Truist US, Leesburg

Absolutely the worst bank out there. We had a return check that was written to us. Our account never went negative. We deposited a different check a couple weeks later and they held our funds for over 2 weeks before they cleared them. Now they are closing my account do to the return check that I had the funds to cover. I wouldn’t bank there if I were you.

Mary is the branch manager at the Leesburg Lake Square Mall location. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her staff. My visits and phone calls are ALWAYS welcomed and I'm treated with the utmost professional respect. Rare these days! Thank you Mary and be safe!

Has wonderful Bank teller's and very helpful. Very laid back bank.

Although we don't often have to go into the SunTrust Bank Branch in Leesburg, when we do, we are always provided with outstanding customer support. Whether it is to open a new account, request notary services or just have a question answered, we find the staff to be helpful, courteous and professional. We highly recommend SunTrust and especially this branch for all your banking needs.

Maps says the branch is open till 1. Come and find out it closed at 12. With a sign that says it will be closed in the future on Saturdays. With such limited hours how do they expect clients to be able to bank with them?
