Longest wait ever , whether you’re inside or outside. This is not even how I would love to describe it . I have patience but when somebody out runs my patience then I know it’s not me . They’re the problem

Bad service not organized. I made a pymt at the bank and when calling the dept with in the bank that is to receive the payment. They said they had not received any payment. It took me several calls to solve this issue.

Sat in line for 35 minutes to initiate a wire transfer only to be told a banker, not a teller, had to do the wire. Since the bankers were busy, I politely asked if someone else could help me since I sat in line for 35 minutes. I was told no. I’m a loyal customer but if this was the only branch in Orlando, I’d switch banks. The staff wasn’t friendly. They didn’t seem to care that the line of people stretched almost to the door by the time I walked out. They didn’t try to ask anyone in line if they could help them with their needs so they could be taken out of line and not wait 35-40 minutes. Stay away from this branch. Great bank. Horrible branch. Just terrible.

Very very busy. Had an appointment and still had to wait a long time

Anyone with a Truist Bank check sometimes have to go to BB&T because the checks have BB&t accounts on them. They will take that check, put it in your account to take back, you won't get any money....they made me bring a 100 dollar check in for me to become negative by taking out the money i just put in

Tellers there are unprofessional. One lady had her nieces and nephews skip the line and had others waiting for 15 minutes EXTRA minutes.

They didn't open the door. They basically closed the doors 20 minutes before. Ridiculous.

They have made two major mistakes on my deposits within two month. One is $100 short and the other one was whole amount not showing on my account after 3 weeks deposit. I have to go to them and ask them to make the correction. What if I don't balance my book? I could have lost couple thousand dollars. 12/19/2019 Updated I have to update my review from a year ago. Looks like they have catch up on their new system. They had screwed up on my deposits when they install the new scan system. Lately, there is no problems with brunch experiences and everybody are super friendly with me. But I will still avoid to go there beginning of month when a lot of people trying to cash their checks.

The wait time is here is ridiculous! I lose out on a lot of time

Advised by customer service to go to branch and because branch has never removed a hold on checks they insisted it couldn’t be done. Associate went around to all coworkers saying “this can’t be done right?” “You better get on the phone and talk to whoever you spoke to before.” Very embarrassing for me in front of a crowded bank. It’s not right to be so openly distrusted after being advised by their own associates to go to a branch.
