She did not pressure us and she was very informative about the make model car that we were interested in purchasing. Everyone that we came in contact with was super nice. This is my 3rd card from Rosen Nissan and my second car from Sam my Sales Manager. Just like the past experience, it went well. He listened to my concerns and tried his best to meet my requests. Nate at Rosen Nissan used cars was so easy to work with. He found us a better car than we originally came in to look at for a lower price. He was very professional and patient! Reyna greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I politely requested a 4 cylinder small car. Reyna found a nice Black one, she noticed I wasn’t to happy about the color. When I drove the car back after the test run, she had a recently washed Electric Blue 4 cylinder car. I fell in love instantly, she knew I wanted a car that stood out and it met my expectations completely. She was very patient with me when I was deciding on which car to get . She answered all my questions and helped my sister and I get a better quote for our car insurance. Time flew by while she did all the paperwork and did a few phone calls to close the deal, she is very funny and has such a positive energy. Give her a raise, please!

Needed to trade in my Kia due to all the thefts and didn’t expect to purchase a vehicle right then but I did because of the great salesman, David . He insisted I test drive a vehicle I didn’t think I was interested in but the car was perfect! I fell in love and had to have it. David really looked out for me and I made a more sensible purchase. It’s a horrible time to have to buy a car but I had no choice and I’m really glad I stopped at Rosen to look! Eddie and Team were fantastic! He was direct and upfront with the entire process. I was in and out feeling relieved and beyond happy with my new purchase. I couldn’t ask for a better dealership.

They got my oil change done and tires rotated as expected. I'd give them a 5/5 for the efficient and great customer service, But I wasn't too thrilled on how they were trying to sell me all of these services I didn't need. Like break fluid change which they would've charged me $200 for, which is ridiculous. (I double checked for myself. Looked fine. It's a newer car too). I already hate the car I'm driving and am stuck with (Got it back in WA) and have serious buyers remorse from it. I really don't trust dealerships and I really don't need to pay all the extra money for these pointless services that they want to try to egg me on with. Just need the oil change. That's all.

Be careful when you buy cars from Nissan Rosen Milwaukee because they sell you a certified car when it is not actually certified. The car shows an accident sign and check engine which proves its not certified. They will fix it for you but be careful when buying any car fro Nissan Rosen Milwaukee!

On Monday, March 28, I went to do a tride in and we chose the vehicle we wanted, we drove it and everything. We fill out all the required paperwork and pay down payment and the new license plates. They told us to take out our new things and move them to the new car, they washed our vehicle and we were ready to leave with our new car and they didn't want to give them to us. After spending all day there. They cheated us. It's a shame because we are old customers, we had previously taken out 2 new cars. They gave us the excuse that the banks were closed. That we go the next day to look for her. The next day when we called they gave us more excuses for not giving us the vehicle. After we had done everything.

The absolute worst feeling is knowing you've been taken advantage of a a dealer service department. I want to know what else wasn't looked at or serviced. I have previous service reports that just don't add up to the normal wear and tear that occurs with breaks, air filter and such. I will be in contact with nissan consumer affairs about the situation. Long story short went in for a 20k service package on my 2020 Altima which includes a break fluid flush on top of tire rotation and oil and filter change. Saw that the small nail in my left rear tire and another tire has a small spec of rust in the wheel lock I. Which both tires were still in the same spot from my previous service at Gordie Boucher who do and impeccable job with my vehicles. I wasn't able to schedule with them due to lack of openings so I scheduled to Rosen. That's beside the point right now. Now I don't really know what service I received. It was a $300 service package. I was also waiting at the service center for 2 hour and roughly 20 minutes. I just can't trust them to fix the issue. Also service center has windows blocked off so you can't see technicians working in your vehicle.

Customer service was horrible. I was taxed on my service fee and had to speak to someone about my total being inaccurate had i not been questioning of my total i would have been ripped off. My service agent Gary Tate was very unprofessional and inconsiderate overall horrible experience makes me not want to own another Nissan if I have to deal with poor service as i was treated with!

I have chosen to finance, and he Hooked me up! helped me get something similar to what I wanted, since I wasn’t approved for the one I wanted and, honestly I couldn’t say more positive things about him. His name Brandon gorelik and really recommend this place specially for starters like me.

Since I bought my car from Rosen Nissan Milwaukee, I have had continuous problems with my vehicle even though it is a certified car, as they say. I went their to speak to one of their managers and I spoke to the general manager and I explained for him how I have these problems with the car even if it's certified. I told him that it is not certified and he said when we sold it to you it was certified and he gave me the mean look. And I have problems with the vehicle's radio and I showed him the video of the problem in the radio and he just started making fun of me and specifically told me, "Did the radio talk to you back when you were talking about it". The general manager Don Kramer thinks that he owns Rosen.

My experience at Rosen Nissan was absolutely amazing! Standard service call for oil change, filter & tire rotation. Service advisor also let me know my mileage level required a couple additional items. They were also performed while I waited, but only took an additional 35 minutes

Service date: August 16, 2021Scheduled maintenance was done very quickly, my vehicle was supposed to receive a complimentary car wash. I pick my vehicle up it was not washed which made me believe nothing was truly done. I received paperwork stating my schedule maintenance was done, tires were rotated, and a car wash was also done. If my car wash was not done, how can I trust all of other things were done that were checked on paperwork. Update: Called to schedule a point inspection for my upcoming road trip, there was no record of my vehicle every been serviced. This makes me believe I never received an oil change back in August. There was a sticker stating service was done and after leaving a negative review Faith reached out and offered a free oil change for my future visit. Guess what?? No free oil change and no record of my vehicle ever being service there. Can this dealership even be trusted? Do I really need to stand and watch them service my vehicle to make sure things are done. At this point an alley mechanic provides better service than Rosen Nissan..

I have had excellent service from Rosen on my purchase of my Pathfinder. Kevin Berger was of great help in aligning my needs with a vehicle. He is straight forward and can get you the pros and cons of any car or truck or suv that will meet your needs PLUS your pocket book. . We then selected the Pathfinder. Then he suggested to check the national car reviews on similar vehicles before making my decision. The Pathfinder won. I already had financing available BUT Rick Burke worked his magic and reduced my interest rate .2 %. Rick was just like Kevin helping to make the decision. Since I have been in the Rosen family for almost 10 years. The most important is the Rosen service dept. The service people want to make sure that your service needs are met. They are a perfect part of Rosen family. Working with Rosen is easy. I guess that is because I am in the Rosen Family.

My salesperson was friendly as were the finance guys. However, I bought a new car and there was clearly an issue with the heat/AC and they let me roll off the lot with it. I had to bring my car in two times in the first month. They claimed they fixed it but by the time I got home it clearly was still acting up. I do not feel like the service department did a good job or was honest with me. Beware of the 2021 Nissan kicks. I’ll be selling it to carvana and breaking even and starting over at another dealership because I don’t want to deal with these hassles with a brand new vehicle.

I had my vehicle in for an oil change and rotation. It was a Saturday so I expected a wait. To my pleasant surprise, they had my car serviced much faster than anticipated. They were able to answer all my questions and I left with a clean car and the knowledge that things were as expected.

BUYER BEWARE...... I looked at prices online and made an appointment to see a car. When I got there the car was completely dirty and fully of items. Then the dealer tells us there is a $5000.00 extra surcharge to buy a new car over MSRP. 🙄 .... The sales girl was very nice and tried very hard but her hands were tied from the manager. They had a very take it or leave it attitude. We drove one hour to M'Lady Nissan in Crystal lake. Best staff ever! They treated us like we were made of gold. They lowered the price of their new vehicle and they don't hurt customers with surcharges. Saved $7,000.00 over Rosen's crazy $5000.00 surcharge and full price vehicles. After this review the dealership did try to reach out and rectify the situation so I bumped it up to two stars for their late effort.

Made me wait hours for the lease I wanted just to tell me they wanted to increase my monthly payments by 50% from what they quoted me. It was past closing time at that point. I love Nissan but wouldn’t do business here again or refer anyone to this dealer.

The Service Department at Rosen Nissan is wonderful ! They were so friendly and professional during my visit at that Department. My Service Advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything. He was able to arrange a shuttle for me just in time. The shuttle driver was very respectful and we had a great conversation while riding together. It has been 5 years now since I’ve been with Rosen Nissan, and those years are of no regret to me. Great job guys!

I live in Chicago, but the drive here is completely worth it for the genuine customer care and service. I worked with AARON (sales) and JAMES (services) and they were both amazing! Unlike many dealerships that just care about making the sale and that’s it, this place continues to support and accommodate their customers after you making the purchase. Many people complain about dealerships that give car salesmanship a bad name, Rosen gives it a good one!

Hi I ordered Nissan armada a few days ago. but so far I did not received doc. for sign . it is very slow. they never call me and let me know the status. they said second day, but this has been a week, the sale lady no call no follow up. feel like they are very busy , just ignore customer . the work has no schedule . I did not sign the paper work yet, but the delivery lady calls me to pick up vehicle. it make me feel this is not an official dealership but privacy company only . in this kind situation, I am not sure when I get vehicle, it may has damage already . it make me feel no trust on the sale person and financial lady . they work very slow . this deal has been process a week , just for finance and paper work . I wonder how they can do business in such slow way . I will cancel this purchase because it make me feel no trust on them .

Purchased a new Titan pickup from this dealership in March. Entire experience was pleasant and professional. All staff from sales associate Omar to finance manager Rick were helpful and professional. Was a little disappointed that spray in bed liner had been omitted in vehicle due I guess to factory constraints due to COVID. While I did receive a $400 break on invoice as result, I believe it will cost me significantly more to add this neccessary protection on my own after market. Believe dealership quoted me $800 dollars to get this added in after the fact since it was not done at factory level. Outside of this good experience

I've never been able to buy a new car do to my credit and Rosen worked on finding a way to get us in a 2020 pre-owned Nissan, with our credit that isn't so great. My car needed brakes, oil change etc. Mr Tate called me before any work was done and explained to me in detail what was going on with my car, he also explained the work that needed to be done on my car as well. I was happy that all the work was done in a few hours and i was able to get my car back the same day.

My experience with Rossen was great. I was a previous customer, I bought 2 vehicles from there years ago. I went back recently to buy another car, and the sales woman Athena was much better than the other sales people I had years ago!!! She came out on the coldest day this year, I know its their job, but I still have to give her credit for it. She was understanding, had a good sense of humor, and followed up with me like she said she would. We purchased a Kia Optima in 2020. It was stolen in November. Engin the finance manager of Kia was absolutely amazing. This is the second car we have purchased from Rosen. The first was the Kia, the second we purchased today was a 2022 Nissan Altima. Engin put us in a great car and was able to get out financing within our budget. He is great to work with and will get you in a vehicle. He goes above and beyond for his customers. We also worked with Benny from Nissan. He was our sales associate. He answered all of our questions and never pressured us. He also went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend both gentlemen at Rosen.

Brandon turned a skeptic into a believer. I had heard nothing but bad news about used car lots. He showed me that not all of them are bad. This is the first car I have chosen to finance, and he HOOKED ME UP! I couldn’t say more positive things about him. I went to about 6 other lots today, and I didn’t like any of them at all. Brandon made this a positive experience for me. With the price in used cars skyrocketing, he still managed to make me happy!

I purchased a Nissan Versa from Rosen Nissan in August of 2017. I paid cash so my car came with a 1 year warranty. In August of 2018 the transmission went out and I contacted Rosen and the rude associate told me "your warranty was up 3 days ago so we can't help you" and hung up. Nobody really wanted to touch it because they (4 different transmission shops) said the transmission in this car is trash and they don't wanna be liable for multiple repairs. Found one that would but they said the transmission had to be brand new and the cost was $3600. I paid it 😩 and now in November of 2021the transmission went out...AGAIN! I will never purchase from this establishment nor will I purchase another Nissan again.

Beni was the best sales guy at Rosen. He did an excellent job with my vehicle purchase I would recommend the whole world to Beni.

I’ve had two really good car-purchasing experiences at Rosen Nissan in the last several years. During my first experience, I personally happened to meet the owner, Mr Rosen, who is a very nice man. I purchased a beautiful used van that I got a great deal on. That van was so reliable and lasted me years until I sold it. (You can trust Rosen’s used cars not to be junk!) Last week, I went back to Rosen’s for my son’s first car: a new 2021 Nissan Versa. I’m so happy with his/our choice. The salesperson, Athena, who assisted us was super nice, as was Kathy in the Finance Dept. They really went above and beyond to help my son get his first car, considering his thin credit file. Been coming here for about 9/10 years. Adam in finance is amazing!!! He has on multiple occasions, put me in the car I wanted. Everyone at this dealership has always been awesome to me. My sales associate helped explain my new car to me as it is a total redesign of what I was used to. Overall, AMAZING service and will continue to come back for years to come.

Replaced short block... missing clips in engine compartment, front cover damage. Greasy hand marks on windshield cowl, interior trim and smudges of grease oil on left fender.. noticed hood opened hard and grille misaligned with hood.. clips where replaced in engine compartment and missing. Have not looked around vehicle for more damage or missing parts.. Transmission hesitation still present along with steering wheel noise. Engine lifter noise , power steering pump noisy, gear lever binding with actuator noise present at start up. Lifter noise and gear lever binding has settled but others still an issue. How I recieved the vehicle after the 2 weeks I feel unsafe to drive but have too.

Aaron made my first time car buying experience so comfortable despite the chaos of the current market!

Aaron Rosen is absolutely AMAZING! This is our second time working with Aaron! He’s incredibly patient, he listens and he doesn’t push you into a decision you’re not ready to make. OH, and when my husband and I were signing papers, he took the time ( even though they were closing) to sit with our 8 year old, and keep him company so we could finish up! I would highly recommend going to see him!

I would not trust any service done by this location. Needed a new car key made after my bag got stolen and was told they could make one on the same day for about $50-75, but I had to get the vehicle physically to them. After I called a tow company and got the car to them: turns out their key cutting machine was down and they could not cut me a key for another 1 to 2 days. Staff was completely unsympathetic to an issue they caused and did nothing to materially help resolve the issue. When I suggested I would just call a mobile locksmith they told me those keys are usually bad and don't work. Guess what...I called a mobile locksmith and they got me a fully working key in 20 minutes. At minimum you all owe me the cost of the tow to your location. Absolutely unprofessional.

Eddie in sales and Mikal in finance were excellent to work with! Eddie made things easy to understand, made me feel comfortable, and wasn’t pushy. Mikal had everything ready to go when it came time to finalize the purchase, in and out in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend working with either of these gentleman.

I had excellent customer service experience by salesperson Eddie! I give him 5 stars!!! He was friendly, professional and gave me his time and attention to get the car that benefitted me and my family. Honest!!!! To him it was not a just a sale and he really took the time and patience to help me find exactly what I was looking for! For this reason I give him 5 stars! Great job Eddie! Definitely come to you for next car! With that being said I did have some challenges with financial department and communication. I rate them at a 2 max along with management who kept trying to hurry the sale. They were not informative with me and made decisions without informing me. I also felt like there was some discrimination in the financing as I am an established, hard working client with good income and they made me feel like they did not want me to receive financing for any simple reason and did not provide the correct income information to lenders for financing. Affecting any good financing options I could have had. Even after before signing documents I myself had to correct the financial details of income in the documents at that point. Would that have happened if I would have been white? That’s my question. You would think the financial department would be more detailed and summit correct information. Again , thank you Eddie for the time and patience! The reason it was worth the purchase great customer service by you.

I bought a car for my daughter and Aaron was an excellent salesperson who went above and beyond. That is not the norm with today’s car salesperson. He treated me and my daughter with so much respect and addressed all our questions and requests with professionalism. I highly recommend Rosen!

Left my vehicle with Bob in service while gone on a long weekend. I knew all work would be performed as needed while I was gone and vehicle would be ready when I returned.

I went in last week for my first tire rotation and oil change which were suppose to be complementary. Service people were friendly but they didn't rotate my tires like they said they would. I am a supervisor in a tire shop for another company and this would never be okay. I only came in because the first oil change was free. Since they didn't rotated my tires like they said they did I wonder if they even changed my oil. I would be think twice before scheduling any service done at this dealership, seems sketchy.

Athena was the first to approach me upon walking into the showroom and was of amazing help! I wasn't sure what I wanted upon walking in and she helped me pick out the perfect fit for me! I will surely be coming back for my next vehicle purchase!

The process of buying a car seems to be getting less painful. The salesman was knowledgeable and easy to do business with.

Used cars are marked up very high. My salesman JP Josh promised me to have everything inspected and fixed before delivery. Nothing was done on time! Never tried to answer my messages and answered my questions on time. Very unfriendly most of the staff members. Only services guy was very helpful. Will never go back again to buy another vehicle.
