Crystal is super amazing! She is so helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining and breaking down everything you need to know about getting a loan. This my second time getting a loan and she was so happy to help me out again and was very busy and training at the same time but stayed focused on processing my paperwork and kept a great cheerful mood.
