This is the worst bonds man, they are trying to scam you, dont trust them to help you. They lied and said they will return your money after the first court day but they keep it and scam you out of your money. It took them two whole days just to bond my girl out that had a real simple charge. Dont come here I promise you will regret it

I have been going back and forth with a new employee named Debbie who has not kept her word in returning my calls to give me updates about what I am requesting. She tells me they do title loan for a charge and turns out they don't for a specific charge. Instead of wasting my time and my families while we could of been looking for another bond, she gave us hope. If a person is just learning and is not ready to be left alone then they shouldn't be. I am disappointed. This is unprofessional. If this was the other way around I'm pretty sure they will jump hoops to get their loved ones home. I have been communicating with Debbie since about 9 am till about 5 pm. This is ridiculous. Saddens me. I could of been looking for further help.

Everyone was so pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to do business with. They were honest with me unlike bondsman I've used in the past who only cared about my money, they actually care about their clientele! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!!

This was my first time using this company. The representative that helped me was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. The time it took for the paperwork was a lengthy process. Overall it was ok. I'm giving 3 stars for the representative. Would I recommend this company to anyone? I would. Just be prepared for the wait.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady that answered the phone was very nasty and rude. Call to ask about bond. If I'm giving my opinion there is no need for anyone to get nasty and hang the phone up. I have never ever needed a bond. I was trying to help someone out. Need better customer service regardless folks want their freedom.
