Had an issue with a large check which the Morganton Rd branch refused to help with, even suggesting actions they knew weren't in accordance with bank policy. Went to the yadkin Rd location and was helped by Glenda and Rahman. The difference was palpable and very rarely have I seen so much effort put into a solution, and I'm not even a bbt customer. These two should be commended for their outrageously effective, efficient and overall professional approach to help anyone in the building. The ambition and perseverance in these two absolutely amazed me. Thank you so much!

Jessica is a liar with horrible customer service even the branch manger Sherry has poor customer service skills. I closed my account that I had over 10 years as well as my sons account. BB&T is a one of the worst banks here never had a issue with my USSA or Wells Fargo.

The workers were very condescending and one even laughed in a very condescending manner while I was conducting business at that branch. I would rather bank at any other branch than Yadkin. I’d rather an honest banker than a fake nice, condescending one.

Terrible experience! I’ve lost over $300 on FEES! Go $0.99 in the negatives and they charge you $72!! You have to catch the negative charge within a few hours and hope that your branch is open to take a deposit in order to lessen the fee. Won’t even let me close my account right away. NEVER going back. Thanks for making me chose between food and getting rid of BB&T this week.

They charge you $8.00 to cash a BB&T check! Do not ever leave that bank without checking your money. Twice in three months, I cashed a check and I was given the wrong amount of money and had to go back to the teller. One teller put my money in an envelope, closed it and handed it to me. I'm so happy, I opened it and checked my money because again, my money was short. I do not trust this bank, I should say the tellers. Seems to me that a couple of thieves may be employed at this bank!

Waiting for anyone to talk about a auto loan we needed, two ladies in the break room continues to talk. We're waiting here for almost kinda 20 to 30 minutes. We're in a hurry before auto dealership closes.

The head customer service lady, Sherry, was so rude. Kept telling me what I should have done. What I did wrong. Why I messed it up, etc. not a WORD About what they can do for me or they’re sorry or anything. Waste of time.

The SLOWEST branch of all times. I hate having to come in. It instantly irritates me.
