I wish I could give this place and the manager Chris a 0! Very unprofessional! Not polite to customers! Not knowledgeable about financing and car buying and quick to pass the buck instead of trying to help the customer, who I thought come first! The entire staff there are young and seems none of them understand how to help the customer! Take Greg for instance, he acts as if he’s afraid to speak! How can you be a shy car salesman! I feel he should speak so that people can hear him! Bruce needs to groom himself! How professional is it to wear your hair in your face!!! The young lady who is sitting at the front or side desk looks as if she’s high!!! This place is horrible.

They choose the car u can get they go buy credit they gave me a 2013 car . the pieces were falling off one by one the window fell had to fix that my tires messed up had to buy all new tires after months my motor messed up I decided not to pay off the car no more had to pay off 17000 ,and my motor messed up LOL . and if u don’t pay it on time they will lock your car I wish I never bought a car from here the cars cost a lot they wanted me to pay off 17,000 for a 2013 ? Lol PLEASE don’t come here your car will not last TRASH.

If I could give a zero I would! I don't know who's rating them a 4 or 5 star. Must be the employees. This car dealership is a rip off! Don't buy here! You will be paying on your care forever! You pay interest on the note for the life of the loan. When you buy the car they tell you your interest upfront and total cost, but after they get you in the car, its a different ball ball game! Stay far away. If you really need a place to go, go see Shiloh at Huntsville Toyota or hell, go see Clay Cooley!

They didnt play games they were up front and it was what it was...we bought a car from them tonight easy peasy took care of us and absolutely will refer anyone I know needing a car. Only thing I would recommend to help them as a prospective buyer is to detail there cars as most of them were a little dirty ...but other than that 5 stars all day !!! In and out in a hour ....

I regret the day I ever walked into this place. Do yourself a favor and take a lawyer with you to find all there fine print and hidden ones as well every time you speak with someone seems everything changes. I feel sorry for anyone who uses them. For real read the fine print and ask for there secret ones they seems to let you know about after you buy. The comment above about trading in was dead on you have to give more then the original and they add the value of the trade in so they have you longer l. Nothing but snakes!!!!!!

I did like this place until yesterday. They said you can upgrade your vehicle after a year have had mine since 2019. I paid $700 down for my 2008 Jeep and yesterday I wanted to upgrade they tell me $1400 down how is that and where did you come up with it and my sales person Bruce did not try to offer any other options. I pay my car payment on time 2 days early and this is how you treat your customer. The vehicle is over valued. Smh. Well I’m getting another vehicle either way it go. You all have just lost a good customer. Stay Blessed!

Jennifer is a great saleswoman. She will actually go to the ends of Earth to help you no matter your situation. They don’t make people like that anymore. Shout out to the owner James who wears many hats. If you need a car go see them!

This is the WORST dealership ever. Bought the car June 26th right before closing and by morning the next day car broke down. Took them about 2 weeks to get it “fixed” mechanic told us the car was sitting there for a week bc no one knew who’s car it was or what it needed. Anyway car was still shaking but we managed. On October the car started dying again while driving it every 20 miles or so. Finally beginning of December they were able to pick it up. I got the car back on Thursday, by Sunday smoke starting coming out and oil was all over the car, under the hood and my drive way. I called Auto One first thing Monday morning, asked to speak to the manager I told him I didn't want to speak to the Service department instead I just wanted to see what my options were as far as trading the car in or just taking it back without it affecting my credit since it was a defaulted car since the day after we purchased it, the manager said “hold one second” someone else picks up the phone and it’s the service department. I called back to the dealership twice and now they’re just not picking up my phone calls. Save yourself so many problems and don’t shop here I’m very close to having them just take the car back ... if they would answer. Oh & it’s very and I mean very unprofessional there, including their “management”. What you have there is all you have to work with their is no hire up.
