I've been coming here off and on for over a year and not one complaint. Very nice staff and a clean office. I also like that they just switched to paperless and they have options to have your loans paid back via direct deposit. They also have the ability to put your loan directly onto your debit card or split it between that and cash. SWEET!

The associate Martha was very unprofessional. When my loan was denied she made no effort to explain why and it was the only time she managed to crack a smile . Clearly did not care about any kind of customer service. I was prepared for denial but not being treated like trash. I can never understand how people like this manage to stay employed.
