Just check your all the parts before and after no matter where was it damaged. It’s my new Toyota Corolla 9k mileage but once I brought my vehicles from here the front part ( to cover engine) was missing. They mentioned they never open the parts in the font but I haven’t taken my vehicle anywhere except there from collision places. ( I kept my vehicle to fix my rare bumper over there ) No complains for the employee in the collision though they been very helpful since day 1 but just the part is missing so disappointed.

It has been 3 years since I bought my 2019 Toyota Camry and I can honestly tell you it's the best. Most of all I would like to give a shout to Ben, Brian, and Betty. Those three at this establishment took really good care of me. I also purchased a 2020 Toyota Tundra and once again, it was the smoothest process ever. I cannot say anything bad about these people. They will make sure you are taken care of. If you are ever in need of a vehicle, reach out to them.

My service advisor was Mike and he did a great job. He promptly greeted me, checked me in, and took care of a bad battery that another Toyota dealership had said was perfectly fine. I was told it would at most take an hour, but was done in about 40 minutes. The battery was still under warranty so they replaced it and took care of it.

I actually go out of my way to go to this location because of Sean. He was always professional, and I believed I was well taken care of when he was the person that was helping me. After Sean left, I had an bad experience with a different rep in the service dept that upset me, but after speaking to Josh I was able to calm down and realize that the service that had been done to my car made sense and added up. Thank you Josh!! I wanted it known that because of your excellent customer service, I plan to keep coming back.

Had the pleasure of working with Vanessa who was very friendly and professional. I had inquired about inventory of the new Tundra, which for obvious reasons, has very limited availability. I left on my first visit with some useful information as I've shopping around for a new truck for some time. She sent me a text advising me that the model on the lot was still available, and instead of passing on it, I decided to drive down to the dealership that morning and picked it up. Vanessa worked hard to get me the best deal, and overall I'm incredibly happy with my car and her service.

Very knowledgeable and quick. Josue is very nice and always runs out to help when I pull up. I have had him a few times. The first time I had him I think he was having a bad day about a year ago and I rated my service with him that day. Every since then he is super nice. Sometimes we just need a little coaching😀.

Honest and good people. UPDATE: I am ever thankful that I strolled into this facility. This has once been my go-to place for repairs, but since the tanking of the economy I place little to no trust in big corp. I always go in for an oil change every 5k miles and can tell by the smell of my engine when I hit certain RPMs, whether or not the oil change was completed as requested. This time, huge fail. My car is old, but taken care of and I know my car. Fast driver, so is easy for me to hit a RPM most drivers would never see in a lifetime. Either Toyota of Irving didn’t replace the filter or the oil, but it surely wasn’t completed to specification. This economy has everyone cutting corners. Buyer beware. I won’t be going back to Irving for any type of service. Do better.

False Service and False Charges and Irresponsible team I had a bad experience at IRVING, TOYOTA. My 2013 highlander was given for service for regular maintenance and a wandering problem when brake is applied on high speeds. For which they came up with the solution that the rotors grinding, and brake pads be replaced. All done with a total of $469. After the service the car produced an abnormal noise while moving on uneven/cracked roads. I reported to the service advisor, and he said that it is a problem with struts. This has been verified by multiple people at the service station and discussed with the service director. Everybody is pointing to a meaningless problem, and everybody is putting blame on car mileage that is 100K and the structs are lost their life. But the entire team failed to answer the questions below 1) If the problem was with the struts, why was there no noise before service? 2) If there is a problem with struts the noise cannot come on both sides at same time. What is the magic done during the service? As per the suggestion from the service director I went for a second opinion at a car mechanic. He found that there is a loose bolt which controls the wheel alignment. He fixed it by tightening it. The problem is solved! Peace of Mind!!

My review is in regard to the sales department. Jitto was the salesperson that was there and honestly isn’t great at all. I already knew what vehicle I wanted and the price so Jitto’s role really was only to ensure the “Toyota Experience.” He’s a horrible communicator, doesn’t respond to messages, had my car delayed for release by a week and a half, and it took a full month to schedule a 10 minute windshield repair that the vehicle came with out of the lot. There was also some corners cut when I received my vehicle. It had one previous owner and I understand cleaning a vehicle can result in some missed spots but there was too many for my liking. The mats were removed instead of replaced and the wheels came damaged. The icing on the cake is when looking at my first monthly payment the principal amount looked way higher than I planned for, only to find out that an extra “dealership warranty” was added during the purchase despite me telling Jitto and the finance team that I did not want the service. Some people there are great at their job and were very helpful, however I did not have a good experience and the multiple added thousand dollar cost left a horrible taste in my mouth. This is why people consider dealerships shady. I love the new car I got but with everything considered I would’ve been better off buying a car second hand in cash.

Toyota of Iriving is INCREDIBLE! They are the most professional, organized, helpful and thorough dealership out there! By the time I had called Toyota of Irving, I had already called 8 or 10 other Toyota dealerships in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I had already tried putting a deposit on a Toyota van at another dealership only to be told that the dealership never ran my credit card, lost my credit card information and the van was no longer available (did it even exist?! Or were we getting taken for a ride? 🙃) We live almost an hour away from Toyota of Irving and Lilly was amazing helping me get an appraisal (not final one, just a rough appraisal) on our trade-in remotely. Then when our Sienna arrived to the dealership, she was incredible in coordinating and passing us off to Johnathan Otero in helping getting the final touches on it (Johnathan pulled massive strings to get the window tinting done on it that day! HUGE thank you Johnathan!!!!) and taking care of all the details so we could drive it home that night. 🤩 Also every single person we interacted with at Toyota of Irving was NICE. No high-pressure conversations or stress. They wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. They weren't trying to upsell us left and right. They weren't aggressive or gloating in the fact that dealerships and sales people for dealerships are in the power position when it comes to supply and demand right now. They didn't try to take advantage of us! I appreciate more than I can express in words! I have only AMAZING things to say ✨️ about my experience at Toyota of Irving and I want EVERYONE to buy a car there!!!!!! Customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!!

We have been going to Toyota of Irving since February of 2019 at which time we bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from K. Boykins. However today I received the most atrocious service from a person by the name of B. Ford. I simply ask him was Mr. Boykins in and he said he was in a meeting and closed the door in my face (glass door). His door was open and he was not speaking, I said “ excuse me is Mr. Boykins in today”. He got up walked to the door, closed the door in my face and as the door was closing he said he was in a meeting. I don’t think that Mr. K. Boykins, J. Garza in service and others should be looked upon negatively by the actions of one because they have been providing stellar service since day one. But we must remember a chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link.

I had my vehicle towed in because it wouldn’t start. I was told about the 290.00 fee to properly diagnose the vehicle. Supposedly, it was a gps unit installed and it couldn’t be removed by Toyota. I had my car towed to clay Cooley to remove the gps and fix the vehicle. Toyota ripped out the gps unit and damaged the ecm. I’ve been waiting on a call from the service manager for over a week. I don’t recommend this dealership.

Went to Toyota of Irving to test drive the hard to find LC 500. Not only would they not let me drive it. (Ok, it was inside) They wouldn’t even let me SIT in it. REALLY. I was talking myself into the red interior. Wasted my time and they lost a highly probably sale.

I was due for an oil change and tire rotation so I decided to stop in and it looked busy on the service drive. Josue came out and greeted me with an awesome attitude. I provided the services I requested and he confirmed my needs and gave me an approximate estimation of how long the service would take and they had my vehicle done efficiently and had me on my way. Josue was great in keeping me updated throughout the process and everything went smoothly. Great dealership and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

- Toyota of Irving treats their customers like family! - I had an unfortunate weekend in which my Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport was broken into. They broke the rear driver-side glass. As soon as I spoke to the amazingly helpful techs at Toyota of Irving they truly took an ownership as if I was one of their own. They reassured me the quality of the replacement part, as well as the expertise of my assigned tech. My adviser Wes was empathetic to the situation and assured me I had nothing to worry about. I was well aware the repair would take some time, he offered to procure me transportation to my place of work, but I let him know I didn't mind waiting. Wes let me know I could make myself comfortable in the lounge. So, with coffee readily available, it was indeed a comfortable wait. During which Wes still made the effort to come by and check on me, as well as update on the estimated time remaining on the repair. He was honest in not to over promise the times, and under deliver. After his final estimation of time, he was accurate to within 3 min. Once I saw my truck, looking good as new, I was elated. Wes explained the work that was done, the process and even assuring me they took the time to fish out as much of the broken glass as they could. They took the time to wash it and make it look perfect. The glass was the exact shade of tint as the rest. Could not have asked for better results. After a very difficult three days, the team at Toyota of Irving delivered a comfort that was very much needed. By taking care of the issue just as if this had happened to them. Huge appreciation to their Director, Josh, who also came out just to check that everything went well. A small detail that goes a long way. Thank you Toyota of Irving Team! I will never take my truck to be serviced anywhere else, you cannot put a price on such a high level customer service & attention to detail.

I purchased a used car and took it directly to Toyota of Irving for a curtain airbag recall. This is my first Toyota purchase and my first experience with this dealership. I must say Janeen Forneris was perfect. It's extremely difficult finding a mechanic or dealership you can trust, but after my experience I fully trust Toyota of Irving. They thoroughly inspected my used car purchase and were very honest and transparent with me. I was planning on leaving with a long list of repairs, but instead I was told that my car was in immaculate condition and that I did well in my purchase. This dealership could have easily taken advantage of me, but instead they were caring and honest. You have a customer for life, thank you.

I come from another state with my current guarantees and insurance that Toyota makes you pay so that you have more security to keep your car in good condition, thousands of dollars that are given away because I took my car several times to this dealer and the staff service attends you very badly, they give you too many excuses to cover the guarantees and in 80% they do not want to do it so that you only pay anyway if you come from another state I do not recommend this this dealer

Toyota of Irving service is great, I switched from TOD and the service is so much better! From the moment I arrived the service advisor in training Joel was very helpful when taking in my vehicle. Every time a porter walked by they would ask if I had been helped. My service advisor Manny was the best following through to make sure that my warranty was covering everything prior to the work being done. Communication and attention to detail was great. I will gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to get this type of service!

I've always said that really no one wants to go to the dealership either to hang out or to get serviced of course because that means something is wrong with that being said Toyota of Irving all the service advisors I'll do a great job and updating you either verbally via text or through paper they cater to your needs from the cookie guy that's always cleaning the small counter and putting out fresh cookies to the receptionist upfront everyone is very kind and very receptive like I said who wants to be at a dealership but they make it as easy as possible to be there and stay there I really like Miss Megan service advisor she's very attentive....... I've even been able to chit chat with mr. Edwin Alvarez if I'm not mistaken he's the head service manager I'm glad that the Toyota in Lewisville treated me bad cuz I would have never met the Toyota of Irving folks

When you purchase tire warranty with a new car, at this dealership, be careful because I found out just now that they loaded my warranty information incorrectly, I had to pay for a new tire out of my pocket. The Finance dept there doesn't answer phone calls, so I drove all the way, but they said they would inform the finance director and asked me to follow up next week again. So, I have to waste my money, time and energy for their stupidity and errors. They'd better fix my warranty info and reimburse me for the tire I paid. I bought my new car a couple years ago and yesterday my tire got a nail on it.

It's pricey but as dealerships go very reasonable and they do take care of you. Their waiting area is top notch and usually has free cookies (if that's your thing), a soda fountain, and coffee. Plus a quick carwash with each service

I saw 1 car online on Toyota of Irving. I called their sales person and ask her if that car is ready for test drive, she said yes when I went there that car was not ready. even that sales person doesn't have time to showed up I don't have car so I did uber. I waste my money for boring showroom where receptionist don't even have time to inform for your request. very disappointed. don't waste your time here go somewhere else.

Brought my car here for the first time and I’m only reviewing the customer service ONLY right now! My intake person was Ava! Her customer service was above and beyond! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about getting my car serviced here! If you’re in management and you’re reading this give her some sort of raise! I mean her customer service alone is what made me give this dealership a chance on servicing my car! Also the person who made my appointment was Ashley and she was very nice and welcoming! CROOK WARNING!!! They will LIE to your face. We were given a "loaner car" for 2 days waiting on the insurance estimator due to our catalytic converter being stolen. We live 300 miles away, so they understood that we could not stay the 10+ weeks it would take to get the parts. Nevertheless, they attempted to charge for 3 days car rental, telling us that it had magically changed from "loaner" to "rental" because we couldn't leave our only car in their lot for the 10+ weeks while waiting on the part. They snatched our house and car keys from my wife and tried to make a scene, blaming Enterprise rentals for the entire situation. DON'T TRUST THEM!!

Finance customer service was terrible in explaining purchase of vehicle. The employees should be aware of who their customer is especially since this is such large purchase. Asking customer to sign without explanation is unacceptable given we found lots of errors on the documents thanks to bringing someone with us to help.

I was pre-approved with my bank and had a great rate. I went to a few other dealerships and they all tried to push me to finance through them and would not give me pricing information without wanting to run my credit or offering really high prices. Toyota of Irving did exactly what I needed and simply offered me a vehicle at a great price without pushing me to do things I didn't want or without holding my driver's license ransom until they tried every tactic they had to try and pressure me to buy. Vanessa was very nice and helpful. Thank you for being easy to work with and providing me with a hassle free experience. I'd rate higher if I could.

Made an appointment just to get an oil change and was told upon arrival it would be two hour wait because they had a rush. Rescheduled for the following week and advised them I would not be happy if it happened again. Arrived for rescheduled appointment and was told same story AGAIN! After asking to speak with a manager I was informed they would expedite my service. Several other issues with the visit but the most meaningful was their attitude that I did not matter and they were doing me a favor. It is a 45 minute drive but I purchased my vehicle there and in seven years all work has been completed there except for one oil change. The following day I had my transmission flushed, and several needed maintenance items will be completed at another dealership...

Very smooth experience. Had a car transmission slip, got a great value for the trade-in, got into a lease within the week. Very smooth process, think I only spent 4-hours at the dealership in total from day one in the parts department to day three in the financing department.

I came in for a State Inspection and my advisor Ava was wonderful and very straightforward! I had a coupon as well and it was honored (wasn't expired yet!) And the wait was no more than an hour, though it helped I was 15 minutes early to my appointment. Love coming to this dealership, haven't had a bad experience yet!

Sales professional Ryan Murphy went above and beyond from the time we located the car online to him reaching out and starting the negotiation process, all the way to handing us the keys. Very accommodating especially when we are 3 hours away. Finance manager Ana Bellamine as well was very friendly and took the time to explain everything. We cannot say anything less than we felt like we were treated like family. I also want to thank the sweet Wilma Brown who was awesome as well. Thank you all! My car had a message that maintenance was required. I figured it was an oil change. After the recent storm the cover under the car was pulled back a little due to flooding on roads. When i took my car in they were so nice and listened to my concern about the cover. They did the maintenance and fixed the cover for me without a second thought. Josue explained everything that would happen and that the maintenance this round was for my tires and not an oil change. It was great to have such nice people to help me and explain everything. I will definitely be back.

I was referred to Peter Tran by my buddy who had recently purchased a vehicle for his wife. Mr. Tran did an excellent job helping me into my 4runner TRD Pro. Extremely busy Saturday morning as expected. Called about a tire warranty issue. Told me to come right over. The Customer service was the best ever. Ashley was such an amazing Service Advisor. I was kept up to date via text during the entire process. Clean facility, and they took time to put plastic bags over the steering wheel and shift knob. By far the best service experience ever. Highly recommend Toyota of Irving for service.

When I started having trouble with my cars sespention he helped me quickly identify the issue and gave me some great recommendation options. Toyota Service Center - Irving Visited for 6-month Maintenance Service and an issue related to noise when driving at high speeds on freeways (but issue not occuring on state roads) Solution: i) Wheel Bearing Replacement $$$$ ii) Rim Replacement $$$ iii) Tire Replacement $$$ They said the noise issue will be fixed after wheel bearing replacement -- I agreed. After replacement completed, still there is noise. They said its quite normal. I need to get rim replacement and tire replacement also to get the noise completely gone. And, I am like what is the initial diagnostics for, when you are not able to determine the issue at first place? In the end, you just want to charge piles and bundles of franklins. I am so much disappointed by their fake smiles and fake promises. Don't fall for it.

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I visited this dealership for the first time today, and my experience was exceptional. I’ve worked in the auto industry in the past too, so it was a breath of fresh air interestingly enough. I was advised by Santhosh. He was transparent, communicated everything I needed to know, and helped me out, so I will be returning next time I’m due for service. Hopefully, I will have just as good of an experience. They also have a cute gift shop which I didn’t know about, maybe because they’re not far from the airport. Nice waiting area too.

Tried to take advantage of me to the tune of $500. I went in for a factory recall. When I was there, they told me that several things in my car were in critical condition. They wanted me to get a brake fluid exchange, a compete fuel service, and a new drive belt. I thought it was a little odd considering my car did not have a lot of miles on it. It felt weird. I declined and decided to take it to my local mechanic the next day. I mean, if its that bad, I need to get it fixed right away...right? Well my mechanic said that none of those things were in bad condition at all. Not even close to being a dire situation. Additionally, I had a trusted friend and neighbor (who is also a mechanic) look at it when I got home. He also said that what Toyota told me was bogus and I was no where near in need of those services. They wanted me to spend over $500 on stuff I didn't need at all! Let this be a warning, THEY TRY TO SELL YOU THINGS YOU DON'T NEED. THEY ARE DISHONEST! Ironically enough, I had a tire rotation scheduled for the next week. Both mechanics pointed out that I needed a new tire. I took a look at with them and they are right. I will get that taken care of next week. The one thing I need and Toyota didn't pick up on that. Perhaps because all the other fake stuff was worth more money to them. Go here to get your recall fixed for free. Go to someone else for all service needs.

Outstanding and professional customer service from Josue and the service crew. This facility has the best service department in the area. Tried a couple of others near my home, but was extremely disappointed in their service. It is definitely worth the drive to come to the Toyota of Irving facility.

I always have a really great experience here at Irving Toyota. I had my wife and my car serviced this time. Edwin went above and beyond meeting me at my work and picking up our cars. He left his own personal truck with me for the day. I never needed to use it so it just sat in our employee parking lot, but I was really shocked and impressed that he would trust me with his own vehicle. He did an amazing job checking in all day and making sure I was good with the services I needed to have done. I’ve been to 3 other dealerships in the metro and this one always goes above and beyond. Now that I can have them pick my car up this will always be my permanent location.

Our long time service person, Janine, was amazing but we recently learned that she had moved on to another place closer to her home. Janine was really amazing and we were worried about who would be taking care of us going forward. A recent problem with our 2005 Land Cruiser came up and we had to take it into get serviced. Ken Hawkins is our new service guy and he went out of his way to take care of the issue. Ken is really a great guy and we look forward to many more years of good service!

I’ve been a long time Toyota customer and former employee. And let me tell you this place still surprises me with their world class customer service. I still own a Toyota but also own a Acura. I was driving from Flower Mound to my bank in Irving and on the way there I heard a loud knocking noise coming from the front end of my new Acura. As I pulled into my bank parking lot I get out to check for anything that I can visibly see that may have came loose but I couldn’t see anything. So I call Toyota of Irving and ask to speak with John Smith, the parts manager to see if I can swing the car buy to make sure it’s safe to drive. Upon arrival he gets me with Josh, the service manager. I explain my situation/concern and Josh immediately gets me with a service advisor. The advisor gets me all checked in and a short time after, myself and the technician go on a test drive in order to replicate the problem. After a few minutes going down the road the technician can hear my concern at which point we head back to Toyota of Irving. With that being said they were able to address my concern and advise me on what they found and what they did to fix the problem. From the moment I got there to the moment I left, their team never missed a beat. It didn’t matter that I brought in another car brand, what mattered to them was the safety and well being of me as a person. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and definitely demonstrated world class customer service. Both Robert and Zach were amazing to work with. They are definitely the guys you would want to have on your team when it comes to reflecting your companies name/brand as well as core values. So once again, a HUGE thanks to John, Josh, Robert, Zach, and the Toyota of Irving family for ensuring that I would be safe going down the road. I have and will continue to recommend family and friends to Toyota of Irving.

I came to Toyota of Irving to look for a new Toyota Camry. After Test Driving, they brought out the numbers and they are marking their cars up by 4k. They also said that all the equipment add on were required and that they aren’t able to take anything off. I visited another Dealership and they were not doing this and were able to take all the add ons off and no markup!!!

Avoid the mechanics service at this dealership !! I took my 2019 4runner to check the brakes on my vehicle!! its feels little spongy !! after the mechanic checked it they told me I need new pad and rotor !! so I replaced it @48000 miles and after that I come back for the same issue !! but after my vehicle reached fifty thousand miles and factory warranty won't cover any defective part and they charged me 145 dollar's for the diagnosis !!?? mechanic told me my vehicle need new brakes master cylinder and it will cost me over 2600 hundred !!???!!! I told them I have question ??? why now you tell me that!!??? not when I have my factory warranty!! Something fishy!! I took my vehicle to different toyota locations after they checked the brakes they found the mechanic didn't bleed the system to get red of the air !! so bad mechanic but my life and other in danger!! back up by greedy department just want to charge me 2600$ for parts I don't need !!! Do your self favor and stay away from the services department at this dealership

Call them this morning to learn about the extended service plan for my new 2022 highlander. The guy on phone was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I can’t believe they had the audacity to talk to customers with that tone of voice. Our conversation lasted about 2min and he was telling me he had other customers to tend to and he hung up on me. What a terrible person to work in customer service!
We were able to find and review this call, and you're right, a busy Saturday does not justify or excuse the way our advisor ended the call with you. We are sorry that this happened, and please know that this employee's supervisor took it very seriously and agrees that his brashness was totally unacceptable and does not represent how we do business. To better answer the question you were asking on the call, Toyota dealerships have different distributors in different regions of the US, and so unfortunately we do not have a centralized database where we can see financial products sold by a dealership in another region. That just means we can't look your extended service plan up though--we can definitely use it, you just need to bring in a copy of the contract where it shows 1.) effective date/expiration, 2.) effective mileage/expiration, and 3.) the phone number we would call to initiate a claim.

Regarding a 2019 Toyota Highlander. We drove an hour to test drive and very likely to purchase the vehicle. We spoke with Lily who informed us the car is available (about an hr before we drove to the dealership) We drove to the dealership, we were told Lily isn’t a salesperson, but just someone that sets appts. We were very confused by this because the conversation led us to believe she was a salesperson. Another salesperson, JC told us there was an issue with the vehicle we were there to see but he has a brand new…blah, blah. We said we came specifically to drive and potentially purchase the vehicle we discussed with Lily. He left, came back and said he has 2 used vehicles, we stopped him and said no, we came to see a specific car. He told us the owner of the dealership is driving the car, so it’s not available. We were shocked! We took the day off work and drove an hour! JC left to get a finance manager, Anna. Anna told us the owner of the dealership is driving the vehicle and she will not call him, for just a test drive. We told her we were here to drive and purchase a vehicle and they should have told us the vehicle isn’t available. She said the vehicle is available. That seemed to indicate if we were prepared to sign purchase papers before test driving then she will call the owner but not just for us to test drive! We packed up and left. I’m shocked at the lack of customer service here. I assume the owner is in the business of selling cars, so I can’t imagine saying no. Plus, why are you advertising a car that is being used?! We left and about 10 minutes later received a call from JC saying there was confusion and the vehicle is available on the lot. We declined to return.

I went to Toyota of Irving after a long time and obviously with lot of fear of vehicle in serious issue. Service Agent Josue Garza came to help me and he suggested what needs to be done after I described the problem. After all is done, he said there was no need to replace the parts since they could repair the existing one at a much lower cost than originally given. Josue demeanor was extraordinary and empathetic.

I got my car serviced last week at Toyota Irving service center. I went there for oil change. They messed up my last service ( oil change, did not change to the new filter) and the person I spoke to told me that they will take care of it next time I will come. They have no record of the conversation as suggested to me. After speaking to the manager, he offered me a discounted service for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation ( even though I had a coupon). Finally when my car service was done, I noticed the sticker they posted in my car for regular oil change and not synthetic. When asked the manager said it is a mere printing mistake. When I asked him to check it by a technician, he asked me to wait in the lobby. No one checked my car ( as I was watching) , he just brought a new sticker with the synthetic oil change ( OW20) written on it. I don't know how I can trust the dealership when I see this. I have to get another oil change as it can mess with my car engine. I am NOT coming back with the last 2 service blunders. Please get your vehicle checked at some other dealership. WORST EXPERIENCE...

I bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra from Toyota of Irving back in May. Went to my first Service appointment yesterday (08/06/2021) and the experience was absolutely amazing. I have been to many dealerships with previous vehicles before for service but for the first time ever I was in and out in less than a hour. The wait time was short, my questions were answered. First ACTUAL DEALERSHIP that I have had an amazing service experience with. From the minute we pulled up, they greeted my husband and I. Very polite and respectful. We had some questions regarding our truck that they took the time to show us how to work/change. When they finished they explained everything they did to our truck along with a copy of all testing they did on it to make sure everything is working properly. SHOUT OUT TO WESLEY WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week I bought new 2017 corolla LE from this dealership for the price of $17,000 drive out price. I was not intended to buy a new car but after go there. I was pushed to buy car from them. I tried to buy one day after but they want to sell right away. Alright that is salesmanship but after I finished paperwork it was almost evening and may be I was the last customer that day. I car key for my new handed over to me I asked salesperson for second key which should be together but he told me second key not available right now, they will mail it to me cause I'm from Tyler so not be able to come next day. Next morning I check glow box for owners manual and I surprised there are no owners manual or service manual. From that day I frequently calling this dealership but nobody want to take care about this issue. Even GM of this dealership not answering my emails or giving me call back for careless staff. I'm now pushing to take leave from my job and drive 200 miles back and forth from Tyler to get manual and extra key. WHAT A GOOD SAMPLE OF CUSTOMER CARE. Service is terrible, have taken off work plenty of times for them to complete a simple service which has yet to be completed. Probably have purchased anywhere from 5-10 cars here but definitely not again.

Toyota of Irving has our business forever. Stela Manchego was the best Sales Professional I have ever dealt with. She was truthful, professional and overall a great human being! After leaving Toyota of Dallas, after a terrible experience due to a lack of integrity and lack of honesty by omission, we stopped at Toyota of Irving on our way home with little hope in finding what we were looking for. We found a (even better than what we originally planned on buying) beautiful ride, negotiated the deal and made it through financing in record time! Then Stela had everything ready for us to go. She ensured my phone was connected to the Bluetooth before I drove off. Even though Toyota of Dallas called and offered us the same price for the car we originally drove 2 hours to purchase, and dropped the price $15K (Market Adjustment), I refused to give business to them after the way we were treated.

I wanted to highlight a few of your team members in hopes that upper management can recognize them! I wanted to start off with Betty who used to be in sales. She absolutely SAVED the sale for us, as we were ready to walk out of the dealership when we bought our 2020 Toyota Corolla. Betty found us the vehicle that met our needs, was very transparent in the process, and was extremely knowledgeable about what she was and wasn't able to do with this deal. Betty is such an absolute asset to this dealership, we still visit the establishment because the experience SHE provided was THAT FANTASTIC! Please, recognize her skillset, as she is amazing!! We also recently had to have our Corolla window replaced, and Janeen, Mike Moore, and Rafael 'Rafa' took great care of the vehicle. The tint that was on the vehicle before did not match the tint put on at Toyota of Irving, and Mike took the time to come and talk to us, with Rafa, and they matched up the tints, did it with a smile on their faces! RUN!! The staff was great or at least Eber was great but the dealership itself will try to take advantage of you during these troubled times with "Market Adjustment Fee's" which means they feel like charging you at least $4k+ more because of stock shortage. I went to other dealerships, and the honorable ones are not doing these things. Toyota of Irving should be ashamed of themselves.

Not a big fan of buying cars at dealerships, hours spent negotiating...but now a big fan of Toyota of Irving. From my initial contact with Wilma Brown via the internet to give us an outstanding quote on my trade-in via text and then convince us to visit the dealership; to both Ryan Murphy and Jitto Jacob who were both professional, courteous and timely (less than 30 min to agree on a price)...all-in-all a great experience. What a nice dealership ! It's never quick to decide on wich car you are getting and a good deal BUT it helps they have free fresh coffee and warm baked cookies ( i only had like 10 ...shhh ) ..lol They also have a small store inside which is great. Service was also good.

Ken Hawkins was my new service advisor today, after my former advisor, Janeen relocated. I had a very pleasant interaction and satisfying service experience with Ken. The issues with my vehicle, vibration in the steering wheel when braking and other minor issues were correctly diagnosed and resolved on the first attempt itself. Ken also brought the technician/service engineer tho answer a few of my academic questions regarding the alternator. Tho it was past end of his shift, he patiently and pleasantly completed my service. In one instance when a mistake occurred resulting in a different set of tires, corrective action was immediately taken without my asking for it, after I brought it to their attention. All my service appointments have always been very satisfactorily worked If one thinks about it, it is really quite simple to win and maintain clients and their trust, when one is honest, forthright and demonstrates integrity and respect in every client interaction. The amenities here are wonderful too - free coffee, snacks, Wi-Fi - very convenient if you want to get your car serviced with minimal interruption to your work day.

Toyota of Irving provided great service and convenience when I recently used them for my 25,000 mile checkup. The car was picked up at my residence exactly when scheduled, Robert Wilson contacted me as soon as it arrived at the dealership and confirmed the items I wanted inspected, then called me back with a detailed estimate following inspection, and finally called me when all was completed with the invoice amount. The car was returned to me end of the same day. Now that's what I call good service! Thank you team Toyota of Irving.

I went there to get my car serviced and Joel Hernandez was my advisor and he was very attentive to my car and answered all of my questions.He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to have me do other services but gave me all the information for me to make an informed decision. Collision repair center had the worst customer service of any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Apparently, Kevin (sales associate) and Chris (sales manager) are under the impression that “because I said so” is an acceptable way to deal with customers. And unless you’re independently wealthy and have mountains of cash lying around you can forget about using a credit card to pay for repairs. Save your time and headaches and go elsewhere…PLENTY of other Toyota dealers in the area!

DISHONEST !! CARFAX was Clean with Toyota of Irving showing as the only previous owner but learned a few months after purchasing it, the truck had severe previous hail damage . I bought a pre-owned 2011 Tacoma in Jan 2012 with a clean Carfax and listed with one owner, Toyota of Irving (ToI) , as a Fleet vehicle. In April of 2012, three months after purchasing the truck , it was hit by large golf ball size hail which caused some damage. My insurance cut a check to have the damage repaired using "Paintless Dent Repair" or PDR. After visiting over three PDR Hail Repair shops , all three informed me that they COULD NOT use PDR method, it had to be repaired conventionally due previous severe body damage that had been repaired using Bondo...The cost to repair my hail damaged truck was 4 times more than insurance paid for.I Went to ToI to ask them about the previous damage and the Clean Carfax Report. I work in the roofing industry and am very knowledgeable of any and all hail and wind damaging storms that hit North Texas. I instantly remembered the huge soft ball size hail that hit Irving on May 26th, 2011 (when Toyota of Irving was owner of the truck I bought) Considering I had several clients within two miles from the Toyota of Irving dealership it occurred to me that the entire car lot of Toyota of Irving was right in the middle of the 2011 huge hailstorm.. Basically I would not have paid the price I did for the 2011 Toyota Tacoma had I known it had over $12,000 worth of body damage that had been repaired. They were helpful and fixed my hail damage at no charge and I will sent them business when my truck was hit my a loose wheel and tire on the Tollway, as seen in pics below. Good Service, Great Interest Rate though but if you purchased a vehicle after May 2011 until mid 2012, double check the body for signs of Bondo body damage repairs.. I doubt my truck was the only one on the lot that was hammered by hail.

I found a car online that I was very interested in. Wilma was amazing and assisted me every way she could. When I got to the dealership to look at the car, Zsolt took really good care of us. He made the purchase of our car super easy and problem free. He also sped up the process knowing we lived 2 1/2 hours away and needed to get back home. The service department deserves 5 stars. I purchased my 2020 rav4 last year at this location. Josue helped me get my car serviced at 15,000 miles and I will be surely going back to Josue every time. He made it smooth and was very knowledgeable. I needed some extra work done on my car (thanks to the Texas Roads) but Josue found me and spoke to me about it then with my confirmation added it to my service and my car was still finished in the time he ensured it would be. My last experience in service wasn’t good at all so thankful he was able to change that. The service was a 5+, Wesley is a 10+! Appreciate the waiting area. Very spacious and clean. The free soda and cookie were a welcome amenity. They moved my car I could drive away. Literally everyone you encounter here is so polite and eager to help you as quickly as possibly. Brought my car in for an oil change and Ashley was my tech. She was very helpful and checked everything thoroughly for me. I had a separate issue with my keys from when I bought my car and I spoke with Zolt in sales (he was the same agent that helped me buy my car last year). He went above and beyond to help me out. Be careful. Internet sale team at Toyota of Irving will use every trick to get you to the dealership and waste your time. One of their salespeople contacted me, and we communicated via email. We agreed on the price and interest rate. Before coming to the dealership, I called and confirmed at least three times about the OTD price & interest rate. The salesperson insisted that the offer is correct and it is out-the-door price and at 0% (see my attached photo). I arrived at the dealership and another person came out to greet me and said that the salesperson I communicated via email with was busy. He then wrote down a form, and put down the car price + TTL (instead of OTD). I told him that it was not what had been promised. After awhile checking, he said that the person made a mistake on the price on the email (really?). I walked out of the dealership. Don't waste your time with Toyota of Irving.

We bought our Ravie here back in 2019 and worked with some amazing sales team. Rickie Ventura, the Service Manager here is amazing. He always takes good care of the customers, patient enough to understand the customer needs and set correct expectations on the wait time and stuff. As is my tradition, I always go to Toyota of Irving the day after Thanksgiving to get my annual car inspection (and avoid the crowds/traffic at shopping malls and restaurants). I'm always immediately greeted by a service rep and enjoy waiting in the customer lounge center, where I can plug in my iphone and play games, check the news, and text friends, etc. Mike Gasca, Service Advisor, is always a familiar face, and we had a nice chat talking about the original models of RAV4s.

Fantastic Customer Service. Robert Wilson was great in assisting with my automobile. My battery in my Tacoma needing to be replaced & the friendly customer service of staff picking up my automobile at my residence, taking it back to the customer service center for the battery to be replaced & a quality check of the vehicles systems was explained to me before the truck left my residence that evening. The next day my vehicle was returned in the morning before 10 am. The same quality staff was at my front door with keys in hand & the truck parked at my residence. New battery in my truck & the truck runs great... WOW. Keep up the good work.

I get fantastic service from Wesley Nichols every time I visit this dealership for 5 years since I moved back to Texas. Its more like stopping in to see a friend and I get great service and quality repair. I have never had to go back for a follow up because something seemed off or not repaired properly. Great doing business with them and you can believe even if I didn't own a Toyota I would use this dealership.
