By no means is the 5 star for the bank. It is for Shane at this location. I made a deposit and this young man was so bombarded because he was the only one there. Running inside and drive thru on a Monday and its the 1st of the month. He deserves a raise and some acknowledgment of a great jib. Keep your head up Shane.

No mortgage specialist at this branch. Always understaffed with tellers. Always a long wait. Banking fees for everything. Incompetent employees who misspell names and address on certified checks with my info right in front of them. Ever trie to close on a property with your first and last name misspelled on the check? I feel like I’m a bother to them ever time I walk in. If you have an issue with anything regarding your account don’t expect it to be taken care of at this branch. Zero stars!!

I called in advanced in regards to endorsing a check. I was given the green light by their associates. As soon as I arrived, they advised me, “Oh we cannot endorse your check, I will train my staff better!” Incompetence at best!! A 40 minute drive and waist of time.

This branch needs work. Setting up a new business checking account took 1 hour, but should have taken at most 1/2 hour if questions were not repeated and sales pitches were not made. A phone call to ask about safety deposit box availability and necessary documents required me to submit my social security number. This is basic info that I shouldn’t have to provide in what amounts to a figurative and invasive patting down, TSA style. You seriously need my social in order to tell me if you have any safety deposit boxes and what documents I need to bring? Oh and by the way it’s for a business. Please keep trying harder. We look forward to having a better BBT by branch close by.

Understaffed, employees who seem helpless when you have problems with your account. Terrible bank in general

Was excited to use this bank because it’s on my way to work but their customer service is not good.

I don't know that this branch is as bad as some of the other reviews make it out to be, but now that I think about it, some simple things have been messed up here. For example, my name was misspelled when I was added as an authorized user to a BBT credit card account, and it was a bit of an ordeal to get that straightened out. Every time I try to cash a money order, there seem to be different rules about it, and one teller said they simply don't cash money orders (but did offer to deposit it to checking, and then withdraw as cash). Also, the ATM can't seem to handle a deposit to save it's life, so I have to catch them at business hours and go inside to do basic transactions. In 2019, it seems like banking should be easier.

This BB&T branch is one of the best branches I go to. The employees here are very friendly and call me by name. They make you feel welcomed and help any way they can.

Marketing leader was incredibly unaccommodating and obviously doesn't value BB&T clients. Called another BB&T branch, and within minutes my situation was resolved. This Branch needs a lot of work!

Horrible customer service. They are so slow and I have seen many times when they have reprimanded the teller right in front of me. Terrible!
