I'm a relatively new member here and have had some miscommunications with the kind folks here. But through these miscommunication, app troubleshooting processes, or online banking mishaps, they have eagerly reached out to me expressing--not only verbally, but also in practice--that they value me as a customer here at this credit union.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the review and for joining our Credit Union Jacob! We appreciate hearing from our members and are so glad that our team was able to help you out.

We are getting tired of being harassed with phone calls about switching insurance companies. Especially since we notified you people so many times in advance about us switching. The only person at this location we would like to give 10+ stars to is Mike Hennebry.
