Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Central Expy, Plano

WORST BOA! WAIT IN LINE FOR ANYTHING FOR OVER AM HOUR AMD NOO DRIVE THRU!! A GUY Just WALKING AROUND WITHOUT HELPING ANYONE, EVEN THOUGHT They SEE A HUGE LINE OF CUSTOMERS!! Just 2 tellers for over 20 people in line!!!! Taking my account out of here!!!!

I was helped by Marissa at this branch. She was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my debit card/ Digital card. She definitely provided excellent customer service!

I was just at BOA and saw something that made me mad. There was a hispanic guy waiting on the teller guy and the teller called him up and told him to put his card in all frustrated , but the guy didn’t speak english so he asked the teller if he spoke Spanish. The teller said no very rudely but I have heard that teller speak spanish soo does he only speak spanish when he wants to even if they need help because they can’t understand?

Teller couldn't do as I requested without explanation and was rude. I of course left to work because I was in line for 30 minutes and tried calling more than 20 times to speak with someone to get an explanation - No answer!!! Tried making an appointment on their website and their completely booked. I've been a customer for over 10 years but will be switching to a better bank other than BOA. IM UPSET BECAUSE SAME THING HAPPENED WEEKS AGO. IM DONE.

Long wait but good service. Also the lady who was at the reception entrance desk disappeared for like 15min. But good service nevertheless so all fine by me.

Answer the phone it’s not that hard. I never have any issues the few times I go to see a teller, yes line can be long but its not terrible. The greeter guy/possibly manager is however not helpful in any means. Juliana might be spelled with a G deserves more stars then this Bank makes you give it though, if you need something that she can help you with you will be taken care of.

This bank really needs new management. The manager (Asghar) here offers little to no help and does not seem to know customer service. They don't offer basic services that other branches do, like a drive through (only offers atm drive through) or nightly drop keys for those who work and need to deposit daily. Waits at the bank can be over 30 minutes. It seems that the tellers are poorly trained, and again this falls back on management. Unfortunately, due to the distance from my job I'm stuck coming to this location.

This is the 3rd, bank of America I've been to for a notary service. Only 1, this one has a notary on site. And this one tells me its going to be (in excess) of 25 to 30 minutes for a certified notary to become available. To view and sign 2 documents. Then, will quickly add overdraft fees. I don't understand. That's just my experience today. Gosh.

Absolute worst service I have ever had at a bank. They always have only one teller and that person appears to purposely work as slow as humanly possible. I waited for 25 minutes behind only four people and still was behind three people when I left dismayed at the poor service. Worst banking experience ever. I opened a business account and they held my business checks from one of the top three health insurance companies for two weeks. Closing my account as soon as I can. Avoid this place at all cost.

This place is terrible. It’s an hour adventure to withdraw money from my account. Usually 10-15 people in line and only one teller. Thankfully they have a “host” a friendly person up front that asks what your in the bank for. Then does nothing. Hey guy, go behind the glass and help out! (SMH)

As much as I hate giving negative reviews. And I enjoyed the ladies that work at this location. The lines are unacceptable. There is probably 4 people walking around on their phones but one is actually at the cashier that is taking care of 20 people.

My toddler and I literally spent 47 minutes here waiting for a teller. There wasn't even a bathroom for us to use

I went today 12/6/2021 to bank of america 2400 N US 75 central Expy Plano Texas 75074 for notary the lady( MARISA) at front asked me if I have appointment I said no, she said OK will be 20-25 mints after i spent almost an hour asked her she answered I told you it is going be more than 2 hours so i spent an hour taking from my work time waiting for just a notary (5 minutes) and left without served . I just waste time ind got mad for nothing done

Worst service possible. They usually have 7 to 9 people inline and 2 tellers that are either zombies or mentally deficient. I think they just don't care. I've never seen a service business perform so badly. Their customer ratings are below 2. It's not just me.
