    Today was the second time this company has tried to take advantage of a women in my family! Today, my sister took her 2015 Nissan Rogue to have looked at for front pulsing when braking. They wanted to do a complete brake job. Here is where the problems begin. This company just completed a brake job on this vehicle August 31 2021. Today is April 12th 2022. So this is about 7 months. The vehicle has only had about 8k miles since this brake job. Let think about this. The vehicle had 91k miles when it needed its first brake job. Now this brake job lasted 8k miles. Mind you this vehicle has always been serviced by this company. It is sad that you just can’t trust a service company any longer. Stand behind your work! Once I got on the phone with them, the stories started to try and explain why this happened and then started changing things that needed to be done. At this point, they decided that it needed rotors and they would just keep the old pad on the vehicle. Who does that? Not any dealer with a good reputation. Go to this location at your own risk! Especially Women!

    Went in for an oil change a few months ago. When we left I noticed our wheel lock key bag was empty left in our passenger seat. When we called we had told them we were missing it and we were told that the person who did our oil change was gone for the day. We were supposed to get a follow up call and never did. I ran into a situation where I got a flat tire and I had no wheel lock key for the tire company to take off my wheels and change it which was a huge inconvenience and very unsafe. When calling Nissan they told my husband that they didn’t do that and tried to give us the run around. The very least they could do is order us a new wheel lock key. They have put us in multiple unnecessary incidents because of their mess up. So unprofessional and would not recommend the service center at this Nissan location.

    Had to constantly call, talk to more people to get service done covered under special warranty and a recall. Got lied to but I kept at it and the work got done quickly while I waited in the lobby.

    Spent two and half hours just to find out my service ticket hadn't been entered right. Terrible attention to detail which made me uncomfortable giving them anymore business.

    I went in for an oil change for my Nissan Titan. Normally I don't bother with the dealership cause they are expensive and takes forever. This time a representative from Nissan call and offered me 19.99 oil change for the Titan. She assured that it was only 19.99. I got to dealership and not only was the service 29.99 she signed me up for 586.00 tune up package. I waited almost an hour and a half to have an oil change completed. It took way too long and they tried to take advantage or me at every step of the process. Suggest you avoid these guys and go somewhere else, it's not worth the headache.

    Don't come here for any kind of service. They don't know what they are doing or not knowledge. Cant even do basic alignment work. I highly doubt that if they can do properly any service. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

    We went to Town North Nissan after receiving a coupon in the mail from them. We thought we needed a minor repair, but ended up being charged an outrageous price of $1,600 for a radiator repair. My wife had the coupon in her purse and was distracted and surprised by the expense, and in the process neglected to hand them the coupon. The coupon indicated a discount of $200 for any service over $1,000. I went back the next day and explained, thinking it would be an obvious and correct decision to simply apply the coupon and I’d be on my way. After making me wait while groups of people were standing around joking and playing with their phones, clearly not working, their “service manager” Isaac wouldn’t honor it, telling me that because the ticket wasn’t open they had no way to apply the coupon. Every business that accepts credit cards can simply credit money back to any card, so it was simply taking advantage of a customer they had already overcharged, simply because they could. A terrible business decision. I hope the $200 that they explicitly offered to entice us to come in was worth losing a customer forever. We’ll never go back, and it’s damaged Nissan’s reputation. This was so easy, that now I question whether the repair was actually necessary and whether it was done correctly. Try another dealer or mechanic. This business doesn’t value their customers.

    It was very good although the parts needed were not ordered. The service tech, Joe Peterson was exceptional. He got the parts ordered and even checked other dealerships for them. Even though I had to make 3 trips to get my rearview mirror fixed, Joe was great.

    I have never felt so alienated in my life. The service advisor authorized a service for my vehicle & I did ask for it. All I went there for was to have another fob made & programmed for my vehicle. They cut the key and that's it. I had to go online for programming instructions and if they did any kind of service at all, then why did they miss the nail in my tire. Will not go back to this dealership ever. They made me feel like turning in my Nissan for a Toyota.

    The dealership's Chademo charger has been broken for months and hasn't been fixed. Given that Nissan has EVs that use Chademo chargers, that reflects poorly on the dealership.

    They staff is polite and friendly, but they consistently overbook appointments, so they are consistently backed up and service is always slow. I've been on weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and have never gotten out in less than three hours, even for a simple oil change.
