    On April 30 I went to Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking to buy a truck. Salesperson Ben Dodge determined my requirements and then searched the dealership, as well as some other locations, to try to find me a truck. Ben was very pleasant and knowledgeable and focused on finding a suitable truck and making sure it was a pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend him. Darrin Grant, the General Manager, also got involved and moved heaven and earth trying to find me a suitable vehicle. A vehicle meeting my requirements was subsequently located and I purchased the vehicle in a seamless and pleasurable manner. The shopping experience at Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a testament to what a car-buying experience should be, and both Ben and Darrin went far above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Based on their demeanor and performance, I have no doubt whatsoever that anyone looking to buy a vehicle would enjoy the same level of customer service and satisfaction that I enjoyed. I cannot recommend Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Ben Dodge and Darrin Grant enough! If you need a vehicle, stop by Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and talk to their staff!     I cannot believe I own a Jeep!!! I can't thank Charlie Crown enough for the amazing customer service. This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership and what a great experience I had!!!     Finally found a management, staff & team that was welcoming, attentive and willing to wheel and deal. Cody, Mike, and GM Buzzy etc. We have tried buying a car from this smaller hometown dealership for the last 20 years, literally!!! Either they didn’t even bother to come out to say hi or when we went in they showed no interest in selling a car. We have left this dealership so many times before scratching our heads! Well times have changed!!! New management and staff were very friendly, attentive, open to negotiating and in the end we bought our first vehicle from this dealership. The financing and delivery was smooth and didn’t take hours. We went back in today and in 30 minutes had step sides put on, easy Peary.     First let me say I am new to the area and I was looking for a jeep dealership to service my vehicle when needed. I found this dealership on the Internet and I came in to get a quick oil change as it was over the time frame. The service department sent a young lady that assisted me and she was very nice and very helpful. However I went on the lot to look at the newer jeeps as I am in the market to purchase one. Unfortunately no one came out to assist me and when I went into the dealership to use the restroom the sales person that was there looking out of the window just did not seem very interested in helping me to at all. Normally when I walk into a Jeep Dealership the reps are very helpful to get me the information that I need. Maybe it was because of the way that I was dressed ; very casual and laid-back due to me just getting off work not really sure what the reasoning was. I will definitely go here again to get my oil changed to buy my new jeep more than likely not. I just didn’t feel very welcomed. Again the service advisor was very nice and very helpful

    Zach was amazing! He’s very personable and fun to work with. We had a Jeep that we had purchased a year ago from a different dealership and while we really loved our Jeep we were looking to upgrade from our Sahara to a Rubicon package in the same year range.     Cody was awesome! Was very patient with our needs and found us what we wanted. Nice young man. However when I purchased my 2019 Ecodiesel It came with 2 no charge oil changes. They would not Honor the second one. They said it was past the use by date. There were no use by dates mentioned in any of the paper work. NONE... Watch what you pay for here you may not get it. They just lost a good customer for the cost of a oil change that was already paid for. Just not a proper way of doing business. Will not recommend and strongly advise not to do business with this dealership.

    Enrique was very polite, very caring and made sure we were comfortable during the entire process. Since I could not get my credit reports unlocked we had to come back on Monday to finish all of the paperwork, and he was still just like he was on Saturday. It was a very good experience and if the Rapture does not come in the next 5 or 6 years we will be back to trade this one in for another and pray he is still there.

    Henry Santana is one of the most professional sales people I've had the opportunity to experience.     Looked for a place to take my Ram. Advantage popped up as one option. I called to schedule an appointment. Patricia said that I didn't need one based on my mileage. She told me that there were two in the bay for an oil change. 20 minutes later, I arrived, Patricia greated me at my truck. I was in and out in less than one hour, very quick.

    This dealership refused to take my trade because it was an out of state lease. I spent 3 hours outside of their dealership waiting for a response from Chrysler in 88 degrees. I am 67 years old with a cardiac condition and they never offered me a drink or to sit inside while I waited to see what I was supposed to do with the vehicle. After 3 hours I found another dealership who had no problem taking the vehicle. I am sure they would have had no problem taking it if I was buying a new vehicle from them! You can be sure I never will

Tim was on top of my trade in appraisal and came very close to my asking price of my trade in, and Ed shopped around for the best deal for my financing and got me the one I that was better than I expected.     I've never owned a vehicle with a key fob that starts it and I told the guys in parts department that when I went in to replace my old one. I told them it was the only key I had and was locked out of my jeep. They charged me $210 and never said I would have to find a way to get my vehicle there because it has to be programmed until two days later when the fob arrived at the dealership. The should be more informative to customers and let the customer know things like this

    Stopped by to get a key made for my Jeep Cherokee. I was told up front they may not be able to program it. I wasn’t told if they couldn’t program it I would have to pay $75.00 for them to try. After waiting for 45 minutes, they told me my car was done. I went to pay and they told me it doesn’t work. They wanted $75.00 anyway. I asked “what for? It doesn’t work. They said, “for us to try”. What a ripoff. Go elsewhere. Beware. This place takes advantage of the unsuspecting individual.

    We totally understand your frustration. We explained to you the historical problem with the cheep key fobs bought off the internet and programming issues before you authorized us to do the work. We are very surprised that you left this slandering review as we clearly stated the cost of programming up front and were clear that there would be a charge as a technician would be involved whether your aftermarket key fob could be programmed or not. It seems like your frustration should be with the person you purchased the faulty key fob from as we were clear, transparent and upfront with you from the beginning about these charges.

    I went yesterday for my 2nd free Oil Change. I did not realize the time had expired. I worked with a fantastic gentleman, Abraham, who helped me reinstate the free oil change due to the virus. He sat on hold forever with the dept that handles that, as well as many transfers, before finally getting authorization.     We have been looking for a Doge Charger SRT8 Scatpack for my son! After a week of looking at places like Napleton in Clermont where the Finance manager was rude as heck. We went to Greenway Dodge where they wanted to charge us $1500.00 for window tint that we never asked for. That was a deal breaker. They would not budge on window tint! Not smart.. Her is the great part... We went up to Advantage Dodge. Right of way we were met by Cody the salesman. Cody was not only very nice, but very knowledgeable. If Cody was unsure...He said Give me a second, I'll be back with the answer. Soon we met Elliot... the finance manager... Another great guy! We explained our issue with many other dealerships. Elliot said he thinks he can help us out! Not only did they come in under everyone else's price by far for the same car, but he was very accommodating with every little detail. Both Cody and Elliot where there for my son for his very first new car purchase! I cannot thank them enough for every thing they did to not only earn our buisness, but make us comfortable.     This dealer should enforce that their employees are wearing a mask covering their noses when interacting with customers. Taking time to protect and disinfect touch areas in customers vehicles is extremely important and it should be followed also. I am no longer taking my new car to be serviced at this dealership until management gets serious about proecting their employees and the customers it serves

    Had a great experience with buying vehicles from these guys. Went in just to test drive. Never thought that I would buy the truck from them.     Zack at Advantage may have been the nicest car specialist I've ever met. When I called in to talk about the Jeep Renegades, I was honest with him. My heart was set on a new Ford Bronco. However, Zack went over and above what I've ever experienced with a car deal, delivering more to me than I could have ever imagined. The general manager of the dealership even came over and engaged with my son, addressed my wife and all of her questions, and just made me feel at home. Today, I'm happy to report that my family and I have had a great many adventures in our new 4x4 2021 Jeep Renegade and I can't imagine dealing with any other car dealership.     Went in to have a recall fixed on my Jeep. The issue was just a simple software update and I was told that they would have me in and out in 30 minutes. I asked while I was there if I could get an oil change and that I had a coupon for it. The gentleman at the desk said of course but the coupon was for regular not synthetic and I needed synthetic. He said he could get me a deal for $45 plus tax for the synthetic and I said sure might as well since I am already here. I waited over two ours to then be told they are working on my vehicle just now. Another gentleman came out to cash me out after another 35 minutes. He asked me how I was paying and I told him with a card and handed it to him. He cashed me out before giving me the invoice and casually told me “Oh. We couldn’t fix your recall today sorry.” When I asked why he said the system was down. I asked why was I not told this earlier and why was my time wasted for two hours and all I got was a shrug and a “sorry.” I then get my invoice and it’s over $73. I asked why it was so high and was told that’s how much an oil change is. I told him that the gentleman that checked me in said it was $45 plus tax. He then questioned me how it was that price and I explained that the original gentleman I spoke with told me he would honor a oil change for me at $45 plus tax and that is what I agreed on. He then goes back and said he will void my charge he put on my card. He then comes back with a bill of $53 and when I told him that still isn’t right since with tax it should have been $48 and change he tells me “Oh, well I took $20 off the bill, that’s the best I can do.” At this point I was beyond upset and I told him fine payed the bill and left. My whole morning was waisted. I don’t understand how hard it is to come up to me in the beginning and say “excuse me sir, we are having issues with our systems today and it seems like we can not perform the recall, would you like to wait a little longer for us to see if we can correct the issue?” No I get nothing. I get lied to saying it is being fixed now then told it wasn’t able to happen then get over charged for a service I was told was a specific price. I will not do business with this place again and will make sure neither family or friends will too. Don’t waist people’s time, don’t lie to them, have open communication, and be real. It’s not hard to have simple customer service.

    We are buying a used car. We drove all over the state to find the right one. It came down to two, one in Ft Meyers and one in Mt. Dora. We had an out the door offer already from the Ft Meyers dealer, who was very attentive. That left only the drive from Clearwater to Mt. Dora to look at the same van. Same Color, Same model, same everything except mileage and value. In the end, (I know that you have heard the phrase "Better Than Sliced Bread") well the whole experience at Advantage Dodge of Mt. Dora Fl. came down to value. Value for our time and for the van we wanted. In this case, first came sliced bread then came Zach Bell!! our salesman. The whole buying effort was simply better than sliced bread!! No "Hard Sell" friendly people, all around a good, easily and acceptable negotiated price on both sides of the table. We don't mind driving for good service good people and a good value so, we will look at Advantage Dodge first the next time we buy. They would be worth your time to include them the next time you're looking to purchase a vehicle, new or used.

    Worked with Zack Bell in sales and had an amazing experience!! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely happy to assist with anything (including changing the toolbox in the bed of my old truck to the new one).     My insurance had totaled my old truck and after a few days of research I decided to purchase a Ram 1500 Classic, as it seemed to offer the best bang for the buck based on what I was looking for. I called and talked to Zach Bell, explained my situation and the truck that I was interested in. After three more calls from him (about 20 minutes total) we had struck a deal all from the comfort of my home. I sent him some info he needed to start the paper work. After we arrived at the dealership the whole process took less than 90 minutes and I was driving a new Ram Truck! They threw in a full tank of gas, two oil changes and a tire rotation into the deal as well. The very best part was the final Out The Door Price. Overall I would rate this experience with 5 Stars as there were no high pressure tactics and this amazingly easy vehicle purchase happened in My Home Town. Thank You Zach

    I just traded my Colorado on a Dodge Ram 1500 what a nice truck. My salesman was Ron Stepp and he was excellent. He picked out the right truck the right color and they worked everyday they to help me get this truck without taking a big hit. Between the general manager Darrin and Ron bent over backwards to help me and not spend a lot of time in the office.Advantage and the people there were excellent.     Our experience with our sales person Zach, was absolutely amazing. Zach was honest and friendly and made our purchasing a 2500 Dodge Ram easy and smooth. He was very accommodating, and the finance department was friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you for a hassle free experience.

    While car buying is never a fun experience, Zach and Ron made it as painless as possible. They were both very helpful even though I was asking a million questions. They both made an effort to get to know me on a personal level which made the whole 3 day experience much better. Of course, the dealership was making sure that they still made money, but I never felt I was being taken advantage of. I would absolutely work with Zach and Ron again. Patrick, one of the sales managers, practically bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. I did have a couple unpleasant encounters with some of the employees but they weren't relevant enough to be mentioned in this review. Also worth noting, Mark Hamblin in service knows his stuff and was very friendly.

    Zach was awesome! It was a very easy experience and he explained everything along the way until the deal was closed. He went above and beyond taking my calls after hours to make sure deal went smooth and I was able to obtain what I wanted. He even dealt very well with all the times I changed vehicle choices! In the end I got exactly what I wanted! We’re a Jeep family, and will definitely be back soon to upgrade my daughters Jeep! Thank you!

    Had my first car-buying experience this past weekend. I of course expected the stereotypical stuff you think of about dealerships, and boy was I wrong! We were able to look at all the cars we were interested in before being approached by Elliot. Instead of continuing to aimlessly look at what they had, he brought us inside to figure out what we were really looking for, and what the finances are to make that happen. Very happy with my experience and very happy with my car.

    I've been to many dealerships around the Central Florida area and had by far the best experience at Advantage CDJR. Before coming in I spoke with Janene and Ethan and they were amazing in making sure all my concerns were answered before I drove 45 min to get there. Ethan took care of rest and he was extremely helpful and made me feel no pressure whatsoever and got me the car I wanted. The sales managers were also very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership!

    I purchased my Jeep at another dealership and had a bad experience with the service department. I recently needed service and decided to go to Advantage instead. I will absolutely be going back there for all my service needs in the future. The service advisor, Kim, was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. Super friendly, helpful, accommodating, and just a nice person. The best way to describe it is at the other dealership, a service visit was strictly a business transaction between you and them.     I went yesterday for my 2nd free Oil Change. I did not realize the time had expired. I worked with a fantastic gentleman, Abraham, who helped me reinstate the free oil change due to the virus. He sat on hold forever with the dept that handles that, as well as many transfers, before finally getting authorization. This man went above and beyond in my opinion and I hope this word gets to management. THIS is how great service is done! Thank you again Abraham, for all your help.

    Zack was an awesome sales guy, I really enjoyed buying my SUV from him. He is very down to earth no pressure kind of guy. He made the buying experience fun. Even the financial office went out of there way to get us a really good deal that we were happy with . This is our second SUV we have purchased from them , and we will definitely go back.
