May be negative Star is all they deserve. I went there with my wife to open an account. I was told I need to come other day. because Account lady is not present duh. I went there next time on Saturday. This time excuse was there are too many people want to meet the account lady she won't be available today as they will close 12 pm sharp. Got up and took my business next door at US bank

They employ people who override the system to allow customers to make deposits from third party checks, but the manager will not back them up. Apparently it’s okay to have inconsistent training in this company (some tellers will let you deposit checks, others will not.) I do no recommend this credit union to have an account with or to use as a sister branch. They will avoid your questions and tell you there’s no way to help you. Some terrible customer service if you ask me.

Please I warn beware. They will give you a loan but they will sneak charges on your account. They will will not answer any of your phone calls nor return your calls(Bruce Schlee). I can't speak for other branches but for the one on White Bridge Pike, Nashville, Tennessee. Please learn from my experience. I wish someone wrote a review like this so I could of known.

I always get fast, efficient service and not just from my “teller.” If he/she doesn’t know an answer I always get it because they’re don’t seem to compete to be right or first. Even if it’s 5 minutes before closing time

They're supposed to be a member of the COOP ATM network but their ATMs charge you for all cards except for TTCU cards.

Unless Mrs Sherry is working this place is a mess. Simple tasks like making a deposit can take 20 minutes. When Mrs Sherry is there service is fast and professional. Avoid unless she’s working that day.

Currently go through some sort of a Conversion, that was supposed to end 8:30 am on the 23rd of September. It is now 2:40 pm on the 24th...Still no availability!! I am on hold for the past 10 minutes and counting...Need to find out when I will get a new Debit card as mine will expire in just a few days!!

Best experience I have ever had getting a loan. I don't have the best credit and he approved me for a like new motorcycle. In and out in under 35 minutes! Bruce is awesome! Thanks alot!

New lovely building. Poor management, they didn't plan for enough tellers, under staffed!! Waited too long in line !!! They need help. No wonder they only have 1 star. Very disappointed !!!!

I have been with this bank for over 20 years and they do not protect there customers at al regarding fraudulent activity. I am closing all of my accounts with this bank.
