Great Bank, just opened some accounts and the representative Opal Smith. was awesome and a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, kind and funny too. I always feel welcome at the Leesburg branch. Alice, in particular, always knows my name and welcomes me cheerfully. She has helped me sort out banking issues several times. Each time she was patient while I explained the issue and knowledgeable in how to get it resolved. She has a peaceful demeanor and is pleasant to work with.

Quiet, clean and cozy little office conveniently tucked right off the side of us Hwy 441 in Leesburg. Shout out to Lizette Bodiford, my exceptional customer service representative/ banker, for making a walk in the park easier than taking candy from a baby in regards to me opening up a new account. She was very courteous qnd cooperative. Thank you!

Anna, Loretta, and Alice are awesome. These ladies are very professional and good at their job. They all have great personalities and a great sense of humor. All of the staff are always helpful and friendly. They always go above and beyond of what is expected. I usually always try to go inside the bank for my transactions. Nice to have a bank in town as great as this one .

Opal at the Leesburg branch was amazing, extremely knowledgeable, with great customer service. And was able to help me get a new debit card when I was having issues with my old one and also helped me with questions about a loan and credit card. She will definitely be the one I got to when I am ready to apply!!!!!

I have banked with this Addition Financial in Leesburg for years, my grandparents, over 30 years and I have never been treated this great by any other bank. I have been with Bank of America and SunTrust, to name a few, and none of them compare to this bank. The staff has confident job knowledge, above and beyond customer service and a location that is easy to get to and close to my home. I have my checking, savings and loans all done through Addition Financial in Leesburg. You will NOT be sorry for switching over to them. Alice, Lorretta, Anna, any of them will take great care of you. To answer anyone asking themselves if I work for them or get some sort of benefit from posting this review. The answer is no. It is hard to find a business that is for the customers, especially locally. So when I come across a business who takes care of their customers as these fine people do, I like to share that and shout it out for all to hear. :-)
