    I just purchased my 3rd car from Rosen and once again the experience was excellent! Steven Falk was my salesman and would recommend him to anyone!! Extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and best of all not pushy! This was the first time for me working with him and I feel like I’ve known him forever! He was so patient with me through the entire process! Anyone wanting to buy a new car needs to see this man!! Dave in finance is awesome! This was my third time working with him and I will say the same about him… super honest, patient and really makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. Even the service dept is amazing!!! I will always return to this dealer for my next purchase…unlike any other dealer out there!!

    If you enjoy world class service then this is the place to buy a car. The staff in the used car center were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I really had a good feeling about doing business with Ash. He was very patient and understanding with me and my wife wile we bombarded him with questions. Rosen is where I'll be getting my next car from since they are all about integrity, honesty and not letting a customer walk away unhappy.

    Rosen Kia Milwaukee has made the car leasing processing extremely easy. This is my second lease with David Karpinski. He makes the process very easy and explains everything in detail. I am not from the area and majority of the process has been done over the phone and by email. It has been a very easy process. I highly recommend contacting David for any needs. He is extremely responsive and helpful.

    The experience overall was outstanding. The staff took time to go over the features of our new Kia in full twice-once for me and again later with my wife. Everything was explained and all questions were answered. If our sales consultant Steve didn’t have the answer at his fingertips, he made a po8jt to follow up on it later.     Dishonest & Damaged car. Picked up dads car after engine warranty and found a bunch of dents in the hood. Opened the hood to find the technician left a wrench under the hood and closed it on it damaging the hood (still have the wrench) Next brought it in for a clunking noise and sold my dad struts. Left still having a clunking noise and brought it back and they said they couldn’t hear any noise or find anything. Took to another shop to find the lower ball joint is extremely loose. Found that issue in about 30 seconds. Technicians clearly are carefree and don’t have basic knowledge to diagnose a vehicle. Thanks for wasting the money on non needed repairs.

    They don’t stand behind their warranties or even perform the job correctly to begin off with. I have been hung up on when not displaying any aggression through their supposed headquarters. In addition to such during the initial conversation instead of them being a team I am being told to call the sales person I purchased with ( who works with Rosen). Fast forward to a day or 2 ago and Faith calls to review my experience and blames me for not getting the 60+ dollar oil changes with Rosen and going elsewhere (Midas ) for consistent oil changes. She explains this voids their warranty….?!? At the end of the day a 2017 KIA Forte should not have engine problems with 72000 miles on it. They will blame the customer in anyway possible to not accept responsibility. I’d stay far away or if in dire need proceed with caution!

    The service was slow and unhelpful. I called multiple times while the service department was open, but nobody picked up the phone. When I went to pick up my car, I had to wait for about 30 minutes since my keys had been lost. Other than actively destroying my car, I can't think of anything that the service department could have done to make me have a worse experience.

    Put the wrong tire on my vehicle and has continually avoided returning my calls since August 3, 2021. My wife had a blow out driving from Florida to Milwaukee. I contacted this dealer regarding getting a specific tire for our 2017 Armada Platinum, Bridgestone 275/60R20 HL. Instead they put on a 275/60R20 HT so now on a $65000 vehicle I have mismatch tires. I did not want another HT model tire because in less than 2 years of use at 25, 312 miles on my Nissan Armada Platinum that I purchased new in November of 2017, I had to replace the full-set of tires Bridgestone HT tires with a full-set of HLs on June 3, 2019. The only thing I wanted from this dealership was to replace the damaged tire with the tire I requested yet they failed to do so. My wife returned from Milwaukee to FL with mismatch tires a few days later. This is completely unacceptable!! All they had to do was verify what tire they were placing on my wife's vehicle. When I called them on the matter I kept getting placed on hold or told that someone would return my call and today is May 11, 2022. I sent customer service an email again since I still have not received a call back. I am a more than fair person and I have been extremely patient with this matter but today that ends. I will also send a copy of this message along with the tire receipts to Nissan Corporate requesting a full-refund for the wrong tire that was installed on my wife's vehicle!

    WORST EXPEIENCE IVE EVER HAD DEALING WITH BUYING A CAR Please keep in mind I am in my early 20's and my sister is younger than I am. We came in alone, looking for a $8k-12k used car. Needless to say I walked out of the dealership in debt $55,000 between two vehicles. DO NOT GO!! They will trick you into spending insane amounts of money.

    I came in to Rosen Kia on a Tuesday and was met by a friendly team of sales associates. I was referred to speak to Ruben Zavala. He’s such a great helpful funny sales person. I came and dropped off my check stubs on Friday Ruben called me that day mind you it was his day off to inform me I was approved for a new vehicle and to come in the following morning which was a Saturday. Ruben wasn’t scheduled to be at work until later in the day but because I had to be at work he was able to come in early just to accommodate my work schedule. Honestly I never felt pressured and he works so hard to get me approved for a safe nice reliable reasonably priced vehicle. I didn’t have the best credit or highest paying job but I left with a new 2020 Kia. The fact that all the staff including the finance department were so warm friendly and helpful it made my experience less scary and now I’m part of the Kia family like my mom. Ruben even went above and beyond to clean and personally wash my car because the line was so long he even helped me to setup Apple CarPlay. I will definitely be buying all my vehicles from Ruben and Rosen Kia

    Had previous good experiences with the service department for our Versa Note. When we suddenly found ourselves in need of another vehicle, this was our first and only stop. Excellent experience working with Brandon! Came in pre-approved with Capital One and told Brandon what we were looking for and he delivered.     The team at Rosen were wonderful. I started by calling to make sure the car was in stock which it was. Nate, my sales person was great/professional from start to finish. He confirmed car was there and that he'd have it waiting for my test drive. The car was freshly cleaned which goes a long way. He gave me space/time needed to make the decision that was right for me! I hate pushy car sales people and my experience at Rosen and with that was anything but that! The Rosen family works together to provide a great customer experience! Rex even helped me with my Bluetooth connection after Nate left and called after I left with the solution to the issue we couldn't resolve. Rex it was the cord! Thank you again!     Firstly, the showroom is very nice and clean, and all the people I was in contact with were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I bought a new car, and the entire check-out experience was pleasant and moved right along. Secondly, the Stinger GT2 AWD is a drop-dead gorgeous car with huge Brembo brakes - and I can't wait to take it on an extended drive! Finally, the icing on the cake is the 10-year powertrain warranty - what's not to like there? Concluding, I highly recommend shopping for a car at Rosen Kia!

    Staff was super attentive when we walked in. We were helped by Jaime Cruz who was honest, full of info and easy to speak with. The only downfall of the experience was the discussion with the man who reviews the final price and credit score with you, he was extra intense for no reason and once he realized his mistake, he tried to be nicer afterwards (white man with a power trip, if you ask me). I was able to drive off the lot with my new vehicle within 3 hours.

    If I could give this rating 10+ stars, I would! From Nate to Jeff to Richard- I cannot thank you all enough for getting me in the car I’ve been dreaming of and searching for. My 2018 Kia Sorento EX is more than I could’ve imagined! Richard took such good care of us through the entire process. We were kept well informed of what stage we were at in the buying process, constantly checked in on to make sure we were comfortable, and chit chatted with us to keep us occupied.     The lease on my 2018 Armada was coming due. I went to Rosen Nissan to look 2020 Armadas. The first thing that was so nice about this dealership is that there were not salesmen waiting for you at the front door. We've all been to those dealerships. I was able to work with Aaron Rosen. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was very patient. I wasn't exactly sure if I wanted another Armada or something different. He spent a lot of time with me going over each vehicle that I looked at and test drove. I finally decided on the 2020 Armada. Since they didn't have the exact one I wanted in stock, he found one for me, exactly what I wanted. During this time he kept in constant contact with me with updates. Once the vehicle was at their dealership, He scheduled the closing at my convenience. When my husband and I arrived for the closing, Aaron was available immediately. No waiting. He introduced us to Kathy who went through all the paperwork with us. She was fantastic! I can't stress enough how easy it was working with Rosen Kia. We've purchased and leased many vehicles. Aaron and the dealership made this one of the best experiences we've ever had at a dealership. Not one complaint! That's hard to do while buying a car. I highly recommend Aaron and the Rosen Kia dealership.

    Our salesperson and business manager were as knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful as could be. This was simply the best car-buying experience we’ve had anywhere. My one criticism is, their dealer sticker is a hideous, four-color, 3-D, billboard you will definitely want OFF your new car. Good luck removing it without scratching or dulling the paint. I suggest you make them do it.

    Peter in service department was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want another person coming in for an oil change. However, Faith did a wonderful job reaching out to talk through the issue and handled it like a true professional. So while I had my first bad experience in the service dept, Faith the Rosen Kia Family definitely care about their customers and understand the value of customer service.

    I had a fantastic experience! My salesperson Charlie was great! He was not your typical car salesman. He listened to what was important to me and to what my wants and needs were. He was not pushy or aggressive and did not push an agenda of his own. I believed he was looking out for my best interest. He was calm, patient, nice, and thorough. I had recently been in a car accident, was injured, and also recently had a surgery. I was emotionally and physically exhausted, but nonetheless, had planned to shop around to at least one other dealership. I was also in a stressful position thrust upon me not by choice and had a short period of time to do my car shopping. I ended up making my decision the same day and did not go anywhere else. Keith, the person who went through all of my paperwork and financing with me, was also very personable and helpful. I am very happy with the vehicle that I now own and feel that I was treated honestly, fairly, and with respect. What could easily have been a miserable experience was a positive one instead. I will be a loyal customer and will recommend this location and these employees without question.

    I drove over 100 miles to go to this dealership they gave me 2200 more for my trade-in than any other dealership offered. Phill was amazing he made me feel so comfortable He is not your typical sales guy. I can honestly say the same for the finance manager. This dealership is honest has quality vehicles and good prices! Definitely worth the trip out there don’t put these guys on the back burner just go.

    If I could of given no stars I would have. No not take your car to get any work done. Took in for over 7000 in work. Two different quotes and after 2 weeks called and they wondered why car was there since employee quit that was taking care of car so no one called. Another couple weeks and get back with scratches so took back when someone available to fix. Get there and employee was not there so had a subcontractor do it. After all the work and get home its leaking oil so told to bring in due to warranty so take in when they said could look at it. Now the guy who can fix it is too busy to do it until next week. The first 2 times we took in they also let it sit. Its actually worse than even this but I have never had gone to a place like this. Oh but one thing is Chris is definitely a nice guy except nice does not do the work. A JOKE

    A LOT of pressure to provide a *perfect* review to Kia *in exchange for* a gas gift card. Seems extremely sketchy and very pushy. Gift card should be offered for taking the survey, not only for offering a perfect score. Any dealership that was serious about being the best they can be and constantly improving would want honest reviews. I received calls and texts every couple days from the salesman and someone in the office about this survey. They also wanted me to go through it *with them* which also seems very sketchy and like they may not provide scores and answers accurate to what I was saying. Tried to add a guilt element that the survey dictates how much the salesperson gets paid.

    This was definitely the worst dealership I've dealt with. They do all the typical sales games. I can deal with that. What is borderline criminal is the extra charges they add on to the final price. I was sold an extra warranty that I did not need after being told it does not cost extra and will actually lower the APR on my loan. I'm waiting to get my final loan information from whatever lender it was sold to and find out if they added anything else in without my knowledge. I only hope this does not require a court case. I will go out of my way to warn friends, family and coworkers to avoid this dealer at all costs.

    I was in the market for a new car & was exploring the 2022 Kia Niro Hybrid. This was the only dealership in the area that had one in for me to test drive. Was helped by Jaime & he turned out to be our salesman that we purchased our new car from! We were told the blue 2022 Kia Niro we wanted was on a truck & expected to arrive by April 15th. Well I was pleasantly surprised when I got the text with photos that my car arrived just a couple days after I went in for the initial test drive. All in all a very smooth process!     I purchased my 2018 Nissan Sentra from here and at first everything seemed moderate. However, the wait period was unbecoming. Even after the financing was finished it still took about a half hour to an hour for them to get the vehicle to me clean and gased. My major complaint comes from how they handled getting me insurance. They gave some fony account and routing number to Progressive just to get a sale. About a week or two later i received a letter in mail stating my insurance was canceled. Im confused and wondering why so i give them a call and they explain that they couldn't collect from the bank i gave them an account number for. When i never gave them one at all let alone spoke to anyone. So i ended up having to pay $80 more to get my insurance because now they have on the records i had insurance with them before. Overall i wouldn't recommend this location after all this. They appear sincere and have your best intentions in mind when they truly do not and just care for that sale.

    Andrew was great. Asked me what I was looking to do as far as a car. I got to test drive several to get an idea. He told me about a fully loaded 2020 Kia Niro. I came back the next day, and although the dealership was crazy busy, as was Andrew, we got to drive my new car home that night.     When we went in to buy a car we weren’t 100% sure what car we wanted all we knew was we needed something with 5 seats and great gas mileage. Our sales consultant Jaime Cruz worked hard to get us a great deal and the finance department worked to get us approved. At the end of the day we drove off the lot in a BRAND NEW 2021 Kia Rio.

    The whole experience was so EASY! I was contacted vis text by Jaime, I asked my questions and he answered. I loosely set up a time to stop by and test drive the vehicle of choice. When I showed up it was such a calm experience getting the keys and getting to test drive it. All his answers to my texted questions were truthful and correct. We was so relaxed and not pushy, I didn’t feel pressured. It made me feel like I could clearly think about whether I actually wanted the vehicle or not, not feeling pressured. The purchase a couple days later was crazy seem less. I was in and out in 20mins. They had me fill out my credit application online and get all that out of the way. All I had to do was sign the financial papers when I got there. This was my BEST experience picking out a car and financing it. All of the staff was so nice!!!! Thank you! Also, they had balloons waiting for my 3yr old. Sweetest gesture.

    I already had a vehicle in mind since I spent the previous week touring dealerships looking for the right replacement. I ended up meeting Don and Jamie Cruz. Explained what I wanted, why and the price point and within a very short period of time they came up with 4 reasonable choices. No pushiness or over selling whatsoever. The experience was a relaxed atmosphere and attention to my wants and needs was number one. I ended up with my beautiful Telluride and when I went to pick it up, the paperwork was ready and in record time was thanking them for all their help.     HORRIBLE! Just returned my lease after having it for two days once I realized they charged me 8,000 dollars more than what the agreed upon price was! They even made the vehical 6,000 dollars more than the vehicals sticker asking price . This was after dealing with Keith Reed the finance manager! The price that was agreed upon with my sales rep was changed by Keith all without my knowledge or discussing it with me! I only noticed once looking over my paper work the next day. Very dishonest people work there who will do anything to make money for themselves! I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM!!! If you just bought a car from them check your finace paperwork!

    Rosen Kia seemed to have some great deals. We were nervous about going in because of some of the reviews we read. Upon entering, we were treated with kindness and respect.     Bought my Kia new in 2018, everything was good until the first warranty ended, then it all went downhill from there. I found problems with the vehicle that no mechanic found during a routine check / oil change. Whomever changed the oil last took off the protective covering pieces under the engine and did not reinstall them.
