Truist W Main St, Bartow

Always a hassel since they became Truist of Bartow....BBandT was bad enough but these people take it to another level.. they make you wait in the drive thru and then tell you to come inside. Then you wait in the line in the lobby and then they tell you that you have to see a banker. Guess what.. then you set in line and wait for the banker. I don't know what Brittani's problem is but she's rude to me every time I go in there. She treats me like I owe her money. She's rude and condescending but the worst is the way she talks to people... customer service matters and that witchy attitude makes me not want to bank here.

I deposit $35000 and is been more than a week i can use it, i call and wait for over 59 minutes and no one answered, horrible moments.

18 months ago, SunTrust gave me an auto loan when others wouldn't. Yesterday, I closed on a real estate purchase through SunTrust. The entire home buying process was smooth and professional and we actually closed on the day we wanted to when we approached SunTrust 6 weeks ago about buying a home. On Monday, I plan to leave Wells Fargo who has handled my personal and business checking for 20+ years and open accounts at SunTrust, they have truly earned my business and I am very grateful!

I can't imagine why someone would leave a single star review for this branch. Since its only a "star" and is anonymous, I wouldn't give it much credence. This branch is staffed by friendly, helpful people. They know your name and are always willing to go the extra mile.

Rude lady at the Drive-through I’ll just stay with Wells Fargo closing my suntrust account don’t want deal or even see this lady Nd to think I was actually nice to this lady after that fact the she talk to me the way she did 🖕🏼

Very rude lady when I went to make a loan payment this lady makes me very frustrated constantly so she can’t find my account constantly asked for other identification from me asked for my license, my Social Security number. I never have an issue when I go to any SunTrust but I find it very out of line how she treated me in last time how I went to make a payment. I’ve never experienced this before and even with a gentleman saying the same thing that he can’t find my account whenever I go to any SunTrust I bring the slip that they give me and they never have any issue finding my account. I think she lost the respect how to treat people. When someone is making a loan payment you don’t give them a hard time your job is to help them not make them frustrated. I will never go there again horrible horrible experience and terrible customer service on both of them work on your customer service skills and treat people with respect and not literally use your job to embarrass them or constantly say that you can’t find their account because you don’t know how to do your job right.

This branch was absolutely awesome. The branch is impeccably maintained and clean. I went here to open an additional checking account and attain an auto loan. These tasks were seamless and coming here does give you that hometown feeling. If you're the type who cares about masks and such they do have signs posted as well. The branch manager is very friendly as well. Definitely a great experience here.

Every time someone answers I hear them breathe then they hang up. Understandable if your busy, not understandable to just hang up without speaking at all.

Do not trust suntrust the money was taken out and they still overdrafted my acount 39 dollars for a 6 buck purchase that had already came out dont screw with contrust
