Truist N Sinclair Ave, Tavares

Previously BB&T, tight quarters getting in and out of. But the customer service here is outstanding. All staff makes sure each visit is like seeing family again. Love this location and its staff.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED I have been banking with BBT for many years and WAS always extremely happy with them UNTIL just recently. I don't know if it is due to their recent merge with SunTrust or just the staff in this particular branch who are completely inconsiderate and down-right incompetent. I called them regarding a recent issue with my account. They instructed me to come into the bank and they would be able to resolve the matter. I took my time to go down there and they took ZERO action. The clerk showed no interest or concern and displayed an obvious "could care less" attitude. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!! I bank with Regions and Well Fargo also and they are both pretty good but I highly recommend GOing TO REGIONS BANK IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! SHAME ON YOU BBT FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONISM AND LACK OF CONCERN!

Worst experience in my life happened at this banK in TAVARES FL. I thought banks suppose to help you make money , save money ETC ETC but not at this bank . The clerk and a supervisor tell you thats its your responsibility to watch over your money . Its true to an extent . BUT Its the banks job to protect your money and invest it a proper manner . They are there to advise us , the account holders , you would think . Not this bank . They proofed to me that this bank does not Give A shoot . I will soon close all my accounts with this bank and branch . My Experience in life thought me very well that and long time ago not to judge a book by its COVER . Thank You PIOTR

I love this bank branch! Whether I am dealing with Shelby, Audra or Judy, I have had nothing but good experiences. They always know you by name, and always are willing to see what they can do to help if you have questions about your account . I use to bank at another bank over 10 years ago and had nothing but issues ALL the time with my account. I hated my bank so I decided to give this bank a try and have had great customer service and my banking has never been so hassle free. Your want good customer service use this branch these ladies will not disappoint you! Thanks you guys for always being there and always being so helpful.

Just went up to the commercial lane not thinking anything was wrong. However, a burnett hair white lady was very Rude, in how she said I need to go to the other lane to give her a $20.00 bill to change with ID in the future. This is the first time I went to this branch commercial lane in Tavares, FL but It would be the last time interacting with a teller like her at this branch. She did not have the audacity to give me my change back but sent someone else with it. I felt since I was black she spoke to me in that manner or tone so, I told the lady giving me my change, I hope she tells everyone that are non commercial customer her speech.

Went to a bank to get change and was told only if I have an account no customer service why would I open an account ?
