Please put someone by the door who fully understands what business you are trying to have done at the bank. I felt that I was explaining myself to a child with 0 knowledge of business banking processes. And why is the phone at this location never answered? Definitely wasted energy and time going to the location because no one answered the phone, then was greeted by someone who had absolutely no idea what was going on.

This is the third time this year I have come here and it always has long line with only one cashier working. The previous two time I thought it might have been an anomaly but looks like thats the case always. Whoever can affect a change in this place please hire more tellers and get the line moving faster. I love BoA but waiting here for a long time is always a pain.

I went with my fiancé to open a large savings account - we had to make an appointment and go back a few days later. We were on time for our appointment and were told someone would be right with us. We were sat in the back in what appeared to be a storeroom. We sat there for 15-20 minutes and no one ever spoke to us or explained why we were given no attention whatsoever. The offices were dirty and very loud and noisy. We visited 4 other banks to open accounts and all were very good experiences- I would give boa zero stars but I had to give one star to write a review. This is for the boa in Arlington on North Collins. Very very unprofessional

What’s the deal? this is a very busy location why is there only one teller ? over heard Angie the lobby attended inform a customer that if he didn’t want to stand in line for more then 45 minutes then he has to go to another bank. I had a great experience here! I've been having some trouble and a newer employee here Brianna Hamilton helped me out today. She was super friendly and helpful, her help has alleviated a great weight off of my shoulders. Thanks for the help, definitely recommend this location.

Just close this location for poor performance and save your brand name.. Went in 5 X for the same job. It is good for ATM use but real banking is a mess. Always sort staff and hard to get a banker- even if you did get ready for multiple visit. Poor very poor performance for BOA brand name.....will bank with CHASE instead... and this was for a business account. I only wonder how they treat for regular accounts.

We came to get an insurance check endorsed because our mortgage is with BoA. There is a clerk at a small counter in the middle of the lobby (not the bank tellers) and she was able to process our request right on her computer. The whole process took about 10 minutes. She was very nice and helpful.

    Response from the owner

Hi Francisco. Thanks for letting us know how helpful the financial center associate was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. have a nice and safe day. ^susan

The staff is great but why, especially with covid, did you close your drive thru services? This is slowing everything down and even with everyone spread out in the store it's just not a good for your customers. Open back up the drive through teller service!

By far the Worst Bank of America I have ever visited in my life time. There is absolutely no coordination among the staff. I’m very disappointed with both their lack of service and basic understanding of deposits and transfers. And I get a super generic response to this post to further reach out on Twitter, Facebook!

Look, y’all need to get it together. There is no reason as to why your customers should be having to wait over an hour to get help. HIRE MORE BANKERS— good for YOU and good for YOUR customers and it would probably help with your TERRIBLE ratings. DO BETTER

I been a client with Bank of America for over 15 years. I came to deposit loose coins to my personal account I was informed that they can no longer do that for personal clients only if you have a business. I have several business and personal accounts they didn't even bother to check my strong relationship here. The manager (Tina Vasquez) was very dry and didn't care to help. Every time I come to this branch she always has this dry ugly persona attitude. I will strongly advise not to come to this branch, unless you like to be treated with no respect.

I do not remember the manager’s name but I had forgot my wallet on my way to school and needed money for the day. I explained my situation and she helped me to gain access to my account to withdraw a small amount of cash without compromising my security, as she took every avenue to ensure I was who I claimed to be. The teller Gloria was very helpful in helping me throughout the transaction and we even carried a good conversation while we were at it. The feeling that they cared about me was tangible, and I was able to leave happy and satisfied. Definitely recommend this location
