I looked up a car dealership on Google and found Auto City in Arlington and decided I was going to try my luck on a vehicle since I found something I wanted! FINALLY!! I submitted a simple application online and received a phone call minutes later from Keevion Candler a sales rep from the Arlington location. I will say I have been looking for a good vehicle for a little while and have found the best one to fit my needs! I absolutely love the customer service at this location! The application process was by far the easiest I have been through. This will be my fourth vehicle purchase I will definitely give them the highest rating possible along with referrals! Called auto city on 2/11. Gave them my info. Went in on 2/12 and drove off the lot in a car that I'm extremely happy with. Everything went smooth. I did think that they would tell me once I got to the dealership that they would need more down but it was what we talked about on the phone. My credit is nowhere near good. So I'm really glad I called. I highly recommend these people.

I'm pretty upset with this dealership. I made it clear on how much I had for a down payment so I took off work AFTER I was told I was approved. I get to the dealership and then I was told I had to have a ridiculously high down payment. I just don't understand why they had me waste my time and miss work! I would think they would have enough common courtesy to let me know before hand how much money they were expecting me to pay. I'm very upset about this!!!

Jada was straight up awesome. I was able to do everything remotely and show up sign some paperwork and leave. She even came in on her day off because I only have 1 day off a week to get a car. Amazing ppl and amazing place.

Edgar in sales is super helpful and the process was quick. This is in no way the salesman's fault. The BAD is that I bought the car while it was still iced out but Texas warmed up and the AC was not cold. I took it in to be repaired/charged. I asked them to check everything before I pick up and wheel bearings are bad, try to pick up again and the hoses are bad, I call again and the transmission is going out. They will only defer 1 payment. I had my car a week! and it's been in the shop 3 weeks! I am not paying for repairs BUT I am paying on someone else's car insurance and payment while I borrow their HUMMER to drive because I have no car! Car = Good Gas mileage HUMMER= BAD gas mileage and I drive 100 miles a day. My experience is NOT GOOD with this company. They will not trade this car. I do not believe that they checked ANYTHING before selling it. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Went in to get a car today. My sales guy was Andrew. He was extremely nice and helpful. Got approved and drove away in a great car in about an hour. They are willing to work with you and for a used car place they offer 24 month warranty on their vehicles which is a lot more than most used car places offer. Plus an AMAZING referral program. I will definitely tell everyone I know about them and will do business with them again if I ever need to.
