Mike Lee as new manager provides perhaps the best banking experience I've ever had. He has immense knowledge and gets things done, but remembers you as a person and takes an active interest in your life. I actually followed Mike from a different location to this branch, because of Mike. No matter what he's doing, he will take at least a moment, say hi, and make sure you feel welcomed, acknowledged, and taken care of.

As a business owner I just met the new "manager" or whatever she likes to call herself. Rude, unprofessional, with an adversarial attitude. Open your accounts elsewhere this one isn't good gor business.

I also encountered a "US" vs "THEM" attitude in this specific branch with her takeover. Banks used to be our business partners....This place feels proactively unprofessional.

these idiots own regional acceptance corp. This is a nightmare of a bank to deal with, don't ever ever go here. They hate you, the staff doesn't care, they steal, they lie, they delete payments, they make it so the 4 years of auto finance has been a complete nightmare of being financially threatened

Jessica Bond is competent and cordial Branch Manager who overseas a congenial and responsive staff

Their business hours is from 9 to 5 pm, but they closed before 5 pm, very unprofessional.

I wasn't too fond of this bank to begin with but with the customer service we've received over the last couple of months I have to say I'm completely satisfied. Shountae and Erika have been absolutely phenomenal and deserve a raise. They are both so friendly and so helpful.

Had a Citibank account. Transferred to BB&T. They didn't transfer all my accounts, and couldn't even find a phone number of someone that could. Promised no fees then they charged fees. Called customer service, who said sorry it's standard practice. Tried to explain it to a banker who said they would look into it, but didnt. Had to go to 3 branches to find someone that could do a cashiers check. Then when I was closing my accounts they wanted to look into the matters... too late.

Checks don't deposit same day, money orders aren't free as was promised and they're closed on Saturday now which is payday for me. Was told to go cash my check at Wal-Mart and deposit the cash if I want it to be in the account same day to pay rent. What is the use of having the account with the bank then?! Switching banks ASAP tired of all the lies, fees, and employees that don't care. Worst bank I've ever banked with!
