We did ended up buying an insurance policy for our 20 year old, however our experience was less than a good one. Had a very poor customer service incident with a sales person there. David our sales person was nice enough, also seemed like he was the supervisor however I do not feel that he handled the situation well. Definitely customer service is not a priority here.

Its better to go through the insurance company directly. A-max is a third party that OVER charges for EVERYTHING! I tried to add a car to my policy and they wanted to charge me a $75 fee. Called the insurance company directly and they added for free. Called today to add SR-22 insurance. Ruby told me it would be $222. Once I got a copy of my paperwork the insurance company is only charging me $22, A-Max is charging me $200. Which was not explained before hand. At which time I called and told Ruby she DID NOT explain before hand.

Walked in today to pay an insurance bill. The insurance company that they had given me a policy for tried to swindle me out of more money every month... The staff here totally had my back even after the insurance company they called to fix it were completely unhelpful and rude to us. It's good to know the staff here has my back. They defend their customers. I recommend this place to everyone. They're awesome and will come through for you. Thank you for everything guys!!

I'm not for sure how to explain this place but they're not professional and if you have two cars on one policy they charge you $30 or more to remove it don't make no sense so I have to pay for insurance for a car I don't even have unless i pay 30 or 50 to Remove it.. this is the only insurance place I know that charges to remove a vehicle

Good rates and the staff is friendly but they don't send emails or pay online. And if your a day late they'll cut you off immediately.
