    I just bought a car from this location after having a bad experience with the Arlington Mitsubishi trying to tack on a bunch of upcharges then getting an attitude when I declined. The guys at Don Herring Irving were helpful, friendly and very informative on all the features of my new car and throughout the buying process. I will definitely deal with this location from now on.

    Don’t go here! Purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander back in November. Brand new car but AC SMELLS LIKE OLD SOCKS!!! I’ve been trying to keep the peace by contacting the service manager to have this issue fixed. I’ve went to the dealership 3x and nothing has changed. The 1st time I went to have this issue fixed they damaged the inside of my car and brought my car back with oil marks all over the inside. If you want to purchase a car this is not the place to go. Also, I called corporate and they told me the service manager stated he never smelled the smell coming out of my AC unit (LIES) STAY FAR AWAY! No reason why my pregnant wife deserves to smell mildew and end up in the hospital. (NO REASON WHY CALLS SHOULDN’T BE RETURNED.) These guys are jokes and a lawsuit will head there way shortly if this issue doesn’t get resolved! BBB… will be posting images of the damaged inside of my car shortly (PATHETIC ISN’T EVEN THE WORD)

    1st and last vehicle purchase here! I needed a car and they capitalized on that. They didn't inspect the car nor properly clean the vehicle. THERE WAS FOOD down where seat belts were in back seat. Tires were practically BALD (700.00) and needed immediate replacement! Brakes have minor sqeak.. further proving no check was done. They changed the oil and ran it thru the wash! My friend got a car from another dealership their service was outstanding. I won't mention the name of the dealer to avoid this review not be taken seriously. 20+ thousand spent.

    The sales person (Charles) was very friendly and tried to do his best. The financial officer was rude and dismissive. I pushed for a lower interest rate and failed to notice that they increased the sale price, when this was achieved. The deal we had to sign for was not what was initially discussed, and we were forced to pay for the"Don Herring Difference" even though I do not see the value in it and it is listed as an optional benefit. The dealership still owes me $100 deposit.

    I am an employee for Mitsubishi electric and when purchasing my vehicle the salesman told me I don’t get employees discounts. I researched this through the company and I do. I presented it to the salesman and still denied me my employee discount. Took this to the branch manager and they denied me it as well. Currently looking into this with a lawyer.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our car buying experience due to Charles and service that we received from him as well as Don himself!! They made the process VERY easy, they finished the paperwork before we arrived so all I had to do was come and pick up my new 2020 Outlander!! I got a great deal on my trade-in and the financing was extremely easy to navigate, they have a ton of options for financing!!! Overall I would give my experience a 100/10 and we are forever sending virtual gratitude to Charles!!!

    I went into the dealership in Irving yesterday expecting that I would not be able to get into the vehicle I wanted based on what I could put down. This is based on my experience with other dealerships. Not only did I leave Don Herring Mitsubishi in Irving with exactly the vehicle that I wanted (2022 Outlander), I received the utmost professional and friendly service from everyone there from my salesman, David, to the Sales Manager, Don, finance, and everyone else. My salesman did an amazing job walking be through the vehicle and was so knowledgeable. It has been years since someone has done such a great job of highlighting the features. I was even surprised to get a better deal than I had asked for. I loved the experience and the new Outlander drives like a dream! I would send anyone and everyone to Don Herring for their next vehicle!

    Jared at Don Herring Mitsubishi in Irving was a huge help. I went in for my FIRST dealer car, typically I get used beater from owners. I didn't feel pressured and he was a pro at giving me all the features of the Mitsubishi Outlander I ended up purchasing. He was very patient with me as the process took a little longer due to an insurance hiccup. Great Customer service, and friendly manor! Thank you Jared! My kids and I are so happy with our new ride!

    This dealership sold a 2022 Mitsubishi to a 86 year old man on Friday 02/25/2022. Bob has a expired drivers license, no auto insurance and is not capable of driving a car. The dealership manage to sell him the car using his scooter as a down payment and delivered the car to my nieces home where Bob lives. Somehow they managed to get him Geico auto insurance. Bob does not have paperwork for the sale of the car. My Niece returned the car, and she was able to get his scooter back. The dealership is being difficult and redelivered the car for a second time. It’s back on there lot now. Bob is part of our family, he has some dementia issues and it saddens me, that he was taken advantage of. This is abuse of a Senior and poor business practices. Older buyers beware!

    Great experience with the Service Team. First off Chase was super helpful in quoting me prices and working with my limited car knowledge, as well as was super friendly in person when I brought it in. I brought my car in for an inspection and to get my brakes done because I was told during the state inspection that I needed them done. Turns out, I did not need brakes, and Kevin called to let me know that and worked with me to get the best price on what ACTUALLY needed to be done. Turn around time was great too. 10/10 Great Service

    Brendan Roger's assured me that I was approved not just pre-approved for a vehicle up to 28000 before I drove from Fort worth to irving . When I arrived he stated I would need a cosigner why lie and waste my time be upfront I wasted my time and gas 😒

    I had the best experience at Dons. Got my car right away. Robert and Brett were especially caring and very helpful. I can truly say I love those guys and I just met them. God Bless them both always. Went to Mitsubishi dealer again today on 4/16/2020 to get an oil change and fix a sensor Chase took care of my car while Justin kept us occupied. Love these guys and my experience with everyone there is always so kind and helpful. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Thanks Chase. Went back to Mitsubishi 10/17/20 and traded my 2018 for a 2020 thanks Mike had a great time waiting on my new baby. Love it. Went to get my first oil change today. I must say these guys are awesome. Thanks Chase and Mike for always making me feel at home. 9/17/2021 went back to my Don Herring Mitsubishi in Irving. Had an oil change and other things done to both our cars my wifey and myself.     Mike M with Don Herring Mitsubishi in Irving is one of the Best salesman I have had the honor or working with. He is honest and outgoing. He will do all in his power to make you happy. He even came in on his day off (because I had the same day off) to close on the deal. He even took the extra time needed to make sure that I understood everything about the New 2022 Outlander and all of its features. There was some confusion and errors in the financial terms but they were rectified to my satisfaction once I brought them to the attention of the Sales Manager.     I had the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. My salesman was Charles who was awesome got me what I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a car to stop by Don Herring Mitsubishi and ask for Charles.. There warranties are great the Power Tran warranty is not your normal 100,000 miles is extended for as long as you own it, but only good at there dealerships. Also for the first year if you get any door dings or any small dings they will fix free and any rocks that ding the wind shields they will repair the for the 1 st year. I don’t how long it’s been since I bought a car and they filled it up with gas. Well’ Don Herring did!!! That’s was so awesome 😎 Keep up the great customer service.     The young man in finance (Aaron?) needs to check his attitude. When it came time for dealing with my trade in and it required my daughter's signature, I asked how we were going to do that since she lives in Oregon. He snapped that it needed to be done. I had to snap back and tell him that I was asking a serious question and would like an answer. THAT was the only bad thing about the whole experience in dealing with Don Herring Mitsubishi.

    I went to this dealership thinking they be able to help me. Well I went about a month ago till this day I haven’t heard anything back from them. I keep leaving messages for my sales guy to call me and yet no call back. Then when I call they tell me his busy or that they will make sure that he calls me back again still waiting. If you couldn’t help then say so instead of ignoring customers then they wonder why customers get so upset and leave bad reviews. I wouldn’t recommend going there if you want to be ignored.

    I got surprise to find honesty and good service at a good price at Don Herring Mitsubishi Irving. Instead making an expensive repair, they perform a diagnostic to my vehicle and told what is wrong with my car and give me options to fix it one step at a time. From now on they got a customer for life. They have change my opinion about car dealers. Excellent service.

    Well, did the application on Wednesday, 5/5 got a call to come in and finalize everything! You would think finalize means I provide my documents and I would be driving off in my new car? Nope, wasn’t the case at all. Got the run around, blah blah blah oh the banks are closed now. We will call you Thursday, 5/6. I didn’t hear from them Thursday or Friday. Call today Saturday 5/8, oh the manager should be calling you shortly with the details! Nope still haven’t heard anything! No worries!! If we can’t do business at least call you’re customers back! 2022 Honda Accord Sport!!! Super happy! I guess some things work out for the best!!

    Awesome, awesome. Exceeded my expectations. I called to get my key reprogrammed, didn't know about the recalls as I moved, Mr Kevin Rogers informed me, booked me an appointment the next day. Got there was greeted with a smile by Chase. Mr Kevin went above and beyond, I give him a 100 stars, the level of professionalism and care is impeccable, I was offered the shuttle service as I would have had to wait for so long, pleasant surprise. The driver was really nice and professional too. I mean I have been in customer service forever, but this took the cake. Y'all trully rock and thanks, I will be back soon for a new car.

    Worst experience I have ever had. Salesperson was horrible. Seem not to care and had to keep repeating my questions. Was not professionally dressed. It was a great waste of my time. Was not told about credit amnesty and the 4500 dollar down pay assist turned into 8500 dollar down payment with 600 dollar a month payment. Will NEVER go to Don Herring again nor will I recommend any one. Very disappointed!!!!! Did not meet person I had appointment with. Went to the Irving location.

    This is my second new vehicle purchase from Mitsubushi in the last 5 years, this was a break in my routine from the last four vehicles that were purchased at AutoNation. After 6 hours (yes 6 hours) we left with a new Outlander. The service was slow, building and bathrooms dirty. I would have thought for as slow as they were none of the negatives would have been encountered. So a generous 2 stars only because our sales person was pleasant.

He listened to my situation and explained several options which might be available to me. I’m very selective when purchasing a vehicle and he placed me with the perfect vehicle!!!! I love my Mitsibushi Outlander!!!! I absolutely love it!!!! Next, Greg Mathis assisted David with finding me payments that I could afford as I am a single mom and needed to be able to afford my new vehicle. They sat with me and reviewed several options and they never rushed me or made me feel pressured which I appreciate. Finally, Aaron Wright printed and explained my paperwork and offered me some outstanding options for long term care which I happily accepted. He was the icing on the cake. The entire Mitsubishi experience was absolutely memorable and rewarding. I have had several follow up calls to see how I enjoy my vehicle by David and Greg which makes me feel even more satisfied with my purchase.     Sales are pretty straight forward and have history in the Mishibishi line over the years. The newer dealers in Irving, are just a badge on the building to get you in the door. Like Japanese Sushi at a truck stop. Would you trust that? The Irving store is small but a good central location to start you shopping. Reputation is everything in the car business. Call to confirm your website choice is there. The Outlanders move fast.

    I purchased my Outlander from here about 4 yrs ago. I usually take it for service to the Don Herring Mitsubishi in Dallas(Oak Cliff) but here lately the service department in Dallas has very little openings and when there are times available, they do not work with my schedule. So I called Don Herring in Irving. Chase was very helpful and got me in for service on the same day! Not only was the service excellent but they also had my SUV sparkling clean exterior and interior! General Manager called me back to defend their lack of communication because the employees themselves couldn’t be bothered to reach out to me.     I have always been skeptical about what dealers say in ads, but I have to tell ya our experience with Don Herring was great. We had been stalling for weeks on going to purchase a new vehicle.     I went yesterday to get my oil change and was told i would get a car wash as well. Well an hr and a half later no wash and i guess they did the oil change if they lied about carwash who knows if they lied about oil change. Update: So Kevin the service manager called me and apologized about the service i was given and offered to make things right. I was able to send my boyfriend to go get it washed and detailed. He brought it home looking great! Kevin definitely made me feel like he cared and had great customer service! Im very happy

    The guys at Irving are absolute life savers. I had work done to my car at another body shop. It was so horrible! The guys at DH did an assessment on my car to see what the issue was. Fixed it right the first time. My family owns Mitsubishi’s. I recommend these guys to them every time, for all their car needs. Even though it’s a 45 minute drive from my house. I still commute because I know my car will be handled correctly and I will not have issues.

    I have yet to have a bad experience buying a car at Don Herring Mitsubishi in Irving. I drove out with my 5th purchase from this location today and it was by far my best experience.. From my salesman, Ben H. to Aaron in finance (and Greg), I couldn't have had an easier time buying a car. If you're in the market for a vehicle, go see Ben in Irving. Edited to add: Took my car back to have the remote start installed on 4/28. I don't know who actually did the install, but Kevin made sure I was taken care of and driven to and from work by Javier, who was a very safe driver. Kevin and Javier were both extremely kind and courteous.

    JC, salesperson, was great to deal with; I had some credit issues, JC and Greg worked several hours to get me the best deal possible. If you don't like their first deal, be honest with them and tell them what your willing, or what you can afford. I felt they worked really hard to earn my business, no pressure, friendly, and I would highly recommend to family and friends! Update: after owning my Mirage for a year I was in the dealer getting my oil changed; I would highly recommend their service dept BTW, Kevin and his team are great and honest! Anyway my plan was to wait 2 or 3 more years then trade my little Mirage in on something a little more rugged since I like traveling to destinations that usually involve some travel on dirt and less than perfect roads. I was discussing my plans with David Ro and what I could expect when I was ready to trade my car in. He pointed out that with the current used car market the best time to trade was now, nothing like creating a since of urgency, but I knew he was right since I listen to the Ed Wallace show Saturday mornings on KLIF. I wasn't convinced, but they just so happened to have the perfect pre-owned Outlander Sport with average mileage for it's age, perfect size and type for my needs. So I test drove or and David and Greg were able to get me a decent loan with my less than perfect credit. After careful consideration and leaving the dealer I decided that it would be a good move for me to go ahead and trade. After a month now of driving this wonderful machine now I'm even more convinced I made the right decision! Thanks David, Greg and the service dept at Don Herring you guys are great to work with and never pressure you to buy or do something that isn't in your best interest!

    I paid new car price for a car that turned out to have 6000 miles but was told I would still get full warranty. 2 years later the AC went out on car. Service dept. charged $290 just to look at car and diagnose. I was told AC compressor was bad and they don’t have the compressor for the Mitsubishi I bought from this Mitsubishi dealership, and they would have to special order this part with no ETA and it would be over $2000 for the part. I didn’t feel very appreciated when leaving the car picking it back up or with any employee interaction.

    I was satisfied with the oil change and the alignment that was done. I also got the works car wash and cleaning and was very disappointed in it. It looked like they used the same cloth that was used to polish the dash on the windows. An oily film was left on windows that is hard to see through. The cup holders were left dirty along with the inside door handles. The dash was left all streaked and looked like the polish was sprayed on and left without wiping. The carpet was still dirty on the passenger side. Chances are we will not be doing here again since this was the second time doing thus service at this location.

    I've been here a few times and my experiences were excellent. My service rep, Tiffany, is also really great at responding to all of my texts especially the questions and concerns. Also, the manager was great at keeping me in the loop while the service was taking a longer than expected. They offer free coffee while you wait. And lucky for me, my transmission replacement was covered by the warranty, so I received a rental car to drive while the work was being done over a few days. If I had to give an improvement, I would request a better guest WiFi signal with a secure connection. Keep up the great customer service!

    A year later and much has changed. This is the first time I've not been completely satisfied with my visit. They children's waiting area toys are visibly dirty and the room was hot. At check out, the representative was on the phone for most of the transaction. My car was washed, but still visibly dirty and i was told that only the driver seat had been vacuumed which is odd and not the service I was use to, and when I got in, there was still large pieces of debris on the driver side floor. Why even bother if it's not going to be done completely and well? I used to be very impressed with this dealership's service after the sale, but this time was just not great. I noticed that there have been some staffing changes, perhaps they just have a different style of customer service that their predecessors. I'm not sure if I will go back. Great service even a year after my purchase. Definitely not the typical slimy car lot. Everyone is nice, thorough, and helpful.
