I’m a small business owner and for many years I banked with one of the largest banks in the country. One would think that was a good idea or a good option. Years later I realized that bank was too big to assist my small company with the banking needs we required. I then found Worthington National. They were welcoming of my business. They’re staff is awesome and always eager to assist with any complex financial needs as well as simple banking needs. Excellent customer service. This is a bank where you even have access to the VP of the bank. These feats may seem small and unimportant, I assure you they are not. This is an awesome bank. Worthington National Bank is a treasure in so many ways. The expertise and accommodating nature of the staff and management are valuable and reassuring. Everyone, from the top down, is helpful and patient and eager to be of service. They are friendly and easy to understand. And, in perhaps the biggest endorsement, they are worthy of their building! The architectural detail is exquisite. The historical uses of the different features are beautifully adapted from the original post office to the present-day banking institution. The back stories about the art and the fixtures are fascinating. It’s personal banking service in a charming building beautifully restored.
