Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hwy, Nashville

Today I visited the branch of the BoA in Bellevue,Tn and met with the rude, unprofessional behavior of manager Jordan Smith and the offensive tone of her conversation. And in jast few months it's happening second time in a row.

Very unprofessional thank of America should be ashamed to have the name America for their bank they are terrible they're never open their workers are rude and they'll squeeze every last penny out of you stay away from Bank of America

Had to check on my account and was very nice folks at this location. I would suggest new people moving to the area to consider opening an account at this branch.

This branch is horrible branch ever. Cashier, even manager are very rude, You can’t complete anything in this branch. Very bad customer service. I didn’t expect this kind of service and attitude from Bank of America. Visiting this branch means wasting your time.

Horrid bank, I had a savings account with 250 bucks and they gave me something pathetic like 1 dollar a year of interest, after 20 years I check my account and not only did the bank steal all my money but now I am in debt! Without ever touching the account! So I call them and they tell me that suddenly and without advising me they decided to add a maintenance charge for such a small amount of 250 dollars I was speechless! Stay away from these thieves! By the way they don't answer the comments here meaning they don't care about their customers.

Manager, Melissa, incredibly pretentious and. rude. My husband and I tried to cash a Bank of America check that had been issued by Geico for an insurance claim. She did not even ATTEMPT to help us. I suspect it was because we were approaching closing time. She told us that they did not keep that much money and that it would have to be ordered blah blah blah.... She refused to negotiate with us. Period. I asked her if there was another branch that could help me out with this and she insisted that it would be the same issue at any other branch. This was not a huge sum of money! It turns out that the Church St. branch of Bank of America is extremely accommodating. They were able to handle the transaction, no problem. We interacted with several staff members and they were all very patient and helpful. I highly recommend reaching out to the manger, Shima at the Church St location. If I could give zero stars for Bellvue, I would have.

On April 8, 2019 I sent a Bank of America a money order which would have brought my account balance to zero but they still to this day have not given me credit for my payment. Bank of America stole close to a thousand dollars from me. I have contacted them several time for months with no response. Bank of America stamped the back of my check on April 12, 2019. Bank of America claims they never received my payment. I have already sent them a copy of my receipt and they have proof that I have paid my account in full. Bank of America has still not given me credit for my payment. I have been trying to settle this dispute since April 2019. I would love to talk to someone in management that can clear this account up for me. At this point I just feel like Bank of America has stolen my $990.44. I’ve had to contact an attorney pay more money out of my pocket because this bank is nothing but low down thieves who think they can get away with stealing people’s money. Looks like I’m going to have to take this to small claims court to get this taken care of. If this is the kind of banking you would like, Bank of America is for you.

Awful customer service. Very rude employees at this branch.

They always find a reason not to cash a check

worst bank I ever went to. when someone ran into my car I took the state farm check to bank of america the first half came available in 3 week and the 2nd came available the 4th week. yhey love to place 5 to 10 holds on checks unless it is a paycheck. SunTrust cashes all their checks the next day. Any other bank in bellevue is better than Bank of america. They are rude and don't tell the truth about deposits.
