I was told to go to this branch by customer service and another chase bank as they were the only location with a private banker that could assist me. All I need is a reg form that was not completed when Chase originally opened up my account (not my fault). Upon getting that information I called to confirm and I was told that the private banker was there and I was welcome to come and wait in the lobby. When I arrived the banker walks over to me and tells me that she can’t help me because she has appointments. It is exactly 1 hour before the bank closes and all I need is a form to keep my account open. I explained that I had driven 45 minutes to find this location the banker didn’t care and walked off refusing to help me saying she won’t have time — she never even tried to help. When I called I spoke with Carmen who told me to come. I don’t know what the personal banker is but I’m not even gonna try I will say she look like she just had a nose job — she was black. Again all I needed was a Reg Form to keep my account open. With the amount of branch locations and the amount of people who can actually assist you with your banking needs, I would not recommend this bank to anyone. You would think they would want to keep accounts open versus closing them by refusing help.

Maria is so awesome I came in today with the weight on my shoulders that I wouldn’t get my bank account back up and running today. But the great customer service that she has wouldn’t let her or I give up on the situation with out Maria help today I wouldn’t be getting my account open even though it’s not at this branch she didn’t quite until she had a satisfied customer #Above&Behind

My father-in-law and my wife opened a joint account at this branch as he lives out of state. He never received his debit card and received a call that the system has his address as this branch as such he will not receive a card. He now has to go to a branch in his state to order a debit card. My wife tried to assist her elderly father however was told she can not as he would have to physically go into the bank. This was not an error on my family’s part and the branch had no way of correcting their error except instruct my elderly father-in-law to go into a local branch. Given that seniors are a vulnerable population you would think they would do more to assist during the pandemic. We will be looking at other financial institutions to service us.

I’m at this location right now and it’s literally taking 30minutes per car because they’re telling everyone to do the paperwork that they usually fill out behind the counter. Customer service is null. I’m surprised because Chase usually has a great service been dealing with them for years but this particular branch should be closed down for good. This is bad service with horrible attitudes to match the tellers don’t even say have a good or thank you or screw u or anything after you’ve stayed in line for close to an hr.

This location is the WORST! Service/wait time... I deposited money orders so that I can get a cashier to move. They held the funds and basically sent me on my way. I called customer service and was told the branch could release the funds in they wanted too. What type of business is this? I will be closing my account due to all the foolishness on a regular!

My husband had an issue with a wire transfer where Chase could not account for the wire and it took longer than 24 hours to resolve. We called 5/6 times to customer service and the call was hung up each time. He finally decided to go inside the branch after the last call. Thanks to Ms. Lupa (Lupe) at the Thornton road branch in Austell, GA for making sure everything was taken care of! She went above and beyond to correct a poor customer service experience. These 5 stars are for her, not the experience.

Today is 11/30/21 and I was profiled by a heavyset woman who told me her name was Karen(manager) This occurred at roughly 9:53am. She stated I cannot cash a check since I am not a member. I told Karen I always cash my payroll check at that location and a fee is accessed that was waved every time. Karen became loud and rude. She did not let me speak to a manager nor did she cash the check. Please look into this issue. My corporation was notified

I arrived about 09:40 am on Saturday morning thinking that I'd be able to open a savings account for my grandson. I was told that they do not have any bankers in. I thought that Saturday mornings is when they usually have at least one person in for people who can't get in during the week. This is unacceptable.

My wallet was lost recently while I was on vacation. After arriving back home I visited the Chase bank at 610 Thornton Rd. in Lithia Springs Georgia. The first teller I spoke to, (Danae Scott) was clearly unaware of Chase banking policy & technological capability as she stated to me that without ID, or a chase debit card, $100 was the absolute limit on my withdrawal. This teller (Danae Scott) was very dismissive, her attitude was very pompous, and her demeanor was totally cavalier. Not one time did she offer to escalate the situation to someone that could offer a sound solution, “and there was a solution”. Instead, she maintained what can only be described as “her clouded and somewhat uninformed posture as I just shook my head in disbelief. Then I called a Chase Customer Service Representative (CSR) while I was in the bank. The CSR informed me that with my cell phone and my Chase app available, I should have no problem withdrawing this amount. I moved on to the next available teller by the name of (Connor Williams). Before I had a chance to try and explain to Connor what I needed, he threw both his hands up in what was admittedly a defeatist response and a reluctant and unwilling disposition. Connor was no help; his lack of initiative and customer service was quite disappointing. So I moved on and looked for assistance elsewhere in the bank because at this point it was obvious that Danae and Connor had limitations. I came in contact with Ms. Jennifer Romero as she walked through the seating area of the bank. Finally!!! Ms. Romero did everything indicative of a knowledgeable, professional, informed Chase employee. She listened, gathered the facts, evaluated the resources available to us, and she helped me to withdraw the $400 needed. As for Danae and Connor, well, let’s keep it positive. Maybe some additional training would help those employees to better understand the needs of the account holders and to acquire some proactive resourcefulness. Rob C.

Came friday 6-12-2020 around 10 am and the drive up was not open. Everytime I come it takes so long to get to the drive up teller, then once there it takes so long to get transactions done! When will the bank open its lobby?
