Almost going on 3 months to resolve a dispute. I'm not it's lack of resources, training, or staff members. This location really sucks!! Ya'll need to do better.

The fact that everytime I call up there and Jay tells me his manager isn’t in with such a nasty attitude is repulsive and disturbing : they really need better management and people there because it’s really ridiculous at this point. I wish there was a corporate number I could call to report them.

Poor customer service by every one I've been helped by at this location. The manager doesnt seem to care about lack of professionalism of his employees. Whether it's going through the drive thru or in store , there is a huge lack of customer service at this Branch and someone is always shorting me on my change back.

I take. Off on my lunch break because I had. Fraud on my acct and need a temp card because I had to close my current card only to be told they don't have temp card at this location and to try another location 25 mins away. I also glad I am done with this bank. Poor customer service waste of time

Mr. Bradford is always friendly and helpful, he wasn't available during my last visit, Candace had a very poor attitude, I'd greeted her good afternoon, no reply just attitude, along with sour looks WHY!?I feel, if a person isn't happy where there employed its not ok to make the customer feel like they have to be on the defense, OF ALL PLACES ,your financial institute SMH

Had the worst banking experience of my life here. I’m so glad this is not my home bank. I watched them verify a small check twice to repeatedly acting like their internet was down all in the name of precaution. I will never use or refer anyone to this bank.

This branch has serious issues. Firstly, the woman behind the counter informed me when I asked to speak to a manager that they DON’T HAVE ONE. The rude, racist, and impolite staffers at this location do a serious disservice to the generally excellent service of BB&T. I have received Horrible, late, slow, and consistently bad service at this particular branch. GO. ELSEWHERE until they close this branch down. -5 stars.

I’m giving one star because I have to. These people are rude as hell. They look at you like you’re crazy when you walk in. They don’t speak. While standing in line, they don’t offer to help, you have to ask them if they are ready to help. This location needs to close. I’ve never ever been into a bank with nothing but deadbeats on the clock!!! They are horrible. SHUT IT DOWN

Great customer service , but getting out of their parking lot is a challenge if you have to make a left turn!!

Did a wire transfer and debit activation. Service was Prompt, Professional and extremely pleasant. 5 stars
