Seven customers standing in the sole queue for ten minutes for the sole teller to serve expeditiously. My waiting time was over 20 mins for a simple transaction. Why have all those teller windows at all? Staff totally indifferent to customers' expectations for prompt service. The money saved in salaries went towards to those machines and corporate bonus pool.

This is by far the worst branch of Chase ever. I don’t want to talk to anyone, but even that ATM’s are never working. For days at a stretch. The drive up ATM’s are inoperable for a few days, and only one ATM from the two walk up are working. EDIT: On 02/03/21, both ATMs aren’t working. See pics 2 and 3. EDIT 2: 02/03, drive up ATM can’t dispense cash. See pic 4. EDIT 3: 03/18, drive up atm doesn’t dispense cash. See pic 5. EDIT 4: 5/03, drive up can’t accepts deposits of cash or checks, and neither can one of the walk up atms. See pics 6 and 7. EDIT 5: 9/8/21 drive up atm inoperable. Doesn’t even have an excuse on the screen. EDIT 7; 10/12/21. Newest drive up atm can’t accept or dispense cash. Red screen. See pic 8.

All drive thru lanes on a friday were closed but 1 lane. No business lane open for busineses that that cant sit in a line of 7 cars. Need to find out how to resplve this issue. It isnt fair for your customers and the businesses that have money in your bank.

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone, so you can't make any appointment without going to the branch. Their process for accessing safe deposit boxes is ridiculous. Don't use this branch.

What a joke place.. need to wait two weeks just to apply for credit card and how rude is the employee working in the front desk..

I am loyal customer since I came to usa in 2004. It used to be bank1. Now it is Chase. I was tryin to open an saving account for my baby in this location. I was there today 10 am sept 15,2021. But they said I will have to wait may be more then 2 hours. Then I got call on 1.04 pm. I explain I need to open a account. Then she said they can’t give a the appointment for two weeks. The I said I will open a account in Bank of America. But she didn’t even care about Chase is going loose a loyal customer. They have me realized about they don’t care about the customer service these employees just care about their pay check. Now I have decided either I don’t go to this location or I will close all the accounts and go for different bank. Very disappointed.

All I will tell you is that I am about to Sue the bank... Only role this branch has to contribute towards is NOT answering a single time. I understand bankers get busy but NOT a single time for many days... THAT"S NOT ACCEPTABLE. That too when I am CPC... Imagine being a regular customer

I wanted to get a credit card and close my high school checking account which you can’t do online because I’ve tried and spoke to a telephone banker who referred me to a branch. I got there at 4 and they told me they had a 1 hour wait, the lady tried to avoid working and just told me I had to do it online. After I told her I spoke to someone on the phone she said that she won’t be able to help me. Very bad service and not interested on getting new customers.

How can you call a bank and get no answer? There’s no way to be put on hold until someone is available? Then I finally get an answer just for it to be silent and to get hung up on... very unprofessional..

I wish I could rate them less than 1. Terrible customer service. I have never seen this kind of terrible customer service. They never let you to get appointment so you have to walk to the bank and the process for accessing the safety deposit box is horrible. Always make sure you take off for the whole day if you have to access the safe deposit box in this branch. I was there to access my safe deposit box and the service was so frustrating that I finally ended up with closing the the safe deposit box. The lady in the front was telling they are going to close the safe deposit box service soon so they won’t let any one to open new box if I once closed it. I was thinking I am not that stupid to come back to them again. please Don't use this branch.

1 star is way to much for this location. The lack of urgency and attention this location given is unacceptable to account holders. The lack of managment leadership at this location shows through each employees professionalism. I am currently waiting for a manager to discuss a deposit made not showing up on an account . I have been sitting for 30 minutes now and an employee come and asks "whos next"? Has there been no training on how to attend to customers as they come in and how to track who is next?? Do not waste your time at this location as you will never get it back in any value they have to offer.

i went in because my online account has been and still is locked out. I went to this location twice. the 1st time it was almost 4 and they didn't want o help me cause they close at 5. so no more appts . But no one was helping anybody. and all the bankers were there. The second time i was there 3 hours with no luck of my account being unlocked. The banker Chris told me that he would call 1st thing in morning Tuesday and have my account unlocked that was a lie and that he was not able to note the account to say that i showed proof who i was lie to. Still my account is locked and no notes no anything. i have been up there multiple times this week with no luck and i have been with chase since i was 16. im truly disappointed. Because come to find out that if he put notes in that i showed proof of who i was at the bank i could have gotten my account unlocked my self. no is answering the phone to top that off. yet i called another location and they answered and i have appt .

Longest wait time for a simple cash withdrawal, poor and sad customer service for a bank. Either close it down and make a bigger one or just move locations. I recommend going to a different location.

Just see other reviews. Horrible wait times anytime I need to do anything needs to be done. Bunch of bankers sitting there and not taking people because you don’t have an appt. Useless branch.

I had not had a single bad expirience at this branch. The 3 or 4 times i been here to get change for my store was a breeze! The tellers were very kind and friendly too! I don't see how so many people are rating this Chase branch so poorly. Just be nice to them and they will be nice back, regardless of what you're there for, they are there to help in any way they can..
