Our windows were over 20 years old and greatly needed replacing. I was very nervous about finding a company that would offer good quality windows within our budget. From the highly qualified salesman coming to our home to the fantastic installers, we are nothing but impressed and extremely happy with our choice of windows. The salesman felt like family and the installers left our home cleaner than they found it. Our home looks fantastic!!! Matter of fact, our windows look so good our neighbor is getting new windows from Pinnacle as well!!! Pinnacle is a 5 ***** company!!! Thank you Pinnacle!!!

We had new vinyl siding installed to replace our 25 year old builder grade vinyl. Salesman, Ken, is extremely knowledgeable. The new siding not only looks incredible, but the quality is outstanding. We now have great insulation and can already tell a difference inside the home. The siding job was not cheap, but the overall value will balance that out. Overall, we are totally satisfied with the work done by Pinnacle and the quality of the product.

The installers selected windows that were the best look for our house maximizing the amount of glass. Once the new windows were installed we noticed that in rooms that we had trouble with either being too hot or cold we were now able to maintain a constant temperature similar to the rest of the house. We were skeptical if changing the windows would be the cure for our temperature issues. We were very surprised to see and feel the immediate impact of the more energy efficient windows.

We had our home remodeled with vinyl siding with the extra insulation and new windows. We had cedar wood siding on our home before. Since have the new siding and windows our home is warmer during the winter and cooler in the summer. Our electric bill has been cut almost in half after the remodel. I love that I can clean all my windows from the inside as our home is two stores.

From the moment I reached out to them for a quote the process was easy and they were extremely helpful. I had my entire roof replaced and I couldn't be more pleased with my service. The tech's we're kind, courteous, and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing needs. Kenneth was on time for appointment, demonstrated/showed construction of windows, fully explained what contract would include and final cost. We signedthe contract. Due to the "pandemic" we had a 12 week waiting period. This was no problem to us. Replacement of 19 windows done timely except, damage to one window, which was ordered by installers (Russell-father and son team). The reordered damaged window also had a waiting period. Again, understandable. Once we get to point for replacing all external doors these are the persons/company we will definitely call upon. Very pleased with work. Cost for windows replacements acceptable for quality and service. We love these attractive well sealed windows as house heating has significantly improved. Also, the ability to clean inside and outside the windows from inside our house. These have made an improvement in external and internal appearance.

I have waited 20 years to qualify for a new roof. Once I did, Pinnacle came out and did an excellent job. They worked fast and finished my roof in one day. I would recommend Pinnacle for any roofing needs you may have. My windows are next and when I am ready, I will ask Pinnacle to do that work as well. Thanks Pinnacle for a job well done.

I was so impressed by Ralph and his patience with me. I'm older and know nothing about windows but he took his time to explain every feature and the warranty. I want to leave my home to my family when I pass but I didn't want them to have to worry about upgrades. I love the fact that my lifetime warranty will transfer to them when they take over ownership. He was so knowledgeable about the windows and I feel like I was put in good hands with him. Definitely will call him back if and when I need a roof or siding. From the sales call to the finished installation, I just can't say enough good about this company. My salesman, Ralph, worked very hard to get me the financing I needed to get a new roof. He kept in touch, I sent him to talk to my dad who also bought a roof. The crew that came out to do the work were fast and very polite and respectful. They cleaned everything up before they left. I am very happy with Pinnacle and will refer people to them every chance I get! If I have other home improvements they can do, I will definitely use them.

I started looking for windows in January. They responded soon after I asked for a quote. Ordering was easy, the wait was a little long due to Covid, but the windows were ready when they said they would be. Russell, the installer, was great to work with, remembered I worked at a school, and was ready to work around my schedule, thankfully it was spring break. Russell and Tay were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and neat. My windows look great and I can open them now. (Cheaper than Anderson and Pella and I was able to get what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me.) My one regret is not getting them 5 years ago.

I am so glad I chose Pinnacle to replace the siding on my house. They reached above and beyond my expectations. Not only helpful with design and financing but the crew who worked on my home were very professional as well. I love my new siding and so do my neighbors! From the initial appointment with Cody Witt and the display of knowledge of the products and company I was pleased. It was presented in a professional and courteous manner with all questions answered. Juan Aquino and his installation team were outstanding. The windows Installed amplified the look of our home and most notably were they drastically reduced storm noise and wind drag. The gutters and new soffit/fascia with new downspouts dramatically improved the appearance of our home. Money well spent on quality products and professional installation. Yes, there was a couple of glitches that were addressed and corrected with communication and patience and I appreciate the understanding of Wayne Bratcher. All said and done, I've received numerous compliments on the completed work from friends, family and neighbors.
