Great staff and managers at this branch, the wait was not too long even though it was the start of the afternoon, the drive through is also convenient on most days as well.

This is the lousiest chase, they never pick up the phone, when you come in they insist you need an appointment but dont forget they dont answer the phone. Despite this most times there will be more employees than customers and their explanation is that they are waiting dor appointments.

Tried to call to see if I needed an appointment to open an account. Phone was not answered, no hold, nothing. Just a friendly message "We're busy, thanks for playing, click". The main Chase phone line subjects you to 10 minutes of harassment by an automated lady before placing you on hold for an indefinite time. Called another bank, they answered right away and answered all my questions. Taking my business elsewhere. Caring about your customers *is* important, or you lose them.

Man this location staff very un helpful I have a business account t for many years Always go there disappointed when dealing with managers and staff , very unhelpful , I always go order checks from the teller for my business , not very difficult to do the lady told me I have to wait for one of the business associates to order checks , which I did Then a lady came to and told me all people are busy and is better to come back again , I usually order checks from the teller any teller does it for me , no need for business associate , This location is a disaster very bad customer service Shouldn’t be that difficult , always disappointment , don’t recommend this branch , avoid

This Chase bank is terrible. The customer service here is terrible. I am pregnant and needed to use the restroom, they would not allow me. I could not get anyone on the phone in anyway to make a notary appointment. I have wasted over an hour just to get some paperwork signed!

Really disappointed with the way they have handled a dispute claim. I literally spent an hour and a half waiting to get helped just to be told to call customer service. I am truly considering taking my business elsewhere. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Went in to open a business account, I told this banker, "Sebatian", while standing up by the door that I want to open a business account and wanted to see what options they have, he flat out said "what do you mean what options?", I said to see options, he opened his iPad and showed me where to find it online and said when I find the option I want i have to make an appointment and come back. What a disgrace!! Didn't even want to take the time to show me.. chase lost my business and I went to Wells Fargo.

Scheduled appointment as suggested for 3pm today. Waited 41 minutes to be seen by banker. Took eight minutes to help with what I needed. This branch is garbage.

Worst branch. The people are not knowledgeable at all. I came for a cashier check, they let me wait for 30 minutes for “manager’s” approval, well the manager was on call for 30 minutes! Finally the manager done the call, she came over did come operations and end up with “computer error”. I wasted my entire hour here. I am a private client at chase, now decided to transfer all my cash to citi!

Yet again this branch disappoints. The below review was from several years ago, figured I would give another shot since it’s near my house but nope. They fail again. I do all my business with chase and will just know not to come to this branch. Go to the one in Richardson on beltline and 75, they Bend over backwards. This location just has robots working that have no empathy or urgency in what they are doing. The worst customer service , waited over 40 minutes for someone to tell me that they cannot assist me now as it's to close to closing..... During the time it took them to tell me this and to get the supervisor my transaction could have been completed. Completely unapologetic, I have all my accounts, 3 credit cards , and home mortgage with chase but will be moving them out, when this was stated to the banker she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to cancel it all now.
