Please update your hours have several people coming up here on a Friday thinking you close at 6 for no dang reason.

My new job is with a small company so they don't offer direct deposit they only issue checks . I currently bank with BT&T and wanted to simply cash my check and deposit money in my checking , I was informed by the teller that since my check is not a BT&T issued check I can't cash it there and receive funds on the same day, due to verification . I would have to go go a check cashing place to get my check cashed . I've never had this problem at any bank that I have banked with in the past , I was very disappointed by this , up until this point I've enjoyed banking with BT&T . I really hope you fix this issue because it is very inconvenient

I made a request over the phone for an account I used to own here. A representative Edwin was so nice and quick even though my request doesn't produce any sales for them.

Went into a branch today..and felt I was more of a number than a person...I just deposited money..and the medication I took today make me have to use the ladies room..when Citibank was there..sure..u are our customer..bank change..no..we don't have public restroom..i left..as a very upset customer into the public...certain situation require a better response...and should that be a decision then as a consumer I have a choice to bank where I'm a person not a number

Great bank! Employees are very friendly. David is awesome. He explain different types of accounts and suggested accounts that best fit my needs. I will be opening an account at the Arlington branch starting next month. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!!

I love Edgar... he is my absolute favorite BB&T employee. Most of them are pretty good but he is my favorite! So professional, so business oriented, such a good representation of BB&T!

BB&T bank opened a fraudulent account without proper identification and information which lead to several thousand dollars being stolen. Their lack of proper protocols and requirements is the reason why frauds and scammers are able to get away with crimes.

It was the worse experience ever with a bank. They open two account they put the wrong address and on the other one wrong last name and to get my card change I had to pay for the card that I never got cuz they had the wrong address.. I was so mad I just close both of my accounts. Pls people don't open an account there

I give one star because of Edgar he is really nice and helpful. Otherwise I don't like this branch
