It is the worst bank I have ever met, their system never works, and they always say that they are having technical failures. They do not have trained staff to provide good service. I called the branch because after 3 days of calling 1-800 no one helped me and what was my surprise at the branch was they didn't give me a solution either. So the people who are waiting for a payment from my company can NOT count on their money. Ms. Elizabeth, who is a supervisor, and I explained the case to her, that I am in another state where they do not have branches and looking for a prompt solution, and the answer was, I cannot do anything, you must wait for the 1-800 to solve it. I've been waiting for a solution for 4 days with today. THE WORST BANK.

This was the second Suntrust / Truist I went to because the first one the banker shrugged off my request. I went to this Suntrust / Truist and Rosemary helped right away. She was so friendly and efficient. When I came back the following week she remembered me and was able to help me both times with everything I needed.

Definitely needs customer service training , specially the manager , Could care less if you do business with them or not , Thank goodness there's other great banks in Orlando.

Location of ATM machines seems unsafe, would rather do that from my car. They are the slowest bank I have ever dealt with. A simple deposit can take ten plus minutes and now they close at 4.

worst branch ever. I have a business account and sent someone in to make a deposit. I gave him the federal id number and later the account number. The person only asked that they confirm it was the right account because he wanted to make sure he wrote it down correctly. They REFUSED and said it wasn't their responsibility. THANKFULLY this isn't my branch but someone needs to go back to a customer service training. ASSHOLES

The really large location at the corner of bumby and colonial. This location is open most of the week, including Saturday. They also have several drive-up windows which is really helpful during rainy Florida days. They also have a lot of the consultants here on site if you need to talk to someone about a loan or something special with your account. It doesn't usually take long to get a chance to sit down with an employee. I like this location because it's so large, that it's usually fast and efficient to get in and out of. Unfortunately, I've had my credit card number stolen a couple of times and had to come in to the bank to get some cash out to cover me while I wait for a new card to come in the mail. The staff here is always nice and understanding. They move things along really quickly and keep me afloat until my new card comes in. The parking lot here is also huge so it's easy to find a spot up close. They have the SunTrust University on the second floor so sometimes it does get busy if they're having a training. However, you can usually find a spot without an issue. Overall: A Large, quick, friendly staff, and lots of parking. There's plenty to love at this location.

The worst costumer service . They all sound automated and they don't care about their long term consumers. You may have changed a policy but it would be nice if you sent out notifications or emails to your costumers I mean generally that's what you do when a policy has changed .You could clearly see from previous transactions on a account I made that I did it when the policy changed. And my other bank did it anyway. Have you ever heard of just taking care of the guest? No wonder why BBT is taking over

I always have a great experience at this location. I'm honestly surprised about all the bad reviews for it. I come to this bank once a week and feel like the drive thru and atm is completely safe. I also have never had a long wait time at this location. All in all, this is probably one of the easiest banks I have ever been to.

After being charged 4 overdraft fees in one day with a positive account figure, the overdraft fees caused my account to go in the negative. I came in to talk to Giselle Nunez, a SunTrust representative, and she bluntly and rudely stated I don't understand how to read a simple transaction spreadsheet. I will be leaving this bank after being a customer for 3 years, simply because they don't value their customers.

BY FAR THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I can be lengthy, I will apologize ahead of time. I showed up at 4:08 (after leaving work early to make sure I had time for my 5:00 client meeting), only to be told they close at 4. After banging on the door several times, someone said use the drive-through and walked away. They did not tell me I had to cross 2 streets (there drive through is not attached) in order to find it. After 10 minutes of circling around I finally got in 1 of 2 open lanes (you would think if they close at 4, and only leave drive through open, they would prepare. I guess banking hours are even more of a joke now). I SAT IN LINE FOR 45 MINUTES BEFORE I EVEN GOT MY TURN. Literally, every single car behind me was able to switch to other lanes and get service before me, even the closed lanes. I confronted the teller when she greeted me (1/2 heartedly at that). I immediately shared my frustrations, and she denied it as if I was not in my car. My anxiety was on high because I had 1 mile until empty on my Jeep, and became very nervous that I was going to break down in line because they were too slow. Once I described each car in front of me, and the fact that other closed lanes got service before me, she suddenly stopped defending herself. I asked why there were no deposit slips, as I was in a rush, and her explanation was because homeless people steal them. Another great efficiency for Suntrust! I asked to speak to a manager, to no surprise "he was in a meeting." Funny for an institution that says they closed 45 minutes ago. I asked her name, "Ellen" was her response, but no last name for obvious reasons. Doubt that is her name in the first place. To make matters worse, my cell phone had not been activated, another errand I planned on running and didn't get to, and that left me with no way to reach my client and tell her I could not make it due to Suntrust's incredible inefficiencies. I am all too proud to say I do not bank with Suntrust; was just obligated to go there and pay rent. I would never, ever join if this is there customer service model- especially in Orlando where we are thought of as the most friendly and hospitable cities in the World. I would not recommend Suntrust to Satan, never mind anyone I cared about. You can see the other reviews below, seems to be a major pattern with this institution.
