Store is nicely organized and clean looking. Prices are good and staff was friendly. Elisa was very nice and helpful. Kathy was able to give a fair price for my loan.

You never really expect the people working at a pawn shop to be kind and courteous, let alone friendly, but I found all of these things when doing business here. Clean. Professional. Friendly. Really sets a standard that more of these business should follow. I definitely plan on being a regular customer.

First of all let me just say Zulay was absolutely amazing. First time in this pawnshop and there is always apprehension that you are going to get ripped off at pawn shops. She was friendly, knowledgeable and just overall great. Made the process super easy and comfortable. Walked out with exactly what I wanted. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

They are always there for me they do right by me I do right by them that's the key they help you but you have to be right with them and pay back your debt then the pawn shop works if you don't pay your debt they get stuff that's not fair these people are good people they're willing to help don't do them wrong

This place has the most friendly and nice employees I've ever seen. Me and my family have bought a lot of good quality stuff and have never had any problem with the products we bought.They also have great hospitality, they always have good music playing and I remember once they were giving out hot dogs and chips for free.We always have a good experience that I totally recommend you check out.

I recently purchased a Hitachi 30° framing nailer. The policy is within 24 hours if broken or defective it has to be returned. Considering they don't have a compressor, one cannot see if it works before they leave. I happen to be lucky and tried it out within 24 hours and the gun kept jamming on me. Elisa, upon returning the gun, insinuated I bought it more than 24 hours ago which I didn't. Now I did get my money back, with that being said the next day I saw the same exact gun on the shelf no warning label saying it jams and no decrease in price. So if you're that unlucky person who goes in and purchases and doesn't start your job for 2 days and find out at jams and try to return it you're SOL. Is that an honest business practice? I am only being fair when they do me good and do me right and I see them do other customers right I will put that on this page, when I see different I will say so. Kathy the manager, is top notch top shelf. Now she's a tough one but she's fair and that's all we ask.

The La Familia girls were wonderful. Helped my wife at the jewelry section. They have this great jewelry warranty. 2 whole years! Will come again after seeing all the great prices!

This place is amazing first off I love how they ask for ID when you asked to see jewelry that is amazing because so much stuff is happening these days and you never know what could happen that's just to protect your merchandise. I also love how the young lady was very nice and kind she had us in and out in less than 30 minutes and she took her time with us. We went to the location in Bartow FL. Another thing I love is the insurance and warranty policy 74.00 is kinda expensive seeing that you don't clean on site and it take a week or 2 to get back. I like how I can come back and put credit on something else. Overall the experience was great and I will be back!!!

Sold me a 10k 16 inch barrel clamp chain, the worker claimed it was 14k gold, then she had the nerve to deny it & then say he’s new, when I asked several time was the chain14k before I purchased it, so I took the chain to AJ Celebrity jeweler for the nba, he also said it’s 10k 😔
