Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) US, Leesburg

Very disappointed in BoA handling the CV19 issues. My branch is completely closed down and next barest is also completely closed down. I had to drive 10 miles to complete a transaction. When I get there lines out the door with more customers inside than out side. My question. Why could the closed banks have the drive through open. I ask a BoA officer what the deal was and in my opinion he lied to me saying they could not get their employees to come to work when in actuality BoA has laid off their employees in order to save money as opposed to servicing their customers. Yes these are rough, bad times but BoA has dropped the ball.

worst banking experience we ever had drive thru closed because someone called in sick1 teller working inside, however there were three employees at desks on computers no one made an effert to assist by moving to one of the teller windows and move the line along. when we complained about the drive thru being closed the manager became nasty when we questined why he was not helping the only teller he told us to go outside and cash our checks at the atm. we were ask to leave the bank. no cusomer service here.....

Tug of war. As I was walking into the bank a woman was walking out with a bank employee. She pushed, while I pulled the door open for her and as soon as she cleared the doorway the employee pulled the door closed without saying a word. I didn't want to force it open & it took me a second to realize the bank closed 30 mins ago. But c'mon sir, long day or not, just say "we're closed". Next time I'll win at Tug of War.

This branch is MUCH better than the Eustis branch. Well worth the extra drive to be treated like a customer should be.

Thank you Bank of America for taking funds out of my account without contacting me and sending me a check of my own money! You have completely messed up the closing of my house purchase and my holidays and my service member child is home for the holidays! No one answers the phone or returns emails at the branch...just calls me at ten till 5pm to give me partial information and no answers as to where my money is!!!! This is the biggest joke I have ever encountered!!!! I can not believe a financial institution would work this way! Up until this incident I have had no problem but this is a huge mistake! Thank you again for making this experience more stressful!

Wow. Can't believe how a trip to the bank can cause so much aggravation. Kayla at the branch obviously doesn't care about how she treats just anyone. I know the folks at the other Leesburg branch have never treated me in such a way that left me feeling this way. My suggestion ,which I'm pretty sure that it comes from training, is mind your own business and do your job without pissing anyone off.

Had an emergency and my parents tried to put some cash into my account to help me out but this bank refused to accept the cash and said that they will only take a check. No other bank I have ever been with has EVER done that because last I checked cash is legal tender
