What a great experience!! Roost Lending should be your first choice for home financing. My Loan Officer was Kristin Suits and what a wonderful job she did. I had a challenge to overcome with financing a home my wife and I had our eye on. Kristin went to work and quickly found a solution. Even better, we had a loan commitment quickly and settled on the home in 45 days. Kristin is very professional and knowledgeable. She is always there for questions and when needed, returns your calls quickly. I can't say enough good about this buying experience and we have had a couple of bad ones. We know the difference. If you are buying a home and need financing, Kristin Suits must be your first call. The process does not need to be difficult.
