't got approved. Lol. Oh, the level of hipocrisy!

The Ladies at SE Financial are awesome! Super Friendly and helpful. When I called, Brooklyn helped me access my boat loan options. Once I applied, Amanda helped me get a great rate and term + a great deal! The first boat I applied for was higher priced and required 20% down. The second boat I found was a much better deal, the exact same boat but -$25k less and only 10% down. They make it easy - too easy. If you are in the market for a Boat or RV, take my advice, find your vehicle first because when you contact these ladies and get approved, you better have a vehicle selected because they make it happen fast! Alex in funding took the extra initiative to get my dealer a letter of guaranteed funding and Cheyenne got the check out to the dealer next day air. They did such a great job, it actually made me envy of their job! I highly recommend the Ladies at SE Financial for you Boat & RV needs.

Southeast Financial is the best at financing RV loans. Amanda Vaillencourt is very professional and personable! She has been great to work with during this process. Amanda will take all the worries of getting a loan off of you. Amanda and the rest of the team it takes to process your loan are absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend Southeast Financial and Amanda Vaillencourt for your RV financing. This was the 2nd time I worked with them on a RV loan and I will again if I upgrade again.

This place is beyond crazy on their rates and down payments not to mention they take forever and a day to respond. I ended up using a local credit union for the exact same amount and zero down payment. Avoid using this place for financing

LEFT MESSAGES INQUIRING ABOUT A LOAN WHICH NOBODY EVEN BOTHERS TO RETURN YOUR CALL. THEN WAITING ON HOLD TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND THEY JUST LEAVE YOU HANGING ON HOLD FOREVER. YOU DESERVE ZERO STARS. I HOPE THAT I NEVER HAVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.

We are trying to get an RV loan... We submitted the application yesterday... never heard from anyone... today I see credit was run... I call to find out what's going on and I get told that no one is available to look at our loan until the following day..so here it just sits for another 24 hours..... then she, in her snotty tone, proceeds to tell me that summer is their busy season.... and even after someone is available to help us, it may take 5-7 days to get a check! So when it's all said and done you can be looking at 10 days or more to get financed...I hate to see how they are to deal with after you actually get a loan. I guess if you aren't in a hurry for funding and if you like talking with rude people on the phone.... this might be a choice for financing.... probably not a good choice but it's a choice....
