Tri City National Bank S 27th St, Oak Creek

We have had a wonderful experience with our Tri City National Bank in Oak Creek, WI!! This review is for Bobbie Lewis​ - Assistant Vice President | Financial Advisor. Whenever we have any questions about our investments, Bobbie is quick to reply to us and she is an excellent communicator. We also were amazed at the in-depth demonstration she gave us explaining how stocks and bonds work with graphs and hypothetical examples from past years using our investment monies. Thank you so much Bobbie for always taking time to simplify and explain our financial investments!!

I’ve been at this branch many times and need to commend all for their superior customer service. I feel like a valued customer every single time. Today I worked with Nikita and Terri. Awesome! I’ve also been helped by Andrea who is awesome as well. I highly recommend TriCity to all.

A teller from a different location improperly moved money from one account to another of my accounts, which resulted in my checking account having a negative balance, which generated hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees. Andrea took the time to coordinate with another Tri City location to figure all this out and reverse all the overdraft fees. Andrea is a five star employee. She took the time to research and figure out the problem. She resolved the issue and explained to me what had happened and printed statements reflecting the corrections. Tri City needs more employees like her.

This is by far the Absolute best customer service from a financial institution. Tri-city National Bank have literally raised the bar and set the standard for providing the most valuable customer experience. Let's not forget about the customer representative who's also rightfully chosen as the Bank's manager: VICKI SWENSON. She's got the patience and such a high degree of courtesy that goes above and beyond average expectations! VICKI SWENSON displayed the most professionalism and knowledge on how to get my issues of concern dealt with! If you ever have a problem or any concerns about your account, or just want a helpful charming smile....By all means, ask for VICKI SWENSON! The best ever in high degrees of customer service BARNONE!

Breanna and Terri were so helpful and patient. it is a wonderful experience banking with Tri City because of their knowledgeable kind employees. Debbie always has a bright smile and knows who to direct you to if you need help. I highly recommend this bank. thanks again for all the help.

About a month ago there was a huge issue with my boyfriend’s account (nothing to do on Tri City’s end). We went in and Ellison and Nikita worked with us and really listened to the situation that occurred. They both worked with us for a decent amount of time to get everything straightened out. Both of them helped us out immensely and fixed not only the issue we came in for, but fixed another issue with the app that had been ongoing. They were both extremely professional and nice. Ellison even remembered about our cat being sick and asked about her when we called back the next day. I wish I could give more then 5 stars for they help that was given to us. Would highly recommend banking with them.

Had an awesome experience at the Bavarian Bhouse with your Reps. We were having a car show and they had the Tri City VW Bus on display. The reps helped me set up my tent, since I was too short and also kept my spirits up for the hot, stressful day. I want them to know they were appreciated and expressed kindness outside of their normal banking routines. They represented your institution well! Great job and thank you for going the extra mile for me!

I worked today with both Marci, (who is ALWAYS WONDERFUL), and was in need of help with a change to my account via computer. I am older so, computers aren't my forte. Brianna was incredibly polite, didn't talk down to me, and was immensely pleasant with her knowledge and customer service. She is a blessing to your bank. I think one girl's name was Charlotte(?), beige top with glasses. She was super helpful as well. Please commend all these wonderful workers.
