Navy Federal Credit Union Saturn Blvd, San Diego

This is the worst Navy Federal branch I’ve ever seen. Employees are incompetent. Assistant manager is rude and has no courtesy at all. This branch is a damage to NFCU’s reputation. What a shame! take your business elsewhere and don’t let these very unhelpful people ruin your day.

What??? Freeking 30 minutes on hold, they never pick up! I called the 24 hour number and I had an emergency with my card!This is the best you can do Navy Fed.with your clients?

I'm Calling for a trnsfer I did and I had a problem with it and is difficult that somebody answer (long time) after they answer no persone can help me , they need to be more kind , don't understand the customer

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! i had to sit and watch my boyfriend be talked down to by a personal banker and the MANAGER of this location. ALSO, when getting a loan for a new car they failed to tell him that the car he purchased was too old for gap insurance, nor did they even actually add this to his loan like they said they "did". The manager was looking directly at his account and told him his gap insirance didnt cover his remaining balance on his car when there was not even gap insirance in the FIRST PLACE! Hell if i ever get an account there. They do not know what theyre talking about and do not know how to treat our service men. Hopefull i can contact a higher up manager than the idiot one we spoke to.

Got here at 11:17am it’s now 11:56am and still I have not been able to make the changes I was planning on doing. Why do they they so long?

This branch is not the one. First off, all atms have been out of service for the last week. And staff are overwhelmed with customer traffic so they’re rude and just want you out of there. Recommend going to branch on Palm Promenade Shopping center instead, it’s about 10 min drive from this ghetto one.

Horrible management. Long wait times with no urgency or consideration and customer service. Clearly the management doesn't know how to manage the times of the employees while customers are waiting, in excess of an hour with no prospect of when you'll be seen. Don't even bother the front desk about when you may be assisted, cause they are clue less and don't care. And oh by the way, it's 2016, we know online banking is available, so if a customer is in the branch, they obviously need human help. Shut it down and hire new management.

they failed to submit my mortgage which cost me 2 credit inquires and 2 months of my time. they failed to submit my fraud claim and had to reapply at another branch. they send your mortgage service out of state and offer no help with the process.

The staff is very nice every time i go great customer service
