Fort Sill National Bank Springs

This bank is awesome. I work right beside them and come and do change orders. Everytime I come im greeted with friendly faces and beautiful personality’s not to mention there decorations are always beautiful. They also have flyers for joes fish and chicken and send a lot of customers over to them. 10/10

Absolutely Horrible LAWLESS Bank! Stay away! Someone fraudulently made purchases like 8 of them. 2.99 and 7.99. repeatedly, I was charged $20. My account is not in the negative by 220.00. When I tried to file a dispute, they denied the claim...WITHOUT EVEN TAKING A STATEMENT from me. ZERO paperwork. The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) PROHIBITS this.

Back in Late February 2020 i opened an account with FSNB Bank and received great service from Terra who opened my account. After several months if coming in to make deposits, i was si impressed that i ask how could I work here. Angie the branch manger asked me to apply online, which i did. They got back to me in October do to Covid to do a Zoom interview that went awesome with Mr. Adams. I am now an employee with this awesome Bank and i am able to contribute great service as i received. This is an awesome opportunity to be a great Asset as I serve my community. This bank is a joke. I have a checking account with them. Everytime I come to cash a personal check, they make me wait for atleast 30-45 min. They are open until 7 but they have to call the maker of the check everytime. And if the maker doesnt answer, they won't cash it. Also they charged me $43 to cash my first check because they say they had to go through a 3rd party company to cash my check. Now they want to charge me $18 for the same kind of check I just cash 2 days ago. I've been here for almost an hour. I couldn't cash the personal check at the money center in Walmart because it's over $200. So now there telling me they can't cash it because the the maker of the check won't answer

Great people to be around every time I use to go in but wish I was still in Atlanta they treat you like family they just don't have a direct number and wish I could get the number

The staff is the best. Personal very friendly family oriented feel. The most helpful Ive ever seen in any bank setting.

This trash... Sorry the people are great but the bank itself is garbage 🗑️. Fsnb needs to be sold or shut down and start from scratch.... Careful they are known to take or hold your money
