Kai Marcelo (I apologize for getting the last name incorrect before, was so helpful, going over each category step by step and was friendly and professional, answering all my questions and making changes when necessary. I appreciate having State Farm as my car and home insurance.

Agent Nelida helped me she was very very professional and kind I was very glad that she was the person to help me. It will be nice to have more people like here in the work force. Very patient she takes here time to explain to you and make the customer understand everything. Nice AGENT

I’ve known Tracey Rivera for over a decade and have home owners, life and auto insurance with her. She has always been there to help, day or night. She has helped with big issues and small, and is always honest, helpful and informative. I can honestly say that I can’t think of anyone else I’d want in my corner when I have an insurance issue. Her entire staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. If you need any insurance, Tracey is the woman to go to. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Last night Tracy's team helped me out big time. In the middle of buying a car and forgot my insurance card. I called the number and literally within 5 minutes had it emailed to me. Super friendly and efficient. Loved it. I was going to have to drive back the next morning to pick up my car.

I am very happy with this car insurance; I been a customer for almost 4 years now and I have never experienced any problem. I love Nelida taking care of me; she is very professional, helpful and I always have a quick response from her.

Nelida called me to review my renters policy before it renewed, always with great customer service, and answer all of my questions. There when you need them. Have my renters, life, and auto insurance with them. Wouldn’t change insurance companies for anything, worth every dollar.

Aisha was my insurance agent years ago at the spring valley location and I contacted her now at imperial beach to start a new policy because she was always very attentive and responded to all my concerns right of way. I actually got disappointed because I didn’t get to talk to her when I called the new office and she even called me back to offer me help to fix some issues so good customer service overall. I’m coming back to SF 👍

Where do I start... " I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE!" of canceling my automobile insurance policy with Tracy Rivera's Office after my premium increased which I would say substantially and not because of any tickets or accidents, but because California had changed the way they allowed insurance companies to rate us customers... I called up the office roughly about four months ago and explained to Nelly, which was normally the wonderful person I spoke with at Tracys office that I didn't want to jump boat on them because I had always received Top notch service from them, but I had no choice but to find car insurance at a much lower rate with another competitor. She was very understanding and knew that sometimes you got to do what you Gotta do. I told her numerous times I really didn't want to take my business elsewhere because since day one Tracy and her staff ALWAYS! Took care of my needs and we're always very accommodating and friendly... I have to give them super mega kudos for that... In this day and age I find it difficult to find people with a smile on their face willing to help you in the customer service type businesses. Tracy Rivera's office is all that..Service with a smile :) Now here is why am writing this review...so I did jump boat and went to their competitor "farmers insurance" I received a quote over the phone at my local office, she seemed like a friendly person over the phone, received a great quote, drove to her office and signed the paperwork. But unfortunately that changed once I had to call her and do some adjustments to my policy, or had questions. The problem was that she was a Agency which ran with just her as the agent. No employees No receptionist No nothing! and on numerous occasions I had to call her and she never answered the phone, I would receive a automatic text reply stating that she was out of the office and if I had any questions or concerns to call the general farmers 800 number. Also a couple of times drove up to her office since she wasn't too far away from my house, but both times during normal operating hours, no one was there to help and her business door closed. Now that didn't go so well for me and I believe..... and this is strictly my opinion, that if you have a agency that sells car insurance to the general public and you will not be in your office, you should at least have someone answering the phone or a receptionist in your office so you don't look bad if someone drives up to your office and your Business door is closed during normal business hours. I should've known better when I drove to her office to sign paperwork that she didn't own a regular business phone, didn't have any employees and was doing business out of her cell phone!! At Tracys Rivera's office, there was always someone that answered the phone, and always someone there to help me with my questions. And if I drove there her office was always open. If for whatever reason Nelly, or Tracy weren't there, the person answering the phone usually was able to accommodate me regardless. So kiddies what was the lesson I learned today! :) Even though you think the grass might be greener somewhere else...and your insurance quote might be cheaper at another agency, in the end you just might regret it like I did. Stick with the people that make you feel welcome...will always be there for you, and make you feel like you're one of the family....so yes I did get my car insurance back again and some other cool financial planning advise that Tracy had offered me before and explain them to me in more detail. I had the pleasure of getting the VIP service straight from The boss lady herself today :) So if you live in the South San Diego or in the general San Diego area and need of a great STATE FARM INSURANCE AGENT!..Tracy Rivera’s Office is where you should be taking your business to. Tracy, Thank You for taking me back..lol, I promise to never leave your office again. Your hug today when leaving your office was worth a million bucks and then some..you have a client for life!
