Best service ever by Nancy, I am very satisfied. Nancy answer all my questions and was extremely patient, she was quick to give me options of what I was looking according to my budget, I’ve been in several pawn shops before but never experience such graceful service that make you feel not like customer but like talking to a very passionate friend. Very satisfied to being helped by a very professional associate. Nancy has a high customer service skills, I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Very dishonest people. I took a ring to this shop multiple times, for 2 weeks. They all had different prices. The original offered way more. Once I confronted the Owner. They became aggresive, disrespectful, and told me to leave. Dont sell any gold here. Or anything for that matter. Go to any jewler instead.
