    I chose Superior to install a white vinyl fence in November 2020 based on their reviews and the presentation done by their salesperson, Jade. They weren’t the cheapest but gave a great vibe so that was enough for me. Install was pretty straightforward initially but about 8 months later I noticed concrete chunks all over my yard. Further inspection found that the concrete posts weren’t deep enough and were breaking apart. On July 5 I reached out to Jade and on July 14 she assured me I was covered under the installation warranty. As of August 4 I hadn’t heard any follow up so I reached out again. Jade apologized and said they were still working on it. On 8/5 the GM, Tom Stancic, reached out and said I would be scheduled as soon as possible. Didn’t hear back so I wrote him on 8/29 asking for follow up and predictably got no response. On 9/7 I emailed Jade asking for follow up and got no response. Left a VM on 9/9 when she didn’t answer my call. No response of course. Take your business elsewhere. Likely to find cheaper rates and better service without much effort.

    We understand your frustration with your repairs. Thank you for your one star rating on your service as opposed to the actual installation of your fencing install. The concrete footing posts for your fencing are not breaking apart as your fencing would be falling over. Your photos have not indicated anything of that sort happening, rather there is extra concrete around one post was added and a bit of dirt and sod was not added over top of one post. The post in question is also on an angle elevated on a hill and is thus exposed. Our management team has stated to you that we will be out to service your post. We did not provide you with a service date at that time, as we were and are currently experiencing circumstances beyond our control for minor repair work such as yours. Had we had the ability to service your minor repair we would have scheduled it with you already. Due to COVID concerns and unforeseen circumstances, our repair services have been suspended for a few weeks. As had been explained to you, we would like to service your request once you are able to or once we are near your area to do so. Thank you for your understanding.

    I worked with Debbie for the sales process... she was supremely patient with my incredibly annoying HOA - resubmitting the docs over and over when they were nit-picking. The installers were awesome - fast, professional, polite, cleaned up the space. One of my requests was to make sure that it was safe and enclosed so my dog couldn't get out. As you can see in the pics, mission accomplished! The only reason it's not a 5 is that I had to do a little chasing to get scheduled... materials had come in, and all the pieces were in place but somehow I fell off the radar. Once that got resolved, everything moved really quickly!

    7 months and still waiting! Plenty of lies to get the deposit and then nothing. Absolute scam of a company! UPDATE: they are now offering a partial refund minus a 25% restocking fee on product that is supposedly “back ordered”. If that is true then what is there to restock? Also, the company waited over two months after receiving the deposit to even place the order which makes any claims of supply chain issues moot.

    Your assertion that you have been waiting for your fence for 7 months omitted important facts: We had no control over your HOA, and the timelines for your HOA response and your response to us to place your order for your fence in the first place. As we explained to you numerous times: The onus of that time frame is on you as the owner of your property with your HOA unfortunately. As explained to you as well, due to unforeseen circumstances your material has been back ordered by the manufacturer for your custom order fence. We have no control of this. We have notified you of these set of circumstances, through email, on the phone, and now through social media. Hopefully one of our responses to you, will get through. We have emailed you and spoke to you on numerous occasions. We have also offered you the opportunity for a refund minus the 25% restocking fee due to this being a custom order as indicated on your contract. Please read the contract you have signed for the deposit. Alternatively, if you still want your fence installed, we are still waiting for your fence to arrive from the manufacturer. Thank you.

    Very professional and competitive in pricing. Communication with sales argent was outstanding. Debbie went above and beyond. The fence was installed in less then 4 hours by the installation crew. They were also very kind and respectful.

    We used Superior Fence & Rail to install a black aluminum 5' fence at our new home in Winter Garden because of their excellent reviews. I will say that the quality of the fence and the quality of the installation was indeed "Superior". We love the fence and it is far better quality than the fences of our neighbors who used a different company. The only complaint (and it is a significant one) is that the time for install was way longer than we were told at the time of contracting. We were quoted 10-12 weeks depending on how long HOA approval took (I got HOA approval in less than 1 week), but we didn't get our fence installed until 5 months after the HOA approval. That was a long time for our poor dogs to go without a place to run around and play. That being said, I do understand that there is a shortage of quality materials and wait times are long for every company right now, so it was kind of out of their control. I just wish that we were told this at the time of contracting so our expectations would have aligned with actual install time. Our neighbor got their fence installed much quicker, but as I said before, our fence material seems far better in quality. Now that we have the fence, I will say it was worth the wait for better materials. I would recommend Superior Fence & Rail to anyone looking for a fence install (just don't expect it quickly).

    Superior Fence and Rail did a phenonmenal job on my fence! Their price was the best out of all the quotes I received. They scheduled to come out for a quote immediately (where some companies would take over a month to give an estimate). They handled all the permitting for me, and installed a rather large fence in one day! I had one little mishap where a few of the caps on the posts were missing, but I attribute it to the fact that it was getting dark when the crew finished. A quick e-mail had the problem resolved quickly. They have great customer service!

    We had Superior out to give us an estimate when we first moved to Clermont in 2019. Fast forward to 2020 and we remembered Debbie Kunze. She came back out to refresh our estimate and we ended up choosing a white vinyl fence. Two of their team came out and installed our fence and we could not be happier with both the installation and the product quality. The ladies in the office were wonderful at keeping us informed of an install date and worked with our schedule. We recommend Superior due to their professionalism and final product. Job well done!

    I never write bad reviews so trust me when I write this one about this company. Horrible customer service. Started fencing process 9 weeks ago, we have a great HOA so approval for that was done in a week (I don’t want them to blame the hold up on anyone else 😉) the sales rep. Was very responsive in calling us back when it was time to sign the contract and get our deposit. Just like her voice mail said she was always back in touch in 24 hours. This is when unfortunately the table turns, once the deposit was done we were told about 6-8 weeks for installation. So it is now 8 weeks and I have spent the last 2 weeks calling daily and emailing, even calling the sales rep., who now conveniently can’t return calls in 24 hours 🤷🏼‍♀️. I have asked for an update, that’s all I’m asking for and all I hear are crickets….no return calls from anyone. I’m hoping this 3 rd week will be the week I will hear from someone. Just do yourself a favor and do not choose this company, choose one who is responsive to questions and time frames.

    Purchased and installed a white vinyl privacy fence. Jade, the Sales Manager, is absolutely fantastic. Offered ideas, options and choices best suited for my needs. Melody, in the office, is great at communicating with us on delivery, install and most importantly, follow up after the install to insure that they have exceeded my expectations. They did far exceed my expectations. The installers were very detailed and precise in placement and construction of the fence. Very conscious of my property, plants and landscaping. Cleaned up and picked up leaving only the fence itself as proof they were here. Bravo to all at Superior Fence and Rail. Highly recommend this company and it's outstanding employees.

    Worst customer service EVER ! 12 weeks 1 day they came to install. This was AFTER countless phone calls , email to corporate, even several calls to my sales rep. Still nothing but excuses. I went to get my money back. They actually have mountains of files( go see for yourself) pulled mine out of the middle of a stack of at least 50 ! The gal disappeared to the back to talk with the " scheduler ". All of a sudden they could install the following Tuesday. They sell too many contracts and are not the least bit capable to fulfill them. If you want severe headaches and love to call weekly to hound them to complete the job ,this place is for you. The installers are fantastic. Jade is terrific. This is purely poor business practice on Superior Fence and Rail. They left their calling card plaque on my fence toting their name which I wish I would of caught before the guys put it on. Good thing for white duct tape. You should ask for permission to put that sign on my fence. I would NOT recommend them no way no how. Excuse after excuse . Everybody uses Covid as one. Tell the truth , No wonder your office manager quit she couldn't take the justifiable frustrated customers! Good business practice at the very least would be to stay in contact with your customers to keep us in the loop. SHAME ON YOU using the word superior in your name when you are anything but! Response to the owner: I did not ask for perfect service nor expected such. I did expect your company to keep me, the customer informed of my installation status period. It is your consistent lack of customer service that is beyond frustrating. Your installers as I mentioned are outstanding. It took this long for you the owner to reach out. It will indeed be interesting to see if this " plaque" fact is upheld should need be. I do hope within the next 30 years you can improve on the customer service that is most important for any company. In the long run, it wasn't how long it took that mattered, sure it's frustrating. It mattered it took this long for you to reach out to me now 14 weeks later with " good news" you will be here in the next 30 years" Where have you been the last 14 weeks?

    Thank you for your feedback and we do apologize for a less than perfect service leading up to your installation. The plaque gives you an extra 2 years of labor warranty but if you prefer, it can be removed and the screw holes repaired. As with many corporations across the country, we have experienced delays and shortages and unfortunately, this filters through to our customers. The good news for all of our customers is that Superior Fence will still be around in 30 years to warranty every fence installed.

    This company is by far the worst and most expensive in lake county. I am literally paying almost 5k to only fence one side of my yard and for all that money you would think they would have great customer service. I have been waiting since April for my fence and I only signed with them because my neighbor did and she was doing the back fence.I was told it would not take long since my neighbor has been waiting since last year to have her fence completed but after countless calls I am no closer to getting this installed then I was back in April. Thay also charge a cancellation fee even though they do not hold up there end of the deal. Save your time and money and just go with another company. These people have no idea what they are doing.

    I was very impressed with the service. I was told it would be about 5 to 6 weeks to get my fence installed. It was installed sooner than the estimated time frame. The Installers were professional and on time and did a wonderful job. Wow a company that does what they promise! The ladies from the office were wonderful. They answered all my questions and called me the day after to make sure I was happy with installation of the fence. Thanks again for the great service. I will surely recommend your company to others.

    If you are looking for a fence, I do NOT recommend Superior Fence & Rail. I have been dealing with them completing my fence for going on 7 months. I understand so many industeries have been impacting by Covid, but its got to the point of highly unacceptable. There is ZERO communication. I have to consistently keep calling. No one understands my order, they must not be documenting things. -Contract signed 3/23/21 (with the orginal time frame to be 8 weeks) -End of may (10 weeks later) was informed after calling SEVERAL times that the fence was on backorder and unavailable. Original date for BRAND new fence was "End of July". Meanwhile my pool was completed. I had to make my own temp fence from construction plastic fence to protect anyone from getting in my pool. -Older material of a similar fence was installed 6/14 (that they randomly remembered they had in a warehouse after calling since I had a pool filled with water and was losing my mind on them), gates were "still on backorder". It was noted that ONE of the TWO gates size needed to be changed by the installer. Total price was PAID in full as of this date. -Called on 8/5/21 asking about the status of gates, two weeks later, still no call or email. -Called 8/19 threatening legal counsel. Magically, my husband gets an email 35 mins later that our gates were in and they were coming to install them. They come, and the GATES DO NOT FIT!! -9/23 Sent an email asking WHERE ARE MY GATES! Save yourself the headache and go with someone else. Out of curiosity, I messaged another company and they are currently 8-10 weeks out and have no problem getting materials. 😫😫 Had they been honest and actually called ME instead of me having to call them, I could almost be patient through all of this. When I specifically asked why no one has contact me, the reasoning was the are shorted staffed and too busy. But they were not too busy to cash my deposit.

    Office staff members @ Superior Fence and Rail in Lake County were extremely helpful in resolving my issue with my fence installation layout. My in house sales rep heard my wish & took measurements but did not honor it when she did the paperwork which the day of installation came to my attention and I was highly livid. Partially it was my fault too for overlooking the paperwork and not taking notice earlier. The installers where great too! I had to pay extra for materials but was so worth it for what I wanted. Delivery guy was punctual! I do recommend this company there prices are reasonable compared to other competitors. I however do not recommend the in house sales rep Debbie.

    Jade was our main contact and sales rep and she did an outstanding job of explaining in technical detail how Superior Fence is better than the other competitors. We chose the vinyl privacy fencing due to its curb appeal, low maintenance, and its well proven material properties over time in the Florida weather. The installation crew finished this job in about 10 hours and was very pleased with the results. The foreman explained everything when the job was complete and the install looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company and so do my dogs.

    The whole process of getting my fence installed was a breeze. Debbie came out and did my measurements and was very knowledgeable and personable. Katrina and the rest of the office staff were a delight to work with and took the stress off of me by dealing directly with my HOA. Antonio and Darryl were the installers and they did a great job.     Our project took longer than expected due to the COVID19 situation plus new personnel joining the team during that time. I can say that Katrina, Devon, Debbie, and the field guys are AMAZING. The office was great with communication and attention to detail, Katrina took the bull by the horns and ran to Barcelona, she was amazing, hitting the ground and connecting with our city to get the building permits approved in a timely manner (COVID19), same as Devon who joined the team later. This team is incredible and they do care for the customer and will do their best. The field guys’ communication was extremely professional, timely, polite, and worked diligently. We could not be happier with the final outcome. We are 100% satisfied with their work and would highly recommend using Superior Fence and Rails.

    I believe this is a good company but does not have the best communication. After 4 1/2 months of waiting, our fence was finally installed on yesterday 7/16/2021- contract signed in March 2021. On top of this long wait I was double charged (on two separate cards) for the remaining balance-- This was angering being that I spoke to the staff twice ensuring they had the correct payment method and then a third time to confirm the same information again...Very disappointing! On a different tangent- The fence itself was installed well- no complaints there. I really appreciate the team that came out- they were courteous and professional- However, I would not refer this company to family or a friend just do to the lack of communication and knowing what's going on- I can't count the amount of times I had to call to get an update. Please do a better job communicating with your clients and ensure you all know what's going on with the amounts do on your accounts.

    So we had our fence installed today. We were quite happy with our entire dealings with Superior. From our 1st meeting with Debbie for our quote to the installers ~ very pleased. We had to wait quite a while as our fence was backordered (it's 2020, what else can you say) but they worked with us on the install date. The installers were professional, very neat and did a fabulous job. Fence looks amazing! Highly recommend!

    Our HOA purchased almost one mile of vinyl fencing from Superior Fence and Rail and the did an amazing job. Not only did they do a great job on installation they had to remove almost a mile of old wooden fence. I would highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail, very professional and responsive to our needs.

    By far the worst experience we had with any company. To start, once the sales person Debbie sells you the fence she never picks up your phone calls again. Apparently our "tan" fence was back ordered, but no one from the company called us to inform or to update us of the status. We had to wait an additional 5 months to have our fence installed. On installation day, the fence crew dug up my yard and left my yard in a complete mess. My yard was so damaged that I had to hire a lawn company to fix the damages. When I called superior fence all they did was point me back to the contract that states they are not responsible for damages in or around the fence. So let me get this right, you damage my lawn and then don't want to take responsibility for it? After numerous calls, and emails superior fence did absolutely nothing for us. This whole transaction was a disaster. Also, when you call in their office support, no one is on the same page, and they are rude. There have been instances where superior fence has damaged people's sprinkler systems and refuses to own up for what they have done. I would try another Fence company and not go with Superior Fence.

    When we bought our home it had a wooden fence. We knew from the beginning that it wasn’t going to last. After 2 years we broke down a made some calls to get estimates for a new vinyl fence. After about 4 quotes we decided on Superior Fence and Rail. They offered everything we wanted in a fence company. They were upfront with letting us know what would be a process from start to finish. When it came time for installation it went without any issues. They removed the old fence on day 1 and completed the new fence installation on day 2. We were really happy with the installers as they were very transparent throughout the process. We are about 7 days post completion and couldn’t be happier with our fence and our decision to use Superior Fence and Rail. If I had to come up with 1 thing for them to improve on would be the communication between the company and the customer as to where they are through the process from initial signing through installation date. We would recommend them again and have to multiple neighbors of ours.

    **Warning stay away from this company** Working with this company has been a nightmare from the onset, the work is subcontracted out so you don't know who's coming to your home. During my install, there was damage to my landscape lighting, that wasn't reported by the workers, but thankfully my surveillance system captured the event. When I reported the damage to the company, it's still not address or resolved, repeatedly told "its being checked into". They are very slow and are full of excuses regardig the delays to include, office staff shortages citing people quit on us unexpectedly, we are all new so give us time, supplies are not available at this time, we are waiting on an order to come in, waiting on permits even after the city has verified the permit were issued. Bad company Bad professionalism Bad service delivery Does not deserve one star

    Superior Fence did a very good job with installing the fence in my house. Debbie was very helpful in providing information and making you feel at ease with the decision. The office was open early with pleasant, efficient, and caring attitudes to help me every time I had a concern. They went above and beyond in providing customer service. The contractors used could have been better prepared and organized for the job, but at the end, they were committed to the work and were expert at what they do! This is an actual review from a customer who is satisfied with the work, no affiliation with Superior Fence. Thank you Superior Fence!

    UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They refuse to give you owner information when there is a problem. They lie. They are unprofessional and not familiar with common practices in the construction industry. I ultimately had to consult with an attorney just to get them to sign a standard contractors affidavit for me. Took 19 weeks to get my fence and when it was installed, it was missing 60'. IN REPLY TO THEIR REPLY: Oh please! My check didn't bounce! A bounced check happens when there are insufficient funds to cover the written check. That is not what happened. What actually happened is I accidentally left the word "eight" out on the written part so it didn't match the number part. You say, "It didn't help the situation" like I delayed the process! lol It had ZERO to do with not getting the lien because I paid you before getting it! You KNOW this and you are lying!!! I came in a few days later to pay by debit card. I would have been in sooner had you showed up to work and replied to my emails! LOL! This is absurd, you can't even take ownership and tell the truth! That's pathetic. Google only allows so many characters for reviews, you can view my full review on Better Business Bureau website and Angi's list. ORIGINAL REVEIW: Debbie came to my home to quote me. Upon agreeing on a price she stated it would take 6-8 weeks to get my fence installed. I paid the 50% deposit and waited. We are now 15 weeks in and no date! They have zero answers for me. The ladies in the office are unprofessional and refused to give me the contact of the person in charge. They thought I was on hold but I could hear everything they were saying and they clearly weren't working. I asked to cancel due to them breaking the lead time and of course they said that was fine but that I wouldn't get all my $ back. I'm not the one who failed to deliver! My fence will probably get put on the back burner after this review but whatever. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING, TRUST ME!

    Contracted with Debbie at Superior Fence & Rail, process was quick, simple, documented and ran accordingly to plan. Good communication from the office manager Katrina as installation was underway. Challenging location with a sloping block and nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure the customer (me) went away happy. Skilled fabrication as I went with the option of steel reinforced gates, came out bulletproof. Installers were skilled and efficient. Consistent with all the others reviews I saw before I contracted with this company. They don't cut corners and show up when they say they will. Took the stress out of dealing with other lesser know/day by night businesses that we also sought quotes from but were never confident would fulfill.
