    Kristen, the teller, was extremely rude after I waited 20 mins to cash my check. Wells Fargo seems to hire anyone these days.

    The branch closest to me was swamped so I decided to drive to this one. I was a little hesitant due ti the reviews but they were actually super nice! Maybe it’s the morning shift, as I went at 10:30, but the employees were polite, knew the customers ahead of me by name, and were talking about thanksgiving plans. No issues here!

    Ridiculous experience, this branch is always closed which is very unacceptable!! Why isn’t Wells Fargo HQ doing anything?

    Some of the tellers are not very friendly. Sometimes long lines and slow service. One time I was in, they were able to have a greeter but not an extra teller. Really lousy. I would not deal with Wells Fargo, except they have bought up all the most convenient locations.

    This has to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with and anyone looking to put their money there, DON'T! I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!!! I'm contacting an attorney for the problems they've caused me

    ATM is always down on weekends. Must not like having to deal with ATM deposits on Monday morning.

    This branch is absolutely the worst Wells Fargo around. You will get horrible service and be required to jump through hoops to get YOUR money. If you do not jump through these hoops they will argue with you and refuse to complete your transaction. From here on out I will drive to Mount Dora or Leesburg instead. I would give them 0 stars if I was able to. Poor Poor Service and customer service. On the positive side the ATM works how it should.... now to get the employees to do the same.

    I would like to point out specifically that the teller Marc was particularly rude today, not only were his only words “do you have a card?.... well put it in then!” But he also didn’t mention to me that none of my funds would be available until the next day, which later cause me to zero out my account balance. On top of his tremendous failure to communicate, he was so busy fumbling with the wrapper on a stack of money, that he couldn’t even look me in the eye. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a very poor experience at this branch either.. the two times I stopped in before that I waited upwards of 35 minutes to make a withdrawl because they had one teller working at 4:30pm on a Friday! I will not be coming back to this location ever again if I can help it! Wells Fargo itself was wonderful in trying to help me today, just this particular lot of employees have seriously dropped the ball. And this comes from a woman with nearly 6 years in specialized customer service. If I could give a zero star I would!
