Value Pawn provides excellent customer service. I've been dealing with them for 20 plus yes. Yes, you may not always get the loan you expect but with a history of loans you build the trust to reap a better loan. We can't forget their overhead & they are required by law to retain your property I believe (2) months before they can put it out to sell. That property could set on the shelf for months before they reap their rewards. I highly recommend this Pawn shop 👌 🐾.

Today was my first experience ever at a pawn shop. Customer service was rude and inconsiderate. I was offered $80 on a valuable piece of sentimental jewelry. The gentleman didn’t even check to see if the diamonds were real and just weighed it on his scale. To part with something sentimental and get quoted $80. Without even being given a proper look, it was a huge smack in the face. I will never return here and would not recommend bringing your valuable jewelry. Your people need training.

By far the best pawn shop around. Gary was very efficient and helpful. He went above and beyond during our visit! Great guy! Best deals in town! Win-Win!

Ronda was delightful and very helpful. She tried her very hardest to get the price I was needing and she did it without having to negotiate or full teeth about it. The whole team is very friendly. I would recommend this place. Other pawn shops I've been to hand been VERY SHADY! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!

Each time I visit the Leesburg Value Pawn to shop I am treated like family, Gary and Grace are super friendly and give me great deals on my purchases whenever they can. The store is always clean and organized, with new items popping-up on the shelves or hanging on the walls almost daily.

Gary was an excellent sales guy. He was very courteous and funny. Great customer service skills. The whole experience was excellent. I would recommend his services to everyone that visits the store

Value pawn broke my mother in laws brand new tv. On 11/27/21 Person i spoke to was absolutely unprofessional and said she had only 2 choices either take her broken tv or he would give her another tv that is an older tv and that he will not compensate then there money back for the tv. Will definitely be looking into the situation and calling a lawyer. They have to be held accountable for there action.

Ronda was great at assistance with my jewelry sale I had about 30 pieces and she was able to get me more money back than I thought was possible. I'm greatful she took her time to examine everything so thoroughly and I was highly satisfied

Won’t be buying/selling any more items here. I moved here from Georgia on a budget and honestly needing a little cash so my wife and I decided to take some things to the local pawn shop. From the moment we walked through the doors the lady behind the counter was rude to both of us, rolling her eyes and assuring us they don’t take broken items. then she checks over an item I had brand new in the box for 20+ minutes to offer me $5 for the item, my issue isn’t the money, it’s the time it took to offer $5. Then openly admits that another item goes for $190 but then offers me $40 because it’s an unusual item and acts like I’m pulling teeth when I ask for $50. I just think it’s sad that y’all want to take advantage of desperate people during a desperate time and please don’t act like you don’t know about the pandemic. P.S. I would like to add that I was told by an employee that they take the original sale price and cut it in half and that is what they offer customers.

Doug was extremely helpful and patient. Which means ALOT during a stressful time. Much much better customer service skills than pats down the road. Will come here from now on!

I’ve been to this store a few times. Usually I get treated poorly by employees for no good reason! Yesterday a woman there was rude when “helping” me. I felt like she was looking for any reason not to buy my item. She claimed it was because she had to garuntee it but since a gentleman just got burned from this same store 5 days ago clearly they don’t back their merch and they’re rude to customers. I don’t think will return to this store again.

The staff is amazing 🤩 especially T, I would name the other two that helped me out previously but can’t remember their names....but they know who they are with the 3 of them working together this location will forever be THE BEST! I went in there not knowing how much my item valued but I left with more than expected 🤗Whenever I’m in a jam I’ll go to them and I recommend you do the same believe me you will not regret it!

They Won’t pay more than 10-15% of the actual original new sales price but that’s the pawnshop business model. I’ve been late a few times on loan payments to eventually find my items on the floor for sale. Both times they showed mercy on me allowing me to pay off my loan without penalty. They didn’t have to do that I’m lucky that nobody purchased them and that they didn’t tax me to get them back.

This store had the best laptop selection I had ever seen! Grace was very patient as I bought half of the store 😂 I travel to VP locations all over FL and this one by far has the most selection for the best prices.

Value Pawn is my all time favorite Pawn Shop. They have the best jewels to choose from to suit many different personalities and T is always very helpful and patient with me. They also offer layaway which is very convenient during the holidays. ♥️

Ronda was a great help in assisting me with checking out an older stereo unit. We tested the speakers and we had to take apart the remote. Whah la everything worked. Thanks Ronda looking forward to coming back. GREAT JOB. Thx.

I gave it a five star for one reason only. Mr. Nelson, great customer service skills, very very polite. I have had a run of bad luck and had to get a loan on a item. It was an incredibly touch decision but Nelson showed a great deal of respect towards me. HANDS DOWN HE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER THERE.

Latasha and Ebony were amazing. Ebony is an awesome highly efficient goofball and friendly. Tasha was sooo friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to help us. Their energy was great. I didn't even feel that bad about having to pawn my stuff, they made my bad situation into rainbows. I didn't even pawn my stuff there this time but I'll be back though. I even noticed how each person who came in was greeted with a smile and a sincere hello!!! Awesome job!!! If I could clone these two and put them in every business the world could be a better and happier place

Read the reviews and was a little skeptical. Pawn shops around here don't attract good buzz. But all that left shortly after I got there. Went looking for a guitar. Not only did I get one for a good deal, I was also given a case for free. Mr Nelson is a G. He was very chill and had great customers service skills. Will deffinetly come back here again

I went in to sell some of my expensive purses and a lady named grace was super rude to me about the purses and Julie who is the sweetest.. she helped me and everything but if I come back then i only want julie helping me

I love this Store! One of the main reason I keep coming back as a Return Customer is Nelson Aponte. His Customer service is out of this World. Nelson goes above and beyond what his job description is I’m sure of it! Very knowledgeable, friendly and Professional!!! The only complaint I have is I was in the store and witnessed Management not speaking very nicely to Nelson. Which raised a couple customers eyebrows not just mine! Legal criminals. They will buy your stuff for $1 and when you visit again it will for sale at $100. They give you an offer based on your appearance.

A guy name Gary was super rude to me. I will not be coming back here again. It’s just the way he talk to people dude.

Salesman Gary was very helpful. I’m a gamer and so is he. We had a great conversation about games and streamers and laughed while he appraised my items and offered me a fair deal I in turn gave back for a absolutely amazing HD camera. Great place.

I love this place. It is much cleaner than it used to be. Great prices pretty competitive for newer items. All the staff is great. Especially Gary. He always goes above and beyond for the customer. He usually has a line all to himself. But I do not mind waiting for him.

T is the best lead in the store thus far that ive seen. He is always patient, answers all annoying questions 🤣😂 and very humble. If I go back id like to deal with T and T only. Oh and can't forget about Rhonda. She's very sweet and kind and does her best to help.

The prices cannot be beat for a very small fee you can have It insurance coverage apply to the items you purchase that you can get replacement from up to six months for the small fee of like less than 10 dollars

Emilio and his staff have been very helpful and very fair on their dealings with us. We have found the service to be terrific. This is the place to do business. They have a pretty good selection of merchandise as well. The price tags show the dates the price is lowered which is great too.

I have never been in this place before so I stopped in to see what they had for tools. The store was fairly busy, but after a short time an employee came over to me and asked if I needed any help, had and questions, or wanted to see something closer. I was shocked by how this man spoke to me with a level of professionalism that I wouldn't have expected at this type of place. Thanks Josh, you now have a customer for life!
